• Anders Johnny (7/5): - Bra läge nära stranden . Litet rum med litet fint badrum . Träffade inte personalen mer än hon som lämnade ut nycklarna . Ligger i bostadshus. Svårt att öppna porten , nyckeln sliten . Frukosten serverades på café en bit ifrån .

• paolo alfonso (3/5): ha vinto la comodità della posizione - la posizione vicino alla spiaggia dove c'era il campo di regata, la comodità rispetto al centro del paese , la possibilità di utilizzare la pompa di calore, il bagno appena rinnovato, la colazione al bar con buoni prodotti e personale molto gentile La struttura potrebbe essere molto meglio con pochi piccoli accorgimenti. Soprattutto i cuscini erano quasi impresentabili. Vecchi, a gnocchi e davano l'impressione di non essere puliti sotto la federa. La vista della nostra camera era contro un muro e quindi la mia poca soddisfazione deriva dal rapporto prezzo/offerta.

La stanza è umida (essendo a piano terra e senza sbarre alle finestre, gli scuri sono tenuti sempre chiusi), il bagno andrebbe risistemato (il particolare la doccia e il termoarredo, parzialmente arrugginito), il materasso è piuttosto sottile e scomodo.

• Klaas Piter (7/5): - De locatie is perfect: op 20m lopen van het strand en 1km lopen van het treinstation. De accomodatie wordt elke dag schoongemaakt en de koffiecupjes worden aangevuld, erg fijn. De privé parkeerplaats is écht heel smal, de auto paste er nauwelijks in. Daarnaast kost het €20/nacht extra, dit stond vooraf niet goed aangegeven. Ook staan er foto’s op de website van balkonnetjes en een kleine tuin, maar deze horen achteraf gezien niet bij de airbnb. Ook was er helaas maar 1 stoel aanwezig voor 2 personen.

• Marie (8/5): - Chambre agréable dans un joli immeuble ancien à 2 pas de la plage et environ 10mn à pied de la gare, base arrière très pratique pour visiter les Cinque Terre L’annonce précisait « parking privé » (en y regardant bien payant), ce n’est pas le cas on peut avoir une carte de stationnement (20€/jour haute saison, 5€/jour en hiver) mais c’est dans la rue. Il existe un parking gratuit à 15mn à pied

• DOMENICA (10/5): - Palazzo molto belloproprio adiacente al mare e vicino al Casino'. Pulito, ristrutturato e ben riscaldato. Sia la camera con patio che la camera con letto a baldacchino sono belle spaziose con bagno box doccia ampio.. In camera bollitore e frigo . Nell'area comune all'ingresso macchina per il caffe'. Ogni giorno passano a fare le pulizie e cambiare le asciugamani se necessario.

• Manon (10/5): Top locatie - Binnen 30 seconden sta je op het strand. Het is klein maar comfortabel, alles wat je nodig hebt. Er wordt elke dag schoongemaakt. Elke ochtend met koffie en een ontbijtje naar de boulevard gelopen. Heerlijk.

• Mike (8/5): - The best part was how close it was to the sea, less than one block and we were on the beach, the beach was nice, and a fantastic sunset, beautiful!!! The price was very good as compared to staying in Cinque Tera and only a 10 minute train ride to the first northern city. Easy peasy.

Die Unterkunft wurde durch ein ca. 300 m entferntes Immobilenbüro gemanagt und mit Frühstück inclusive gebucht. Dieser Umstand war bei der Ankunft nicht sofort ersichtlich.(Schlüsselübergabe, Frühstücksbons). Das Frühstück wurde in einem ca. 300m entfernten Restaurant gegen entsprechende Karten gereicht. Ein Hinweis bei dem Buchungsangebot wäre hilfreich gewesen…

• Michael (8/5): Ordentliche Unterkunft für eine Nacht - Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar zentral - zur Promenade und zum Strand sind es 50 Meter. Das Zimmer bietet alles, was man für eine Übernachtung benötigt. Es war sauber, die Dusche und die Klimaanlage funktionierten. Eine wirkliche Behaglichkeit strahlt das Zimmer nicht aus. Der Schlüssel für die Haustür funktioniert nur mit einem Trick. Wenn man ihn nicht gesagt bekommt, versucht man endlos, das Schloss zu öffnen.

• John (7/5): - Lage direkt am Meer und am Ortszentrum. Frühstück gab es gegen Gutschein in einem Cafe. Das Personal dort war arrogant und ungefällig. Speisen und Getränke - die wie vereinbart auf dem Gutschein standen, wurden oft nur nach wiederholten Bestellungen gebracht. Das Frühstück selbst war auch nichts Besonderes, man hatte das Gefühl, das Frühstück sollte so billig wie möglich für den Wirt sein.

Disponibile frigorifero in stanza e cialde del caffè rifornite ogni giorno. Patio ad uso esclusivo della camera non molto curato: tavolo sporco e fontanella otturata quindi non utilizzabile.

Fantastic selection of great restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Suitable for all ages and good value around. I have no idea why the face 😒 is unhappy on this software. Have tried to correct it. We were delighted with everything!
• Ana (8/5): Our stay was amazing, very comfortable, clean and extremely well-located apartment. 100% recommend! - Location was absolutely fantastic, exactly what we wanted: only a few steps from the beach! The apartment is much prettier in real life than what the pictures show. we had a nice coffee machine in the hallway, for all guests to use and great coffee pods and mugs inside the room. They also had beach umbrellas available for anyone to use, which we discovered a bit too late. Check in was a breeze, very nice staff. We got in around 10am, and our room was not ready, but with no issue they let us store our luggage at their facilities in the office so we could start enjoying the beach right away (we were beach attired, and had our beach bag ready, so it was perfect). The office is very close from the apartment, so the move with the luggage was not an issue at all. The town is superb, lots of good restaurants, caffes, trattorias, bars, etc. LOVED everything about our stay, I would 100% recommend! There was nothing not to like! We had a bit of a hiccup with the AC, but it didn't last long, and it actually fixed itself, so no complaints whatsoever. We were there mid-July so it was HOT, but we felt very comfortable with the AC in the room.

• Kateryna_1963 (8/5): Not a bad place on the seashore. - The guest house consists of 4 rooms opening onto a common hall with a coffee machine. One of the rooms has an exit to a terrace in the garden, but unfortunately we did not get this room. The house is located very close to the beach, but at the same time there is no place to hang beach accessories after swimming. Fortunately, we had a rope with us, and we tied it to the window. Otherwise, everything is fine in the room - there is a kettle, cups, sugar, a comfortable shower, towels are changed frequently. You can walk from the Levanto train station in 15 minutes even with a suitcase. The town itself is pleasant, interesting, many medieval attractions, convenient for starting to explore the Cinque Terra. The beach next to the house is sandy, but if you go to the other side of the bay, you can find small pebble beaches. A supermarket and numerous pizzerias are a couple of minutes' walk away. The first few days there was a feeling of dampness in the room, but then after airing everything was fine. If it weren't for the lack of a rope for hanging swimsuits, the room could have been rated higher.
