• Latrese (7/5): Across from the Train Station - The apartment is spacious and located across from the train station and in the center. Everything is easily reached by foot which is great. The location is spectacular and check in was a breeze. I noticed lots of street parking right in front too although we didn't drive. The property has cameras in the common areas. It's in the listing but easy to miss which I did and I would not have booked if I had caught it beforehand. Also, it was freezing! I don't think the heat was turned on until right before we arrived and it took forever to warm up. Also, temperature control is located off-site so I had to text the property manager a few times to ask that they adjust. It was a pain and my husband kept his coat on most of his time inside.

• Criss.nechita (10/5): Exceptional - The apartament is big and it has everything you need. Big kitchen very well equiped. There are parking places in front of the building, with signs of how you can pay via app. We have stayed just one night. The communication with the owner was great. There is a train station across the building.
• Austra (6/5): Pleasant - I know the area a bit, I visit Bracciano often and I stayed in this cosy apartment twice, as a solo traveler once and with a family member the second time. The place is truly well kept, cosy, superclean, checking in is easy with a keybox, communication was great, and the apartment is equipped with basics above the average Booking.com apartment in the area, especially the kitchen. The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, shops, restaurants, the historical center, but also with windows blocking the railway sounds well. The description did not fully match the actual setup this time. The apartment is listed as having 2 bedrooms. During my first visit as a solo traveler I didn't pay much attention and had a matrimoniale aka double bed in a living room for myself, with any other rooms apart from the kitchen and the living room locked. I rated the experience as almost 10 because for that trip and for Bracciano the house is well equipped, the location is excellent and the communication had been great. However, when I returned here with a sister and booked the place with the specific criteria of 2 bedrooms and 2 separate beds that this listing explicitly mentions having, we still got the same apartment setup, i.e., one large living room with a fully set up double bed and a bare sofa, without any sheets, meaning I'd have to unexpectedly share a bed with a family member. If there had been a simple spare set of linen, pillows and a blanket or a sheet (and there wasn't), I'd have been a happy camper and wouldn't have even written this. But we paid for 2 rooms and 2 beds and didn't get them and I spent a night on a couch with an improvised sheet below and with a towel as a blanket. If you rent this place, you should maybe specify in advance that 2 visitors don't necessarily want to sleep in the same bed.
