• Shivani (1/5): - Hi. We are aware to not take any oyo hotels since we're travelling with baby and he has sensitive skin. In this hotel's picture they don't have any pictures like it Is an OYO and they didn't put on description. After we reached there, the room was sooo dirty, they didn't change the bedsheets, lizard got poop on the bedsheets, toilet doors don't have lock, previous customers hair on bed and floors. Such a terrible hotel. We didn't even stay there for 10 minutes. We find another 4 star hotel and went there. I can't pay for 10 minutes at the hotel since I took the hotel for 2 days.

• Niklas (7/5): Fürs Geld top. Wenn dich Lärm nicht stört. - Für den Preis, ganz gut. Man muss sich im Klaren sein, es ist an einer lauten Straße. Personal nett. Anbindung an Little India. Die Klimaanlage war sehr verdreckt! Wir wollten sie zuerst nicht anmachen, es war aber von den Temperaturen nicht auszuhalten.

• Princess (1/5): Beds have pubic hair! So disgusting! Will never recommend this place. - Nothing! Everything! The beds have pubic hair on them. We checked out in leas than an hour. The bed linens and pillows are all so dirty. I paid for RM100+ for nothing. They didn’t give a partial refund, even the RM14 tourist tax. Will NEVER recommend this place. Not sure if it’s a safe place to stay as well. Doors are not that secured.
• Fei (4/5): Yuck! - Don’t book Booking.com. Was charged 13 ringgit for tourist fees in addition to another 13 ringgit for “commission”. Now that I can’t part with additional $6 but had I known I would have chosen other properties. In Asia, MUST BOOK USUNG AGODA.

• Keshvar (2/5): The only good thing bout the stay is the strategic location. Other than that everything was bad. - The strategic location Cleanliness and facilities were really poor. No enough plug points. Washroom was smelly and the room has lots of baby cockroaches

• A/l (7/5): Good - I pay RM82.00 per night and stay 4 nights. First of all no room service for this hotel. Imagine I have to use same towel for 4 days without washing it. When ask at the counter she say this is low budget hotel and only 2 days once room cleaning will be carry out but not all. RM82.00 per night is a budget hotel rate? Receipt provided by writing in a bill. Not a printed. I stay at this hotel and need to submit receipt to my company for claim purpose.

• Azam (7/5): Quite near to the centre. - Eventhough the room are very basic, the bed are really comfortable you do not want to wake up. You can sleep all day on those bed. Night shift receptionist are not ok. Quite rude and no smile at all. Different from the day time where the staff are very helpful.

The hanging clothing at entrance door was broken and should be fix every time after customer check out. The wall was damaged and was not plaster correctly with painted after wards.

• Abdul (5/5): Passable - A spacious room for a family of 4 adults. Good location as it nears to masjid and located at few popular eateries either run by the Muslims or non Muslims. Need a strong pair of legs and if walking is the best option to the eatery, shopping and historic places. We rented a family room at the GL floor, it was a reasonable room even though it had no window and looked a bit old. However, we were not really happy with the toilet i.e. dark, small and felt restless because it is designed and built under the staircases.

• Nur (5/5): a good stay for a budget hotel. - location just walking distance to some attractions places like concubines lane tower got blood stains, blanket got stains, pillow covers got stained.. I don’t totally blamed the property owner on not able to clean the stains, the people staying need to respect the property as well.

• Meina (10/5): Spacious room good value for money - The room are spacious and in good location, the staff are very friendly. The facilities can be improve, the faucet in the bathroom malfunction but thats all, others are working fine
