• ludo (8/5): Zeer leuk familiaal kleinschalig hotel met rustig zwembad, lekker eten en topvriendelijk personeel . - Kwaliteit van ontbijt was zeer goed maar voor verblijf van 14 dagen beperkte keuze zodat je min of meer hetzelfde diende te nemen.. Personeel en uitbaatster super gedienstig. Menu's van het restaurant waren fantastisch lekker, heel veel keuze en topvers. Enkele fantastische Griekse specialiteiten met echte verse Griekse produkten. Enig nadeel zijn de trappen die je steeds dient te nemen vermits kamers beneden zijn en eetgelegenheid boven evenals receptie en bar.

• Heather (8/5): Great staff, great food. - The staff were very kind. The food was amazing. My room was on the same floor as the restaurant which was very helpful for me. It means that my room was adjoining with another though, which meant that I could hear everything very clearly from their room. If the neighbours were quiet it was great, but if not... The pool was well taken care of, if a bit cold. Often people come for lunch and to use the pool with their children, so if you're looking for a quiet, splash free zone, I recommend before noon. You can walk from here about 20 minutes to a grocery store, although there's no fridge in the room. It's a nice neighbourhood with lots of fancy places. It's hilly though, so not everything is as walkable as it seems on google maps depending on the heat. I really wish the twin beds in my room could have been pushed together to form a queen bed without a big wooden gap in the middle. Even as a single person it's nice to have room to roll over.

La propriétaire très aimable et à l'écoute qui nous rendue service ! Problemes d'isolation on entend tout surtout devant la piscine. La nuit les lumières restent allumées et comme les rideaux ne sont occultant c'est gênant. Pas de porte manteaux dans la SDB.

• Olivier (10/5): Super hôtel piscine et restaurant délicieux et rapide - Hôtel réservé en dernière minute un peu par hasard car il y avait une piscine, qu'il était bien placé et que le prix était très très correct et ce fut finalement la meilleure surprise du séjour. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture, avions 2 chambres très confortables et adjacentes au bord du jardin et de la piscine dont nos filles ont beaucoup profité. Mais le grand avantage de cet hôtel est son restaurant (Greek Tavern), beaucoup de choix, tout est délicieux et servi rapidement ce qui est assez rare au Rwanda. Nous sommes même retournés au restaurant quelques jours plus tard tellement celui-ci nous avais plu.

The location is perfect in a tranquil neighbourhood, in walking distance of nice restaurants although they have a very good restaurant themselves. Loved the tzatziki and feta and Greek yoghurt. The room is nice, the pool lovely and the view amazing. And the staff and owner are very helpful and super friendly. I would have loved A/C.

If a road cyclist the cobbled climb of the Worlds circuit is at end of the road. Loved it, will definitely stay there again when next in Kigali. Nothing at all.

• Irina (10/5): Nice Stay at Hellenique Hotel – Wished I Could Stay Longer! - I had a wonderful stay at Hellenique Hotel in Kigali. Special thanks to the staff for accommodating a very late check-in and check-out, which made my stay even more comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and the view from the hotel was absolutely magnificent. The swimming pool was also outstanding. Highly recommend! My only regret is that I couldn’t stay longer.
• Irina (10/5): Brief but great stay in Hellenique - I recently had a great pleasure of staying at Hotel Hellenique, and it was an experience worth sharing. The hotel boasts a truly magnificent view, perfectly situated in a location that offers stunning scenery. The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant is very good, enhanced by the breathtaking view that accompanies each meal. The food served throughout the day is also delightful, with a range of options that are both flavorful and satisfying (the restaurant is open the entire day and serves late lunches or earlier dinners - that was very convenient). The rooms are clean, filled with light, facing the pool (I personally particularly appreciated the mosquito net, which was an excellent addition and contributed to a comfortable stay and good night sleep). The hospitality at Hotel Hellenique deserves special mention. The host is exceptionally kind and helpful, as is the entire staff, who go out of their way to ensure that guests feel welcome and well-cared for. Overall, my stay at Hotel Hellenique was marked by its perfect location, excellent amenities, and warm, attentive service. It was too brief (only one day and two nights), also I would prefer to be there not during the weekend (as many visitors are coming for the pool and restaurant confirming that this place is so popular). I will be looking forward to coming back.

• William (9/5): Nice spot to stay and eat in Kigali - Great spot in Kigali with really nice, comfortable rooms. The pool is fantastic and it’s very nice to have morning coffee on the patio of your room, poolside. The Greek restaurant is authentic and good! They are open to outside (non-guests) coming to eat and drink and use the pool. Two days during my stay the quiet afternoons where ruined by screaming, shrieking, crying children. Not great as an actual paying for a room guest.

The view from the hotel is beautiful and lovely to have a drink while watching the sunset, over the pool. I love the Greek vibes, it is nice to have a taste of Europe in Kigali. • Kushik (9/5): A cute hotel, situated in a peaceful area. It was convenient for my purpose and I felt well rested. - It was a very unique hotel, with a different style of room. Very spacious, with a huge bathroom. The closet for clothing was massive, and also a huge shelf area. What was very attractive was the separate lounge area with a TV and the desk area, also a good size fridge to store cold items. It was more like having your own little studio apartment. A very interesting restaurant with excellent food. The layout of the restaurant, was unique with different sections. The outside section had a beautiful view of the Kigali hills and buildings spread out. At night, it looked spectacular with the lights, and the movement of traffic. All the staff were great; they gave the personal touch and were most attentive. Not forgetting, the owner, who does everything, and took care of me like a friend.
