- Viktorija (7/5): - Это моё второе посещение отеля, первое было до ковид и тогда всё было идеально. Сейчас, к сожалению, я такого сказать не могу. Номера убирались плохо, грязь (песок) оставался по углам после каждой уборке. Регулярно забывали положить нам чай/кофе. Из всего персонала было 2 приятных человека, остальные не оказывали никакой помощи и никак не вникали в ситуации. Если вы первый раз в этом отеле - вам будет хорошо. Если вы бывали тут ранее и есть с чем сравнить - вас ждёт разочарование. Будьте готовы к долгим пешим прогулкам до пляжа (обратно в горку).

- Firat Can (8/5): Alles gut und weg von der Masse - Die Lage ist gut wenn man es ruhiger haben will. Um an den Ao Nang Strand zu kommen braucht man fußläufig etwa 20 min. Daher würde ich empfehlen einen Roller zu mieten. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber. Ich hatte meine Schuhe im Zimmer vergessen, es wurde sich gut gekümmert damit ich diese wieder erhalte und an mein neues Hotel geliefert. Gut fanden wir auch das ein 7-Eleven direkt gegenüber vom Hotel war.

- Badis (1/5): A fuir - Je suis extrêmement déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J’avais réservé un mois à l’avance une chambre pour trois personnes (ma femme, ma fille et moi), et à notre arrivée, on nous a attribué une chambre pour deux personnes, sous prétexte que l’hôtel était complet. C’est inadmissible lorsqu’une réservation a été confirmée longtemps à l’avance. La chambre ne correspondait absolument pas aux photos : mobilier basique, strict minimum à l’intérieur, rien à voir avec ce qui est présenté sur le site. Le rapport qualité-prix est clairement mauvais. Le lendemain matin, après être descendu prendre le petit-déjeuner vers 8h, j’ai simplement demandé à remonter quelques minutes dans la chambre pour aller aux toilettes. On me l’a refusé, alors que la chambre était payée jusqu’à 11h. Ce manque de souplesse et de considération pour les clients est incompréhensible. Heureusement que nous n’y avons passé qu’une seule nuit. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

- Медведева (7/5): обычный городской отель - Номер на 2м этаже (всего 4) чистый,уборка ежедневная, комфортная средней жёсткости кровать,0.5 воды на человека в качестве комплимента ставили ежедневно. Мы не брали завтраки, оценить не могу. На мой взгляд номера крошечные, возможно, указанные 23м включают в себя комнату, сан.узел, часть коридора перед номером и крошечный балкон,в который боком помещается один стул,который блокирует проход. Мы в номере только спали,поэтому размер был не критичен. Но учитывайте, что шкафа для одежды нет, есть 4-5 вешалок на стене напротив сан.узла, открыть стену с перекладинами для вешалок-интересный квест))) холодильник маленький, но рабочий, телевизор Мы не выключали, он стоит на столе и занимает много места. Стул в номере был один, попросили второй, нам его разрешили взять из ресторана 1го этажа) Для тех кто уезжает намного позже фактического выселения есть возможность оставить вещи на ресепшен, мы хотели продлить на пол дня проживание (естественно не бесплатно), нам отказали. Так же на 1м этаже есть туалетная комната и возможность принять душ (он рядом с бассейном слева), переодеться, чтобы уехать в аэропорт в конце дня при условии выделения в 11 утра. До пляжа с лодками пешком идти минут 20-25 по прямой, но можно доехать на местном автобусе, остановка прям напротив бургерной за 20 батт, такси от 70-120батт. Чтобы остановить автобус, просто поднимаете руку. рекомендации: добавить в номер доп.стул, поменять на балконе вешалку для мокрой одежды и добавить целые прищепки, в душевой повесить хотя бы одну полочку и пару крючков для нижнего белья

- Issy (9/5): Perfect stay in Krabi - This was a great hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. Loved having the robes in the room and the beach bags were an amazing added touch. The only negative is that the pool is shaded all day, and the beach is around a 20 minute walk but this didn’t matter due to what a lovely room we had to come back to.

Kind and helpful staff :) I had a stomach bug and we needed to extended our stay by a few days. The staff were helpful and gave us a reasonable price for the extra few days :) The walls were thin.. could hear the neighbours! Some cleaning issues but nothing that really bothered us.

Na dłuższy pobyt nie polecam. Pokój niewielki. Ale jest czysto. Sprzątają porządnie. Szkoda, że nie ma śniadań. Jak za te cenę nie oczekiwałem niczego więcej.

- Shannon (5/5): Smell was shocking, we considered sleeping on the floor downstairs. - The studio was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was severe black mold above our studio entrance, room 304. The last stages of mold extreme health risk. In the bedroom it smelt absolutely vile, we were so so sick due to the smell of sewers coming from the air vents, therefore we had to keep the AC off but still the smell would have made anyone throw up.
- Nimrod (8/5): - Friendly staff, comfortable joining rooms for the family. The pool was not huge, but fun enough for the kids. The rooms were tidy and clean. A bit far from the walking street, but not too bad

- Lucy (2/5): Uncomfortable stay, unhelpful staff. I would not recommend. - Spacious rooms We had a family room, the bed and counter was infested with ants. All over the duvet and bed sheets. There was six of us staying, we all woke up with multiple big beds. We brought it to the attention of staff they changed the sheets but there was no apology and staff were very unhelpful. We were then so uncomfortable we decided to leave the property a day early, no compensation was given. I tried to contact the property but I have had no real response to deal with the issue.
