• Yasmina (10/5): Séjour de 9 jours dans une petite île, magnifique assez vierge quand on y va en début de période au mois de mai - Tout d’abord à l’accueil de Olga ❤️elle a été très professionnel, c’était notre premier voyage en Crète nous a donné tous les bons plans et les plus belles plages à faire toujours souriante et très avenante. La personne qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner était trop gentille, franchement j’ai adoré aux petits soins avec tout le monde! franchement l’hôtel était très propre et très moderne. Ah oui, j’avais oublié aussi la discrétion des femmes de ménage adorables. Un seul petit bémol, vraiment un seul, l’oreiller est un peu dur

Avec Olga et Stella, on se sent un peu comme à la maison entre bonnes recommandations, disponibilité, bienveillance et amabilité. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre-ville et à proximité des points de rencontre pour les excursions, des plages de Nea Chora et Koum Kapi. Petit déjeuner sur toit-terrasse avec une vue entre mer et montagne. J'y retournerai certainement. Ευχαριστώ πολύ ❤️ Certains hôtes sans considération qui ont réveillé presque tout l'hôtel en rentrant de soirée une nuit. Mais il suffit de signaler tout désagrément au personnel qui fera le nécessaire pour vous accommoder.
• Alice (10/5): Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich und insbesondere wegen der Menschen. - ALLES! Vom ersten Moment an, fühlt man sich sehr wohl und gut umsorgt. Olga kümmert sich sehr liebevoll und ist immer da mit sehr guten Tipps und Ideen für Ausflüge. Sie ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich geschätzt und sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind super nett eingerichtet und super sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig und es gibt eine große Auswahl. Stella ist sehr fleißig und bereitet das Frühstück jeden Tag frisch zu. Die Dachterasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Ich würde gern immer wieder hierher zurückkommen bzw. man möchte gar nicht mehr weg. -

Todo estuve bien, el desayuno bueno y agradable en la azotea, el edificio tiene ascensor, y aunque el cerramiento de las ventanas es muy bueno, está situado céntrico y hay algo ruido por la noche, pero solucionable con tapones

• Klaudia (10/5): Super - Było wszystko co potrzebne na kilkudniowy wypad. Na duży plus lodówka w pokoju. Mieliśmy pokój z oknem na "dziedziniec" w środku budynku więc nie było słychać hałasu z ulicy. Na śniadania fajny wybór a furorę robił świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy. Polecam :) Jedyne co mnie trochę denerwowało to dziwna poszewka na kołdrę która w sumie nie była poszewką tylko narzutką i zjeżdżała przy każdym ruchu ale to chyba była opcja dla niezdecydowanych czy chcą spać pod kołdrą czy tylko samą narzutką ;)

• LovanyaM (9/5): Adequate for a short stay and great staff - Good central location. Clean room. Could connect to WiFi and Netflix and Prime. Breakfast was adequate. Staff are lovely. Everyone from Olga and Ria in front and the cleaning staff as well as the lady who made breakfast every morning. No conditioner in the shower. No laundry bag in bedroom. Small details but it would make a more comfortable experience. A bar for roof top drinks would be great.

The hotel was small enough that it was very easy to navigate without being too small it felt suffocating. Truly I don’t have a single complaint about this hotel. I never head any other guests, the hotel was always spotless, and the staff were so amazing!

• Αναστασια (10/5): Είχα ξαναμείνει στο Central, - Η τοποθεσία υπήρξε πολύ κομβική για μένα. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Για την τιμή του είναι καταπληκτικό, και το έχω ξαναεπισκεφτεί στο παρελθόν . Το δωμάτιο για ένα άτομο είναι πολύ εξυπηρετικό.

• ATHANASIA (8/5): Ξενοδοχείο σε κεντρική τοποθεσία δίπλα από καταστήματα, καφέ και fast food. Το δωμάτιο ήταν όμορφο - Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε αρκετά κεντρική τοποθεσία, με πληθώρα καταστημάτων, καφέ, φούρνων κλπ. Μπορούσες να βρεις το οτιδήποτε τριγύρω. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καλαίσθητο και το μπάνιο όμορφο. Το βράδυ υπήρχε ησυχία και η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν φιλική. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου ήταν από τζάμι με συνέπεια να μην απομονώνονται οι θόρυβοι και να μην μπορείς να αισθανθείς άνετα. Ταυτόχρονα η πόρτα δεν έκλεινε καλά αλλά έμενε μισάνοιχτη. Δεν υπήρχε μπαλκόνι.

• Σκεύη (8/5): Πολύ καλό!!! - Ήταν πεντακάθαρα! Όμορφο δωμάτιο, μοντέρνα διακόσμηση, άνετο κρεβάτι. Με χρειώδη για καφέ, τσάι και νεράκι στο ψυγείο. Πολύ κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης. Κοντά σε όλα!! Λίγο μικρό το δωμάτιο. Δεν καταφέραμε να λειτουργήσουμε την τηλεόραση. Τα κλειδιά μας περίμεναν στη ρεσέψιον χωρίς να υπάρχει άτομο εκεί. Δεν ήταν δύσκολο αλλά δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί για τη διαδικασία. Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία στο να βρούμε parking για το αυτοκίνητο. Τέλειο για άτομα που δεν έχουν αμάξι.
• Henri (10/5): Friendly service, an excellent location, and good beds in a spotlessly clean room. - We arrived late at night, but everything went smoothly and we got our room without any trouble. The door code had been sent in advance, and the key was waiting for us in the agreed location. The location is perfect, right next to the Old Town and the bus station. The hotel was well signposted and easy to find. The room was spotlessly clean. We had booked the most affordable room facing the inner courtyard. Even though one of the busiest streets in Chania runs right in front of the building, the room was completely quiet. The room was pleasantly cool (January, with the window slightly open) and had an excellent bed and a thick, warm duvet. We slept like otters. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. Ria is wonderfully friendly, and communication and guidance before arrival were excellent. We were just passing through and stayed only one night, but I’m sure Ria would have done anything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel was very affordable and absolutely worth the price. We will definitely return.

• Kirsti Heidi Elina (8/5): Vi var veldig fornøyd med stedet, betjeningen og oppholdet totalt!! - Frokosten var veldig god, hun som jobba der var hyggelig, smilende, hjelpsom, og serviceinnstilt! Hvis vi ønsket noe gjorde hun alt for å skaffe det. Om det var tomt for ost, omelett ell, fiksa hun det veldig fort. Hun kom til og med bort til bordet med noe hun så vi mangla :) Vi fikk oppbevare kake og blomster kjølig til neste dag :) Olga som drev stedet var hjelpsom og ga informasjon om spisesteder, steder vi burde dra osv. Vi fikk oppbevare kofferter etc i resepsjonen og fikk brukt toalettet der før avreise. Vi kunne også bruke takterassen da vi ikke hadde rommet lenger. Hotellet var i nærheten av både gamlebyen, busstasjonen og ikke langt fra havna og strendene. Det var litt lytt fra gata og gangen, men vi ble ikke forstyrret av andre gjester.

Provided us with choice of room, extra pillows and quilt, answered all enquiries, called us even on our return home to wish us Happy holidays. Breakfast was not available due to the fact the tourist season was over . But there were coffee/ tea facilities in the room which was nice because personally I can't function without having a cup of coffee first!

• Hava Bracha (10/5): Very nice and confortable. - We stayed for 1 night, it was perfect. Clean and comfortable room, a garden with an amazing view on the top floor, and friendly staff. Good location - one block from the Central bus station in Chania, a supermarket, and a city bus station across the street. Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Andreas (9/5): ανετο - Δεν παρεχεται πρωινό καλύτερη πίεση στο νερό,τα νερά του μπάνιου δεν περιορίζονταν μέσα και η πόρτα θελει κατι να μην τρίζει.Αθτό μόνο για βελτίωση δεν μας πειράζει καθόλου
• Viktoria (8/5): Toppenställe! - Vi skulle bara bo en natt för att sedan ta bussen till Heraklion nästan morgon och det var perfekt för det ligger jättenära busstationen. Sängarna var supersköna och välstädat och fint intett.

• Ovidiu Mihail (10/5): O cazare de nota 10 pentru o noapte - Un hotel de oraș foarte bun, exact langa centrul vechi, autogara și magazine. Camera și baia sunt foarte ok.....Am revenit aici ci placere.. nu a fost disponibil micul dejun
