• Pasquale (10/5): Better than anticipated! - The accommodation was more than we had anticipated, clean, roomy, excellent location and very good service throughout. Well worth it!
• Peter (8/5): Creature comforts could be better attended to. - There was a considerable amount of communication in order to secure the booking, receive check-in instructions (warnings, cautions, incomplete instruction), and then follow up info on parking. The couch and bed were somewhat uncomfortable, but all else was fine. A better matress would go a long way. Regardless, we made the best of it and had a good time. Thanks
• clyde (8/5): Right place, but was it worth the price??? - Outstanding location. Small set up (bed, galley kitchen w/no stuff, bath. What was my issue is I had no hot water until I left w/no explanation as promised. Hottest weekend of the year so cold water was okay...sorta!

• F (8/5): - I gave the OK rating for cleanliness and comfort because the place could have been a bit cleaner (dirty toothbrush holder etc), and there were not enough towels for the 3 registered guests. Comfort was OK mostly because of sirens and noise from the city......and the 8am fire alarm and subsequent elevator issues that continued for a while. However, the place was small but very nice, and beds were comfortable - and it was in an excellent location.
• Verified traveler (6/5): QuickStay Needs to Improve Customer Service - The suite I booked at Yorkville and Avenue Road in Toronto is an EXCELLENT LOCATION. The gym is clean and well organized with good equipment. However, when I arrived the unit was 85 degrees Fahrenheit and a massive and extremely noisy fan was left in the open window in a painful attempt to cool the unit. The air conditioning was NOT working. QuickStay gave me some bogus excuse that "old" people live in nearby units and keep the heat high impacting the unit I was in. Leaving the fan on wasn't an option since it was as noisy as a small plane on takeoff. And leaving the window open wasn't an option due to construction and traffic I had booked the unit for 9 nights and it was 3 nights before the AC was fixed. in the interim I had asked that QuickStay at least provide a quiet fan and they did not even attempt to provide one.
• Paul (8/5): Great location, great service, HVAC lacking - great location. very very good support from the Quickstay team. New and very clean condo. Only negative was that the room was warm and stuffy. Apparently, the air conditioning works on a building-wide basis and was not turned on. So the heating/cooling system just blew warm air around. The window opened a little bit but was small and so did not really help to air/cool the apartment. I did prop the door open and that helped but could not leave this open and after closing the hallway door the temperature rose again. Not unbearable but too warm for real comfort.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - This location was excellent. Easy access to downtown. A Whole Foods close by for food supplies. I felt safe and comfortable walking outside after dark.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a great stay at this location. Finding our assigned parking spot was a little bit of a chore. Communication was always prompt and accommodating. Having only one key was not ideal.The room looked exactly as pictured. Yes, it is on the small side but very nicely set up. The bed was comfortable and the TV very nice. It is hard to beat the location. And btw if you happen to be vegan, you have a vegan cafe in the building and two really nice vegan restaurants are walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

• sharon (8/5): Good times in Yorkville - We had a fabulous time . The apartment was in the perfect location to everything we wanted to do and see.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - This is an small suite in on of the most upscale areas of Toronto. The apartment is a converted hotel room so it is very compact. The kitchen has a small fridge, a sink, freezer and a microwave oven/conventional oven.
• Enrique (10/5): Gorgeous place at a very exclusive area - First of all, Anton Zilberberg, the owner, was very polite and kind. He even upgraded my stay to Enchantment in Yorkville which was a bigger. Very clean, lovely decor, kitchenette fully equipped with dishes, pans, silverware, etc. I will return to Toronto and I will stay here again. Loved the location, few bars, restaurants and shopping around, Yorkville village right in front of the building. By the way, there is a WholeFoods market in yorkville Village. Great location to walk-around, similar to 5th Ave. in NY but wayyyy better.
• Vance (10/5): Amazing view! - Everything was exactly as instructed and planned. The condo was excellently located and arrival and departure was perfectly convenient. I would definitely stay there again.
• Johanna (10/5): Weekend Getaway - The communication was organized, timely and helpful. I knew what to do for check-in and check-out because the instructions were detailed. The rental was perfect! The beautiful city view is just as gorgeous at night. The room was clean with all the amenities home away from home! The location is amazing it's downtown toronto, shopping and dining at its best! Definitely a great place to stay!
