- Hassan (2/5): - Couldn't find our reservation, took more than 30 mins to check in. Went in the room and wanted to make a coffee but the kettle was disgusting, asked to change it instead they washed it and was even more dirty had a hair inside. Wanted to charge phone but sockets didnt work had to remove lamp to insert charger. Room was full of dust and carpets were dirty found nail clippings on the floor near the bed. And lots more issues..do not recommend, no where near a 5 star, awful service and very expensive for what we got. Will not stay again!

- Miranda (10/5): The only place to stay in Faisalabad - There's not a lot of choice of quality hotels in Faisalabad. Thankfully the Serena Hotel is such a good hotel. This is my third stay at the hotel and it consistently provides excellent service, safety and comfort. The extra cost of staying in Jasmine room is well worth it.
