- Ludovic (9/5): Une pépite à Tulum - Le personnel est adorable, les piscines sont magnifiques, la chambre était spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner bon, la cuisine ouverte géniale, la rue de l'hôtel vivante. Disons que l'hôtel est familial est des travaux sont en cours, mais rien de bien grave pour votre séjour.

Locatie was super, met een betrouwbare scooterverhuur er pal naast, wat ideaal is voor in Tulum. Hele fijne sfeer in het hotel! De bedden waren wat aan de harde kant, maar wel met lekkere kussens. Ook was het ontbijt heel erg karig, dus dat zou ik lekker buiten de deur doen.

Recebi reembolsou apenas uma semana depois e tive que pagar novamente no checkout. Equipe só está presente até as 15 horas, café da manhã fraquíssimo sem nenhuma proteína, apenas pão e frutas. Barulho de música alta de manhã. Infraestrutura urbana sofrível.

Avrei preferito alcune accortezze per la colazione (per esempio le marmellate o yogurt monoporzione piuttosto che i barattoli grandi da cui vanno a rifornirsi tutti).

La déco de l’hôtel est super avec 3 belles piscines, nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Dans la chambre n°6 il manque un rideau sur la fenêtre pour les gens qui aiment dormir dans l'obscurité totale.

Ook was de kamer niet heel erg schoon, er hingen haren aan de douchekop. Water van de douche was koud en er zat een kuil in het matras.

- Vladislav (7/5): Отличное местоположение, но есть нюансы - Персонал старался всегда помочь. Местоположение хорошее, на этой улице можно прогуляться и находится много отличных баров и ресторанов. Интересный интерьер со вкусом. Кошка во дворе. Жили на третьем этаже, практически никогда не было напора и горячей воды, мылись всегда под холодной водой в душе. А если появлялась вода, то на одну минуту. По соседству находится заведение через дорогу, где постоянно играет громко музыка до 2 часов ночи, спать невозможно.

Es genial todo el arte que muestran combinando la cultura Pop con la mexica/azteca/maya. El hotel está ubicando en la mejor zona de La Veleta Me pareció todo maravilloso
- Alicja (4/5): - Hotel położony jest w ładnym otoczeniu tropikalnej roślinności i ma ładne baseny. Mimo, że mieliśmy zarezerwowane 3 noce, zrezygnowaliśmy już po jednej. W pokoju unosił się zapach stęchlizny, materac ogólnie był bardzo twardy, ale w niektórych miejscach posiadał wgniecenia, na których bardzo niewygodnie się spało. Pościel wyglądała na niezbyt czystą, albo była już mocno poszarzała. W recepcji przez cały dzień prawie nikogo nie ma, pojawia się od czasu do czasu jedna osoba z obsługi, która jednak nie porozumiewa się w języku angielskim, największym problemem jednak był brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem. Na śniadanie serwowane są tylko owoce, jogurt i płatki. Hotel położony jest daleko od plaży i centrum miasta, więc wynajęcie roweru lub skutera jest niezbędne, aby się poruszać.

The new extension for the hotel is beautiful, with the pool a great oasis with the beach so far away. The staff also were always lovely, very welcoming and accomodating. Le camere sono pulite e il letto davvero enorme. Consigliato assolutamente. Nessun punto negativo, tutto positivo e piacevole. Unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare é la colazione poco varia.
- Christelle (1/5): Nul du jamais vu ! - L’emplacement Le « directeur » ne trouvait pas notre réservation ! Il nous a trouvé deux chambres un long moment avant ! Une des chambres ne correspondait pas du tout à notre réservation . La piscine privée de la chambre 201 était dégoûtante ! Il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude et les toilettes ne fonctionnait pas ! L’autre chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas ! Tout les jours il fallait réclamer les serviettes de toilettes . Le ménage n’a jamais été fait dans une des chambres. Deux piscines sur trois étaient dégoûtantes 🤢, de plus un monsieur du personnel a laver ses chaussures dans une des piscine. La troisième piscine était très froide ! Le patron était inexistant avec nous ! Du jamais vu !!!!

Ruido constante de la bomba de agua (a las 11 de la noche tuvieron el detalle de cortarla porque reclamamos). La papelera del baño tenía papeles sucios de clientes anteriores que no transmitían un olor especialmente agradable. Los elementos del baño muy sencillos, ducha salía poca agua. Las sábanas totalmente arrugadas, no las planchan y las toallas son viejas. Escaleras incómodas para acceder a la habitación. El barrio tampoco es precioso que digamos. En recepción no hay nadie que te informe de nada. Definitivamente no entiendo las críticas “maravillosas”, sinceramente. Señores de Booking, NO es un “hotel lujoso”, no pongan una descripción engañosa.

El personal muy atento y amable. Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la presión de agua para la ducha, lo solucionaron dejándonos usar otro baño. Aunque el problema en sí no se solucionó, la respuesta fue rápida y adecuada.

- genevieve (8/5): Incredible decor and pool areas, walking distance to many delicious food spot! - What a beautifully designed place! The decor in itself is worth the stay. Stunning outdoor areas, 3 pools that are just more beautiful than the other. I was travelling alone with my child and felt welcomed and very safe. We had a room with a bathtub on the terrasse which was nice although not private enough to fully enjoy it. The breakfast was minimal but good and the staff on site was very nice. I loved the area. The hotel is within walking distance of many many great restaurants and street food. We enjoyed walking around la Veleta and trying all the food options. We enjoyed the pool which was perfect for children has it was not too deep and partly shaded. When we arrived, no one was there and we couldnt get in. The whole time we were there, we didnt meet anyone in charge of check in/check out. We did meet a very nice woman who lives there and she's the one who let us in while we waited to reach the front desk.

Basic breakfast of only fruit, toast and cereal.

Personnel aimable mais peu présent. Dispositif de porte d’entrée à revoir. Petit déjeuner inclus mais pas aussi complet et copieux que dans la plupart des établissements. Situé dans les quartiers de Tulum , il faut avoir une voiture pour rejoindre les sites et zones commerciales.

The entire hotel looks neat and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax by one of the pools. Our room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and a lovely balcony. There are lots of nice restaurants, bars, and bike rental spots within walking distance of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

- Emile (6/5): Très agréable... sauf si le bar en face décide de mettre les basses à fond. - Il faut apprécier l'architecture moderne en béton mais il faut reconnaître que l'hôtel a du style. Les parties communes sont très agréables, surtout les 3 piscines ! Le personnel est très agréable. Pas de réception, donc si vous arrivez hors des plages horaires communiquées la veille par WhatsApp, vous êtes à la porte ! Ensuite, il suffit du code pour rentrer. Une des deux nuits passées sur place, le bar en face a décidé de mettre les basses à fond. Vu l'isolation du bâtiment, c'est comme si notre chambre était au milieu d'une boîte de nuit, et ce jusqu'à 1h du matin... Quand nous sommes sortis leur demander de baisser, aucune réaction alors que le bar en question était vide ! Rien que pour cette mauvaise expérience, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, alors que le reste est plutôt bien.

- Ricardo (10/5): Gran lugar , paraíso escondido en la veleta - Mi estancia fue increíble, tuve la fortuna de quedarme en la parte que acaban de abrir, la parte nueva con una alberca que le pegaba el sol toda la tarde! En mi cuarto tenía una alberca privada que fue muy relajante durante mi estadía. Me atendió Diego y es muy amable, fui a un tour de buceo y tenía que salir temprano y me ayudó con el desayuno antes de las horas.:. De verdad que es una gran recomendación en tulum, está muy cerca de todo caminando y con mucha vida la Veleta!

Solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento porque nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades y ayudaron en los problemas que tuvimos (el aire acondicionado de una de nuestras habitaciones no funcionaba bien y nos cambiaron de forma rauda a una nueva), nos facilitaron el poder desayunar mucho antes de la hora que tenían porque habíamos contratado una excursión, muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, baños muy limpios. Dispone de dos albercas aunque una de ellas estaba fuera de servicio. Desayunos amplios y variados, con todo lo necesario para poder empezar el día con energía. Rodeado de excelentes opciones para comer o cenar. Nada, todo fue estupendo

- Lotti_17_x (10/5): Nice and comfortable hotel in the middle of Veleta Tulum - In the courtyard of the hotel, there’s a beautiful communal area with three different pools, lush plants, and countless cozy lounge and seating spots. You can easily spend the whole day here relaxing. The room is also stylish and beautifully decorated, with unique artworks on the walls and plenty of small design details to discover. Everything is clean and well looked after. The Aircon is very silent and works perfectly. Communication with Diego via email and WhatsApp worked perfectly. We had a small question, and he replied within minutes and solved the issue right away! We feel extremely comfortable here and can highly recommend this place!

The location was great and there were many great local restaurants and food spots that were all in walking distance. We only saw 1-2 staff members during our stay. We came during the off-season which could have explained it but there was rarely someone at the front desk.

The three pools and jacuzzi were the cherry on top! If you’re heading to Tulum, don’t miss out on this place.

- Emma (9/5): Overall really happy with my stay - I am so pleased I chose to stayed here and in La Valeta. Thank you - The location is perfect - near lots of great restaurants, cafes & bars all in walking distance. Hotel is cute and has a nice design with 3 swimming pools. Only 25 min walk from the coach station. I felt really safe as a solo female traveler staying here and the staff were lovely. You can not rent bikes from the hotel but across the entrance from the hotel is a lovely man called Hector who you can rent bikes, scooters & quads from. I cycled to the beach one day, it took about 45 minutes. Breakfast is a good selection with coffee, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals etc. It would be great if the staff could leave a bell to ring at reception when they aren’t there. I spoke to other guests who also had the same issue checking in with no one there. The damp smell in the room is a problem and needs to be sorted.

The staff we did interact with were friendly and welcoming.

- Kristy (6/5): - This is a tough one as the property has so much potential. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are amazing however the service we experienced was poor. We got put into our room, one bed had a blanket, the other didn’t, pillow cases stained on one bed. Turns out there was no hot water so we asked to be moved due to this and the noise of the bar. Diego was helpful and apologetic, so we moved rooms the next day as it was too late at night to change. The shower and noise was disappointing as we were so tired and about to travel 30 hours. Moved to the new room which was gorgeous, definitely upgraded. So thank you for that however there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. No hairdryer. So we requested this at about 6pm and I think the most inconvenient thing is we didn’t get these items until 1030pm at night and after many follow ups. It seemed like the room was half finished (newer part of the hotel) no where to hang towels, no door to close off to the outside area (only a screen door, so couldn’t completely lock the room up) I think with the right staff in place this place could be excellent. Please note: for anyone not going to Tulum to party, ask for a quiet room as this hotel sits right on top of a bar and it’s loud until 1am. The back rooms are nice and quiet.

- Kiarash (4/5): Not worth the money you pay - The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working when we checked in, and it took the staff two hours to fix it. Unfortunately, it broke down a couple more times the next morning, making the first night sleepless. To make matters worse, there’s a bar across the street that blasts EDM music from 5 PM to 1 AM. If you’re hoping to get some rest during these hours, good luck. On top of that, the shower didn’t have hot water on the second day.
