- KEREN KAYE (8/5): The place is so comfy and Peaceful at night - Everything is fine, the place is relaxing and luxury vibes, we had so much fun and the food is really great. We played table tennis and watch the movies but the place isn’t clean, its a bit dusty and There’s some area still repairing the air-condition which affects to our stay.

- Samuel (10/5): - Really appreciate the resort upgrading our room when we complained about the noisy/leaking aircon in our initial room. We really enjoyed the warm pools. Staff members were warm and friendly. Decent breakfast spread with delicious food. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. The aircon in our initial room need maintainence/repair as it was not effective in keeping the room cool and leaking fluid. Thankfully the resort resolved this issue promptly by changing our room and providing a room upgrade.

All the staff were friendly. Great service overall. We lost power in the middle of the night so the AC shut down and woke us up. The room got too hot. My husband called for assistance and they immediately came. It turned out, the wooden key card we put malfunctioned and they replaced it and fixed it. But it still ruined our sleep on our first night. You need to look into those wooden key card.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The facilities are very well taken care of, spotless, and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even more relaxing. The food was amazing, with a great variety and excellent quality at every meal. If you visit, make sure to try the massage in the spa — it’s an absolute must! It was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely go back and can’t wait for my next visit!

- Maelissa (10/5): - Check-in was online, so it was very easy. The resort was very quiet and beautiful. Everything would have been walkable, except it was raining so hard that we had to get chauffered around in golf carts to get to places (great service)! The room was large and modern with great design. The only draw back is that sometimes the toilet would smell of sewage. I think due to the heavy rains. The spa was amazing with great ambiance. Overall, a great relaxing home away from the city.

Staff go above and beyond with requests. Highlight was on site restaurant Samira. Highly recommended. Brakfast buffet was ample, healthy and indulgent. Some facilities in the lounge area needs updating. Staying on a room on the ground floor has a downside if someone is staying directly above your room as you can hear their movements eg footsteps.

Even if they had been fully booked the night before, they promised to try and have a room ready for us in an hour. We went to their restaurant and hadn’t even finished lunch before our room keys came. 😊 The room was nice - spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the snack and drinks that came with it. Everyone was very helpful from our entry to our exit. Being able to check out from your room was a nice touch. We originally chose Anya just because it was near the wedding venue we were going to, but we would likely go back again another time as we found the resort relaxing and spacious, and the whole experience enjoyable and stress free.

Food all through our 3 nights stay was a good experience. Staff is attentive and friendly. The spa needs more attention. It does not have spa ambience. The treatment was good but Niyama does not go the extra mile we expect from a spa. Not value for money.

- Hannah (10/5): Beautiful wellness resort - Beautiful hotel, amazing welcoming staff and they can't do enough for you. Delicious food. Relaxing Spa Lovely gym with snacks! Location meant it was hard to see any views of Lake Taal but the hotel called us a taxi so it wasn't hard.
