Staff is nice and I think nice if u have like a bar or drinking area in swimming pool area if we want something to drink or snack. A little bit hot to our room, we tried to lower the temperature but it set up to 20 degrees. We wake up in the middle of the night sweaty.

Always helpful esp if I bring a car and have to park. Or worse when there is no available parking spot. They really help me. And they see I am tired coming back and offer always to bring my stuff. Very nice gentlemen. Resto and housekeeping staff and front desk are also very nice and helpful. Overall kudos to Seda Capitol Commons! Sometimes there were too many guests, my room does not get cleaned till late and they would occasionally ran out out water, towels, toilet paper etc.Need to call for them when I got back late in the day. A minor inconvenience.

They were so helpful all the time always smiling And so polite, I would highly highly recommend this hotel to anybody. And without doubt I will be stopping here every year. Now best hotel in bocolod There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. From time, I contacted them from England right the way through to the time I left the hotel. The whole experience was superb.

Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant for local and international food. Other restaurants and malls are in walking distance around. Rooms are convenient and comfortable. -

Love the arroz caldo,,KBL, and many more. Friendly staffs. The services are fast. Keep up the good work! There is no room for smokers. My husband had to come out to have a smoke. It would be nice if there is an accessible smoker's room where you can comfortably sit and would be nice if the room is cooler as well. The big window glass as I observed were not properly clean. So much stains and dust.

It's a nice place to unwind and rest from the busyness of the holiday rush. We appreciate the choco cake greetings that awaits us in our room.

• viloanjm (8/5): QUICK Business Trip - recently went to Bacolod for a business trip, and stayed at Seda, as usual. I had booked a twin bed room, which I wasn't comfortable with. Check-in took a long time because Seda was fully booked due to the Terra Madre event. The trip was a hassle because there were so many tourists in Bacolod. Seda's breakfast, however, never disappoints; it was delicious as always. I was grateful nonetheless, and my sleep was peaceful. the Wi-Fi was not good.

We appreciate the staff ready to refill the water bottle for drinking but would appreciate if there are water dispensers we can use to refill the water bottles ourselves.

The staff are very attentive and always go out of their way to help and our stay memorable. The best buffet breakfast in Bacolod! Lots of choices with Philippine classic cuisine as well as western food. Salad and fruit is always fresh. Choice of fresh juices. My is their omelettes and crispy bacon! Their rooms are clean and not dusty and fresh feeling to them. No smell of dampness that you find in other hotels in the area. Front desk staff and concierge are friendly and helpful. We have stayed in other hotels in Bacolod before but service and quality overall does not match what Seda offers. It’s just a joy to stay here whilst visiting family.

• 419edza (10/5): Perfect Blend of Comfort, Convenience, and Hospitality - I had a wonderful stay at Seda Capitol Central! The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. My room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is also excellent and close to key spots in the city. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!
• 82divinea (10/5): The Best Hotel in the "City of Smile" - Seda Capitol Central Hotel is the best hotel we've stayed in Bacolod City. Located at the heart of the city near mall, parks, restaurants, and businesses. We rate it 10/10 for its cleanliness, location, room accommodations and amenities, great food served @ their restaurant, friendly staff, hospitality (special mention to Noel Inocencio), and parking space. Great place to stay if you visit the City of Smiles either on vacation or business purposes. You will feel @ home here and will for sure come again once you've stayed here. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay comfortably with great location and value for your money.
• mashiekadenat (4/5): Earthquake - Very nice hotel. Stayed here many times without any faults. This time though evacuated due to earthquake. Staff are always pleasant, hotel always well maintained. Hope to be making reservations again in July 26 with the Watson family from United Kingdom for three rooms.
• Thomas (1/5): Bad front end service - I tried messaging the hotel through Booking.com using the “Contact the property” option, but I never received a reply. I was trying to arrive one day earlier than my original booking, I can’t blame you for this because it could’ve been booking.com as well but When I arrived at the front desk, I explained that I was here a day early. The staff member told me that only an upgraded room was available, and it would cost 7,000 pesos per night for the entire stay. This didn’t make sense to me, since my original 4-night booking was already 14,050 pesos total, and the same room for the extra night was showing as 5,000 pesos on Booking.com. I showed this to the staff member ( maybe she was new ), and she told me to just book it through the website. After I did that, she said she’d let me know once the new booking came through. After waiting a while with no update, I went to another staff member who confirmed that the booking had already come through — and they were able to add it to my existing reservation. Reading of other customer issues they are extremely quick to take your money as I was like to the person do you want me to pay for it on Booking.com but she was like no I can take the payment here but if you can take payment here, why make me book the extra night and pay for it on book.com Overall won’t stay here again, anytime soon as I’m super big on good customer service Overall, the breakfast buffet is amazing. The cleaning stuff on my level, was super nice and friendly. The front end staff Memeber, the man one was super nice but didn’t catch his name.

• Lewis (10/5): English Man Abroad - The staff were excellent, impressing my girlfriend and showing utmost politeness to her family. Couldn't ask for more helpful staff. The facilities are clean and well organised. It is really easy to get whatever you need, and if not, I'm sure the staff would be willing to help. There are great views of the city, and the hotel is handily located near a mall. The bus terminal isn't far away either. As a foreigner, I felt very welcome and safe. When check out time came around. Would love to stay there longer!
• bidekifof (6/5): Not a 4 star! - Rated as 4 star but there is no ironing board/ iron in the room. They have a laundry service but my cargo pants came back in a soggy state which needs hanging out and clothing not ironed. On my last breakfast, I requested for soy latte and was advised there was no soy (LOL) but Crish was helpful delivering it 20 mins later. The reception is unable to call me a grab taxi as they don’t provide the service .. unbelievable!
