- Hangil (4/5): The best hotel in Hai Duong - The staff are friendly and all speak English. It seems like the best hotel in the city of Hai Duong, but the facilities are old. The carpet on the floor of the room was too dirty. But it's 3.5 stars and maintenance is clean. The hotel is still under construction and there's no mood at all because there's no proper cover. It's quiet because there are no guests

I was there for a large wedding function so it was ideal as - The weather was brilliant whilst I was there so I didn’t use the pool but it looked wonderful. The staff and breakfast, the service exceptional. Beautiful piped music. The gardens and fresh flowers in the entrance lovely. It was that I didn’t like it, it was more it seemed in appropriate. The music would have been better to be of the same as the dining. In the massage area it was Christmas carls played on a piano, so it wasn’t as relaxing as the words to those carried through rather than mindfulness relaxation. But an excellent massage.

- 10anl (10/5): Excellent Hotel. The one and only in Hai Duong - Back to Nam Duong Hai Duong after a long long time. The Hotel still is the best, the one and only. Everything meet 4 star standard. My room was spacious, neat and cleaned. Breakfast was tasty with many options for Western and Asian Breakfast style. Meals were also tasty and affordable. The swimming is very big I think Olympic size. Staff are super attentive, polite and accommodating. Still my choice whenever I travel to Hai Duong province
- AnthonyHunter (10/5): Excellent ! Best of the best - Nam Cuong Hai Duong might be a land mark of this area, the hotel is big but net and warm. My room was spacious and well appointed. Food was delicious, breakfast has many choices of Asian and Western food. The real germ of this hotel is the staff. Their English are limited but they really can go a thousand miles to help. Very attentive and polite, I love their smiles since I knew it from hearts not copy and paste ones. Thanks Nam Cuong Hai Duong and will see you in the near future.

Hotel offers a quite good breakfast and they also offer fruit / cake every day. This is a good point from the hotel. The food from the hotel restaurant is very delicious.

- Niks09 (10/5): Best hotel in Hai Duong - We have stayed in Hotel Nam Cuong for 6 days. Its very nice hotel in Hai Duong and i think no other hotel will be near to compare of it. Its 25 story building, Rooms are quite big and almost all rooms have view. Hotel is some what outskirt of city and nothing is nearby. staff is nice and all needed facility are available in Hotel. Buffet Breakfast is quite wide spread, but very limited options for pure vegetarian. In all our stay of 6 days we need not to call for housekeeping or services, everything is streamline and as required. only problem faced was during check- in, check in time is 2:00 pm, we have reached at hotel around 11:30 am and they do not ready to give us room and literally we have to wait for 1:30 hour at lobby. Booking is also an issue, we have drop several emails but there is no response or it is bounced(with id given on website). Request hotelier to check it once the email id given on websites. Overall it is very nice experience and comfortable stay.

Jeg fik fornemmelsen af, at personalet, særligt portneren forsøgte at lokke flest penge ud af mig ved forskellige betalinger, og det fandt jeg upassende når det burde være et pænt hotel og man betaler herfor. Fandt det en smule ‘anmassende’ og utroværdigt! Den ene receptionist havde få engelsk kundskaber. Personalet i restauranten var enormt søde. Maden okay! Værelserne okay, dog pletter på gulvtæppet og en frygteligt indelukkede lugt. Alt i alt okay oplevelse.

Nice hotel but unacceptable treatment to customers with bookings through travel agencies. This is my first time staying in this hotel and also the last one.
- Agong (8/5): Good, safe, clean, reliable hotel - If you have to or want to sleep in Hai Duong then this is a good hotel with large rooms, friendly staff, rich breakfast in a good location. We had a room on a high floor with a good view. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. The room was very large with a high ceiling and a large bathroom. The bathroom was slightly used but more than good enough. I liked the large room which would be comfortable for a longer stay. The room had large windows and a great view over an open space where locals were training TaiChi early in the morning. The hotel has a large garden and a golf driving range which my friend used.
- Dante_F1 (8/5): Many facilities, several restaurants - As other reviewers mentioned, the light in the room was insufficient. I felt lost in this big hotel but staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Thers is not mutch to do around it. It is ok to stay for a couple of nights.
- dkmoses (10/5): Vietnam Road Trip - We had arranged a road trip from Sapa to HaLong Bay. As part of that we had an overnight stop at Hai Duong, Nam Cuong Hotel, to make the trip comfortable. Didn't we get comfort. The hotel is out of the centre of town but it provides everything you need in real style. We were so well looked after, the rooms are spacious and well appointed, after a delicious breakfast we headed off well and truly pampered.
- workingtolive81 (10/5): Definitely try the Japanese Restaurant! - Our group of 4 (2 couples) stayed here briefly for 1 night as a convenient stop between Sapa and Halong Bay on our road trip. The hotel was very good and as it is over a large area, you don't see many other guests so seems very private - it is geared towards executive business travellers so quality was high. It is in a somewhat isolated and industrial looking area, so I'm not sure it would suit tourists or anyone hoping to see the area, but for us arriving at 4pm and departing again at 9am the next day, we were content to stay within the hotel grounds as it was a welcome retreat, and very comfortable. The food in the Japanese restaurant was superb and a must try! The chef is very talented.
- Insearchofthegrail (8/5): Best hotel option in Hai Duong - I travel to Hai Duong for business on 4-5 trips a year lasting 1 week or more. Each time I stay at the Nacimex Hotel, as it is a reliable base and the staff are friendly and keen to offer assistance, remembering return visitors. The hotel is large with a dated traditional appeal, and offers a broad variety of leisure options including pool to Spa facilities. The lighting in the rooms though can be gloomy. For me the best restaurant option is the Japanese, where the food is authentic and has more atmosphere than the other restaurant and bar options.
- Cityangel25 (6/5): The best hotel in Hai Duong - I always arrive this hotel late at night around 12 in the morning. I feel very quite and empty in this huge building, Always not much people stay here, but when you go for the breakfast, you will see around 10-20 people, mostly Korean or Asian people. Breakfast is ok, you can try the local dish - "pho" a rice noodle with soup. Staff is friendly, room is ok, sometimes with welcome fruits, and wifi is slow. There is not much thing to see or to shop near by the hotel.

- Jim_Shorts1 (6/5): Average Hotel - I stayed at this hotel for a few nights during a business trip and thought it to be pretty average. The hotel itself is very large, but it felt like I was only one of a few people that were actually staying there. Amenities were ok, and probably above average compared to other hotels in the area. If business pulls you away from Hanoi and you find yourself in or around Hai Duong, then the Nam Cuong is certainly a decent choice.
- seedhunter (6/5): Huge property, average service - Stayed here for only one night on my business trip. Hotel is quite good, but it is located in an isolated place. Staff are ok with English. Breakfast options for veg lovers are few, but for non-veg, quite good options.
- beccal72 (8/5): Nice hotel but hard bed - This hotel had all the amenities needed and the air conditioner was great. The only negative I had about this hotel is the bed is very hard. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice. Breakfast was decent. Since there's really not much to eat around there unless you're willing to brave the street food, we ate there for dinner 4 out of our 5 nights there. The menu had a large selection catering to vietnamese and western palate but the food was alright in my opinion. I would still stay here again since its nicer than the other hotels in the area

Our room has a very beautiful view. The hotel has everything you want such as Gym, Spa, swimming pool... We had a wonderful time there. Definitely come back again.
