Very nice and show what is 5 star hotel. Service also very nicez had problem with the tv, maintenance come to resque the day! Only 1 card provided while we have 4 people. Very tiring and unreasonable. Is it dormitory or what? Atleast please provide 2 access card

Kann Kamiko (10/5): GREAT for a mini staycation. - The staffs were all very kind and friendly. They helped with a buggy ride from the apartment to the hotel lobby. Its the apartment not the hotel. So had two rooms, King bed room had a bathroom with bathtub. Two single bedroom has a shower. Has a kitchen and a dining table area with a balcony. The bathroom has a strong odour, like sewer smell. But its not to the point where it spoils your stay tho. Tv had no Netflix, tv channels were all messed up, a maintanance guy came to help but he cant do much. We were too tired so didnt proceed with changing rooms. the breakfast was not up to expectation tho.. maybe bcoz we went during puasa (ramadhan) month.. No nasi lemak.. Also no lactose free choice of milk... but it was sufficient lah. The lighting in the room not so nice if you want to do a proper make up haha but its OKAY. overall still a great stay.

Yusof (9/5): - I chose the Deluxe King Room. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Much appreciated that a sejadah and Quran were provided in the room. The breakfast was great, loved the omelettes! Great location near to UKM and a few education center. Wifi line quite hard to get connected
