- Dmitry (5/5): - Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже лет 10 подряд. По 2-3 раза в год, иногда чаще. С каждым годом ветшает отель все больше. А огромная стройка вокруг окончательно все испортила. С потолка номера текла вода, чайник и сейф не работал, в ванной подтекало, хамам плохо греет и ждать надо час, чтобы его включили. Сервис стал также соответствовать обветшалости отеля. Очень жаль. Был любимый отель. Отель требует ремонта и реновации. Огромная стройка вокруг. Обветшалость везде.

- Marina (10/5): - Что делает этот отель восхитительным,это люди.Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этом отеле…расстояние до центра города и СТРОЙКА рядом с отеле компенсируется вниманием со с стороны персонала.Upgrade номер,чтобы меньше было слышно шум со стройки(спасибо Леону)заказали бесплатно такси до аэропорта,много мелочей,которые делают твое пребывание в отеле значимыми.Чистота в отеле👍Особое внимание к интерьеру.Люблю Армению😘 Стройка рядом

- Elionora (10/5): Второй раз в этом отеле, шикарный СПА - Останавливались во второй раз в этом отеле. После кольцевого тура по Армении решили устроить себе релакс. Хамам,парная,бассейн – все что мы хотели и получили. Очень приятный персонал, в качестве комплимента угостили нас домашним вином. Недалеко есть торговый центр, в котором есть большой супермаркет, IKEA и несколько магазинов. Номера просторные и чистые. Соотношение цена-качество 100%. Вернёмся ещё! Рядом идёт стройка, очень шумно, невозможно выйти на балкон и насладиться видами.
- Anjelika (10/5): - уже втрой раз приезжаем в этот отель, все нравится! персонал очень приятный , и за минуту решает любую проблему! понравилась сухая баня и хамам , а так же бассейн внутри отеля. еда в ресторане было недорогая и вкусная. в минибаре есть вся необходимая еда. в номере был большой выбор ванных принадлежностей ив се необходимое для комфортного пребывания! мы останавливались на 4 дня и кажды день наш номе тщательно убирали - это было очень приятно) спасибо всему персонала за теплый прием! рядом с отлем к сожалению сейчас идет стройка, и иногда это мешало нам по утрам. но не критично

For the price we paid, it was a good value! Breakfast was not worth 11e we paid, we ordered one thing and received something different, so the restaurant in general was not the best. Better take a taxi (cheapest is application Yandex Go) to the city centre to Caucasus tavern and eat there for much better price and food diversity. Also, the tv should be replaced for a smart tv.

- Valentin (10/5): An exceptional stay at Caucasus Hotel! Highly recommended! - I traveled to Armenia without high expectations regarding accommodation, but Caucasus Hotel truly exceeded them all. From the moment we arrived around 3:00 PM, everything was smooth and well-organized. We immediately found a free parking spot right in front of the building, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, even if her English wasn’t perfect. The hotel is ideally located just a short drive from Yerevan. It’s perfect if you want easy access to the city while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. For travelers who appreciate both convenience and tranquility, this location is ideal. A major highlight of our stay was the cleanliness. The room was spotless, and housekeeping was done daily at an impeccable standard. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the sauna and hammam, which were a fantastic bonus and added even more value to our stay. The hotel’s architecture is beautiful, with a unique and impressive style. The elevators are modern and fast, which made moving around the hotel very convenient. We checked out at 3:00 AM due to an early morning flight, and even at that hour everything went smoothly and professionally. The staff was consistently courteous and attentive. One of the pleasant surprises was the minibar pricing. We paid only 2 euros for two mineral waters - something you rarely find in hotels today. Overall, for the services and quality offered, the value for money was excellent. Our experience at Caucasus Hotel was truly wonderful, and I would return without hesitation. From the clean rooms and great facilities to the friendly service and perfect location, everything contributed to a memorable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan! Staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful, both on reception and in the bar and for food. The team definitely went above and beyond to make our stay special. Be aware the hotel is about 30 minutes from central Yerevan.

Постельное белье, подушка и матрас удобные. Еда в ресторане была вкусная и очень недорогая. Так же в отеле в свободном доступе есть два бассейна, хамам , сауна и игровая зона! Ставим отелью 10 из 10

I carried my luggage from the car to my room, taking into co sideration that the elevator didn't reach the last floor, so I carried it on my back!!!! This is the first time I have seen something like this in a hotel that considers itself 5 stars.

We want to order drinks from the pool bar, but they denied and ask to go out of the pool, go to another bar, pay and come back again. May some waiter come and take the order, but no. Еда недорогая и вкусная, у бассейна музыка играет, пьешь пиво и живешь красиво)) территория отеля красивая, ухоженная. Напротив есть тц. Очень хотелось остаться еще, спасибо за такой теплый прием! Сотрудники никогда не стучались в номер( однажды попросила зубные щетки, стою в полуголая и заходят в номер. Еще висела табличка не беспокоить, случайно поднималась за деньгами, а номер начали убирать. Это надо откорректировать)

Понравилось, что можно было ходить в сауну и хамам до полуночи. - Там, где сауна и хамам, не работал душ, совсем. - Не совсем удобно идти к ближайшему торговому центру, если захочется купить еды или продуктов. Пешеходный переход находится далеко и проход к нему крайне неудобный вдоль трассы. - Будьте готовы, если что, оказаться в пробках на пути в центр Еревана. - Не стоит об этом писать, но сперва сказали, что халаты можно забрать с собой на память, а потом сказали, что они стоят денег)

It suppose to get a five star hotel, but the facilities are so badly maintained The facilities and service don’t meet the five start hotel standards. The facilities are so badly maintained, room was smelling, service in the restaurant was unpleasant, we got plastic cutlery in the restaurant! The was just a few equipments in the gym and it was broken. We asked to prepare sauna but when came it was cold and not ready to use. Darts arrows were broken, it’s not possible to use.

This hotel is far from the city, but on the bright side, the taxi fares are cheap. Also, when we visited, the city was full of flies, which were really bothersome. I believe the windows definitely need some kind of protection.

- Nayirie (1/5): Not satisfied - We liked the room and it was comfortable. We did not like how the staff lied to us. We understand the rules of every hotel in the world that the check in is usually at 2.00 pm and check out is 12:00 pm. We asked 3 different staff members that we will check in at 1.00Am after midnight and there was no problem. We asked about the check out time based on the check in timing, we were informed that we can checkout at 12:00 am. But around 2.00pm afternoon we received a call from the receptionist that we have 10mins to check out and they will be going to change extra from us as half day. After arguing we were not charged for that extra 2 hours, but their behavior towards us was so rude.
