- Liane (10/5): - Loved my stay at this hotel. Although it is a little farther from the main hub the resort has very affordable car/moto rentals and transportation available. The villa itself was clean and very spacious.
- Rosana (4/5): - The room was clean and very confortable but the customer service was terrible. The staff did not speak well or at all English, we called many, many times for room service and they never answered the phone. The breakfast was poor, in the eating area there were a lot of flys. The bar was not open, no food available after hours. The hotel does not have access to the beach as seen in the pictures posted in their site. Rides schedule was on time to airport.
- Jan (4/5): Disappointed—standards have slipped a lot - This used to be a great stay but it’s fallen badly. On arrival they put me in a two-bedroom villa with one bedroom simply locked. That’s not the same as the one-bedroom villa I booked and paid for, which has an extra toilet and a far better, more relaxing layout. It felt cheap and gave off awful vibes. Worse, they only made the proper one-bedroom villa available two nights later—but offered no apology at all for the mess or for the fact I paid for those two nights even though I had to stay elsewhere while waiting. Breakfast has gone downhill too: poor selection, lower quality, and clear cost-cutting. No effort or pride like before. Checkout was another fiasco: they tried to charge me again for room service I'd already paid in cash. Again, no apology, no simple “oh sorry, our mistake,” just blank stares. Honestly, it feels like management stopped caring entirely. The only saving grace is the cleaning staff—genuinely friendly, helpful, and the only ones here doing their jobs with any heart. Overall, this place has turned into a total letdown. Cutting corners, ignoring paying guests, and failing on basics like honesty and communication. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for the relaxing, high-quality experience it used to offer.

- Joceline (6/5): - The rooms at the Boutique Resort were very spacious and nicely decorated. The location was not ideal as it is located in the middle of a very rural neighborhood without easy access to food or shops. The resort also has a bunch of cats that don’t seem to be feed.

The area outside of hotel was kind of run down and food was terrible. On the first night ordered food and they forgot part of order even though repeated it back to us plus took another 30-40 minutes after they knew order was missing. Plus said breakfast was 6am but did not start until 7am which was an issue when needed to leave earlier. The location was good but private pool was best attraction.

- Don (4/5): - Smokeless property but our room smelled of smoke. Door did not shut from bathroom to master bedroom for privacy. No room in master bedroom for luggage must be placed in common. Bathroom construction was improper for drain of shower as using the shower outside the tub made all the floor wet including around the toilet. Pictures misleading as was when property was new. Everything from chips in paint on walls, door locks not working properly to worn furniture needs repair. Very far from main road and breakfast buffet was not the best- it you are not picky, smoke and want an inexpensive place to stay.

- rebecca (8/5): - This place is so peaceful.Retreat would be a better name rather than resort!! This is a unique place where you get your own private apartment and pool. The apartments are huge and have brilliant kitchen area if you want to cook. Staff are great and will help ypu with anything. We had massages in our room and the staff sorted out tour transport etc needed. Itis quite away from good for getting into Phuket town and east activities. Taxis are expensive but they are same price as rest of Phuket.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Away from the city - If you’re looking for a hideout location and mainly just go hang around in the villa, this place is wonderful. It’s really very far from the main attractions but they have waterfall and other local attractions nearby. They have free car and bike rental for 4 hours. As I said it’s really in the suburban area which mean really cheap and yummy local dish is everywhere along the road and this is the pro, the only cons is it’s far from the town but with car everywhere it’s accessible!

- Verified traveler (10/5): - An amazing secluded place away from the main cities, great price, A LOT of room, private pool was tiny though, more of a showpiece, not to swim in, rather use the large pool they have in the center. check-in was simple and quick. Breakfast was nice and brought straight to your villa. No complaints, would definitely recommend.
