- YOSHITANI (8/5): またリピートしたいです！ - 清潔だった。ウォーターサーバーがついていた。浴室に乾燥の機能があり助かった。キャナルシティに近くて良い 部屋の作りが小さい子には危ないこともあった。(小学生と幼児は楽しそうでした。)
- TANABE (6/5): 宿泊自体は快適だが、部屋の構造に一部問題ある - ・1人1台ベッド(または布団)があり快適でした。 ・ウォーターサーバーがあり部屋で過ごす時には飲み物を気にせず飲むことができました。 ・部屋も広く大人数で利用しても快適でした。 ・タオルの用意もたくさんあってよかった。今回は使用しなかったですが洗濯機があるのは便利だと思います。 ・ルームキーなどはなくキーパッドに暗証番号を入力するタイプだったので同行者の誰でも好きな時に部屋に入ることができてよかったです。 ・部屋にロフト？のような空間があり階段がついていましたが降りる際に滑ってお尻、腰を強打しました。 階段の材質が滑りやすい&取っ手がなかったことが事故に繋がったのではと思います。病院で検査し幸い骨には異常がないことを確認できましたが旅行にも影響が出ましたし、2週間以上たった今でも多少の痛みが残っています。 階段に滑り止めのマットをつける、取っ手をつけるなどの事故防止策を講じて欲しいです。 ・ロフトの天井が一部低くなっており、同行者数名が頭部をぶつけていました。注意喚起を行って欲しいです。 ・浴室の掃除が少し行き届いていないように感じました。

- Choi (6/5): 후쿠오카 주요 지점의 한 가운데 - 하카타역과 캐널시티를 걸어서 10분정도만에 도착할 수 있는 좋은 위치이다. 실내에는 요리를 해먹을 수 있는 시설이 갖추어져 있다. 일본의 대표적인 낙수원이 옆에 있다. 침대가 2층으로 되어 있는데 난방이 히터를 통해서만 가능하였고, 히터는 위쪽 침대에 붙어있어 겨울에 매우 건조하다. 반면 아래쪽 침대는 히터가 미치지 않아서 추워 한 방에서 난방이 차이가 난다. 직원이 없는 무인 시스템이라 다소 불안한 면이 있다.

- Luc (7/5): Full large and functional apartment in centre Fukuoka - Complete apartment. Bedrooms great and spacious. Well equipped. Great location for centre of town activities. Attended Sumo tournament at 5 minutes by taxi. Kitchen and living area a bit basic but functional. Entering process a little unusual using tablet access but ok once registered.
- I (8/5): - Een appartement met keuken/badkamer en genoeg ruimte in de woonkamer/slaapkamer. Ideaal voor gezin met twee kinderen. De locatie is ook prima, met bushalte voor de deur. Er zijn niet echt ontbijtopties in de buurt, maar er zijn genoeg 7elevens om de hoek. Inchecken is middels code, dat werkt prima. Het is er erg rustig, ik zou dit zo weer boeken mocht ik weer in de buurt zijn.

- Colin (7/5): Spacious room in convenient location - Convenient location within walking distance of Hakata Station. Spacious well equipped. Remote check in procedure, shower and bathroom a bit smelly.
- Barb (8/5): - The apartment had an interesting layout but it was functional. It had lots of amenities. The check-in process was very easy and the building is secure. It's only a 15 min walk from the station and the major shopping area. A convenience store is just opposite the building. The decor is a little dated.
- Breann (9/5): Very nice place- would be great for a family! - The facilities were very nice and modern- very efficient use of space. The check in process was easy. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were thoughtful. When we first arrived, the door was open It looked like the lock had been stuck out in the "locked" position before the door had closed when the last person left, resulting in the door being stuck open. So we had to do a thorough check to make sure no one was inside and everything was ok.

- Pei Chen (7/5): 位置便利、空間寬敞的選擇 - 地點非常好，走路10分鐘可以到運河城跟博多車站。對面有7-11，而且7-11門口就有Chari Chari租借點。房間空間很大，整體佈局就像真的住在日本公寓，尤其喜歡浴廁的寬敞空間。 清潔需要加強，尤其是冷氣及浴廁通風設備的濾網，很久沒有清潔，灰塵很多。

Nasib baik ada Japanese yang menginap disitu memberikan pertolongan. Dalam bilik ada tangga jadi keluarga yang mempunyai anak kecil perlu lebih memberikan perhatian kepada anak-anak.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good to stay - The hotel contacted me via email on the day of check-in to inform me that my original room was unavailable due to a broken air conditioner. They offered a complimentary upgrade to another room, which I accepted. However, had I known that the room I was assigned was actually a downgrade from the one I originally booked, I would not have accepted their offer. Unfortunately, I only realized the room was a downgrade the day after check-in, making it too late to request a refund. Anyhow, the room was spacious and in good condition overall.

- Chinlee (8/5): Small tidy unit. - Small and tidy, a place just nice to rest and sleep. If you need more space, then this is not the looking you should consider. Surprisingly they have a HUGE bathroom. Check-In. The tablet located at the entrance was superbly bad. It's so hard to use, and poor response. End up we have to call to seek help to complete the check-in process. The property owner should replace it with a new unit.

Also the team weren't helpful when I asked about taxis. Other Booking.com teams were very helpful but the Metropolitan staff just said 'its not part of our service'

- CHAEHEE (6/5): - 청결상태나 숙소 상태 전반적으로 모두 깔끔하고 좋았으나, 체크인 건물과 실제 숙소의 거리가 좀 멀어 불편함이있었는데, 더 안좋았던건 체크인다하고 숙소까지 걸어왔는데 숙소현관비밀번호를 다르게 알려주어 지나가는 현지인분한테 전화 좀 해달라 부탁해 그분께서 전화를 해줬는데 돌아오는 말은 우리가 직접전화하라는 말이였음,,소통이 어려워 지나가는 일본인께 부탁한거였는데,, 겨우겨우 기다리다 다행히도 다른 숙박인들이와서 들어갈때 물어봤더니 비밀번호를 다르게 적어준것을 알게됨. 그것빼곤 전반적으로 좋았음 화장실 깨끗해요
- Julian (1/5): Bad experience from when we arrived at the property would definitely not recommend this to anyone. - There was nothing I liked about the property It was very cold and damp, the way you had to go to another location to check in was bad even local taxis didn’t know the way. It was very over priced for what you got and would definitely book a hotel in the future and would get a lot more value for money.
- KATSUMORI (8/5): - 予約時にチェックインは他のホテルとなっておらずたまたま施設に電話して判明 車だったのでよかったのですが徒歩だとこの地域をしらないと20分近くかかると思います 部屋が広い割にエアコンが一つなのでなかなか部屋が温まらず寒かった エアコンの作動音が大きく消さないと眠れなかった 別途の横にテレビが有り、テレビを見ながら就寝出来ないのが残念 机の周りにUSBポートがあれば尚いいですね 次回福岡に行く際には当ホテルも候補の一つとして検討します
- hyeonchul (8/5): - 6명이 숙박할수 있는 레지던스 호텔로 복층식으로 되어 있고 시설이 깔끔하고 좋습니다. 숙박일수에 맞게 세제도 세탁기 주변에 비치되어 있고 욕실안이 건조 기능이 있어서 빨래를 말리는데 도움이 되었습니다. 하카타역도 도보로 10분 정도로 가까워서 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인 하는 장소가 별도로 있어서 10분 정도 걸어가야 됐는데 거기서 체크인 후에 다시 10분 정도를 걸어가야 하는 불편함이 있었습니다. 기존에 히로시마에서 묶었던 레지던스 호텔의 경우 대면 체크인 없이 우편함에서 열쇠를 받고 1층 비번을 받아서 들어가서 방에 있는 복사기를 이용 여권을 복사해서 정해진 함에 넣어주면 되는 식이라 편했는데. 이곳도 그런 방식을 고려해보면 정말 퍈할것 같습니다.

- David (4/5): Other than the location (which is excellent) I would not recommend staying here. - The check-in is dysfunctional and misleading. After I booked I was informed (2 days before and then again a few hours before we checked in) that check-in was not in the same place as the room. We had to go from the airport to an office with all of our bags and check-in. We then had to call and wait for another taxi to drive to the actual building where the room was. It is not a hotel but rather an apartment building with some units owned by the group. The wifi never worked during our stay but there was no lobby or anyone to speak to in order to correct. Ultimately we went through Booking.com to call the hotel (if you can call it that) but that resulted in them sending us the same wifi id that we already had - ie the problem was never resolved. I also question why Booking .com allows such a misleading listing on its page. Please see above.
- Yamato (4/5): - 面白い間取りの部屋ではあったが、シャワーの水圧が弱く、ブレーカーもすぐに落ちる。 敷布団と掛け布団も薄く、冬に泊まるには厳しいものがあった。
- アキ (6/5): - 洗面所とトイレが仕切りがないため、ちょっと不便でした。また、洗面所には髪の毛が落ちていて、綺麗に掃除をされていないなぁ…って所が残念でした。しかし、子供達はとてもワクワクするような作りであったため、すごく喜んでいました。

- Twining (8/5): - 이 가격으로 이 넓은 방을 이용할 수 있는건 놀라운 일이다. 전반적으로 모든것에 만족하며 5일간 생활하였다. 호텔과는 다르기에 매일 침구와 수건을 교체 해 주지 않지만 그정도는 아무 문제 없었다. 수건도 2명에서 5일간 쓸 정도의 충분한 수건이 비치가 되어 있었다. 하지만 다 좋은것만은 아니고 다른 리뷰에서 본것처럼 냉난방기의 성능이 뛰어나지는 않았다. 물론 당시 날씨로 창문열고 생활하는것으로 해결을 보았지만 한여름이나 한겨울에는 좀 힘이 들 것 같다. 그리고 기본배치되어있는 냄비를 사용하고자 하였으나 불에 올려서 물을 끓이는 과정에서 냄비에서 이상한 냄새가 나 바로 사용을 중지시키고 환기를 하는 동시에 냄새가 너무 심해 한 15분 정도 밖에 있다가 들어왔다. 이 2가지 부분은 추후 확인 후 개선 해야 될 부분이라고 생각한다. 그 외의 부분에는 아무런 문제 없이 매우 만족하며 생활하였다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - メゾネットタイプのお部屋で、エアコンが上部へ取り付けてあるため、下の段まで暖かくなりにくかったので、小さな床置きのヒーターなどあると、もっと良かったです。 使用した食器を洗って元へ戻すようになっていましたが、食器を洗うスポンジがありませんでしたので、手洗いになってしまいました。 お部屋の清潔さや、間取りは大変良かったです。 また是非利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

- YUKO (8/5): - 4박5일하는데 모든 시설이 갖춰져 있어서 불편함이 없었어요. 특히 이층 침대 구조가 우리 가족 모두 맘에 들었고 좋았습니다. 다만 겨울이러서 위 칸은 난방이 있지만 아래 칸 침대쪽은 추워서 밤에는 옷을 몇벌 겹쳐서 입었어요. 히터같은 난방기구가 있으면 좋을 것 같아요. 그 이외는 불편한 것은 없었고 위치는 하카타역 캐널시티 모두 걸어서 10분내에 갈 수 있어서 좋았고 주변에 스미요시신사가 있었는데 일본 신정이다 보니 이것 저것 축제도 하고 해서 평소에는 못 보는 행사도 볼 수 있어서 좋았어요~^^ 체크인은 숙소에서 하는 것이 아니어서 처음에만 번거로움이 있었지만 직원분도 친절하게 가는 길을 알려주셔서 참 좋았습니다!

- RICHARD (8/5): A very good stay for the family - Rooms are suitable for families. The rooms are well maintained. Property is around 8mins walk to Hakata station. Pros: With kichen appliances and utensils for cooking, as well as washing machine. 7-11 conveniently across. Quiet area. Cons: Check-in place is different but somewhat compensates since no check out is needed since there are no keys needed to be returned. No cleaning of room for the duration of stay. No Cleaning option even if we were willing to pay additional cleaning fee

- sachi (8/5): - 洗濯機、掃除機もあって子供と一緒で連泊なので過ごしやすかった 洗濯機(潜在付き)があると持っていく荷物が減らせて便利 浴室乾燥機なので次の日には乾く 希望としては洗濯バサミ付のハンガーがあれば更に嬉しいです
