- NANA (8/5): 재미있고 놀고 편하게 쉬다 왔어요 - 아침 뷔페는 화려하진 않지만 먹을만 한건 다 있었고 수영장 버블도 짧지만 아이들이 좋아했어요. 침대가 넓어서 네 식구 자기에 좋았어요. 위치가 케이블카 타는 곳이랑 가까워요. 리조트내에 메가박스가 있어서 좋아요. 레스토랑에서 아침뷔페밖에 안해서 나머지는 다 밬에 나가서 사먹어야해서 그건 좀 불편했어요. 위치가 시내랑 좀 떨어져있어요.

- Jordan (9/5): Great views, family friendly, and good location. - Nice hotel right next to the bay area. You can either stay in the main hotel, or get an individual villa with its own pool. There are bigger villas that are dual rooms instead of a private one, but offer more room. A convenience store is located on the lower level of the hotel where you can pick up all kinds of snacks, food, and essential items. The cafe on the 3rd floor is where you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner while also offering a solid range of wine and beer. Feel like cooking on the grill, head to the rooftop and you can get beer and rent a grill to cook out with. Want some BBQ, head down to the convenience store and you'll see the BBQ shop next to it. Pork and chicken there is amazing. Fancy catching a movie? There are several theatre rooms to check out movies, grab some popcorn or drinks from the concession stand. Would have liked to have some kind of coffee in the room, but with the store nearby, you can pick up all kinds of drinks there and stock up.

- YOUNHEE (10/5): 아르떼 좋아요 - 인근 낚시터 이용 후 이용하게 되었습니다. 젊은 분들 취향에 맞추어 심플하게 지어졌네요 카드키는 하나 주어졌고 난방이 상당히 늦게 따뜻해진다고 할까요 아쉬웠고 침대도 단단한 편임 수영장은 볼만했음 90점 줍니다.

The hotel was very good as keeping guests informed of relevant information. Shower drain was slow to drain. Sink in the bathroom was very low.

When we went to eat breakfast they charged 3$ extra perp person hidden fee and said the if we had a reservation then we would be charged the advertised price and told to look it up on kakao. When we looked there’s no information on this hidden charge which is false advertisement Bottom line the room is ok but don’t expect any world class service from the low level employees and management

- SEHYEOK (4/5): - 더럽습니다. 식기건조대는 녹슬어있고 화장실 줄눈엔 곰팡이 샤워호스엔 찌든때 가득 건조대는 부셔져있고 에어컨필터는 청소를 얼마나 안한건지 먼지가득 더러워서 켜지도못하겠어요 침대는 진드기가 가득한듯합니다. 자는 내내 간지러워서 긁다지쳐 잠들었네요 bed bug 예전에 보고 진짜놀랐는데..매트리스 뒤집으면 아마 먼지다듬이라든지, 진드기라든지 가득할걸로 예상됩니다. 관리가 안돼요 이곳에서 2박이나잤다니 저를 칭찬하고싶네요 2박하는데 별도 청소는 없고 수건만 가져다줍니다. 프론트는 불친절하다는 느낌 없었어요

- Sungmin (4/5): 프론트의 첫인상이 전체 이미지를 좌우합니다. - 체크 인 시간이 훌쩍 지나서 도착해서 프론트에 갔더니 내가 이미 체크인해서 들어가 있는것으로 되어 있더라구요 확인해보니 동명이인으로 다른 사람을 저로 착각한것 같더라구요 근데 당연히 전화번호랑 같이 확인해야 하는게 아닌가요?? 안그래도 후기에 빌라는 좋은데 직원들 불친절 등이 되어 있던데, 그래도 신경 안쓰고 가서 재밌게 놀다 오면 된다고 생각하고 갔었는데 막상 내가 이 일을 격고 나니 입실전부터 기분이 다 망쳐서 짜증이 나더라구요 기본적인건데... 이러고 나니 괜히 찝찝하고, 풀장 더 큰방으로 웃돈주고 예약했는데 이 방이 그방 맞는지도 모르겠고 정말 기분이 안좋더라구요 이게 전체적인 빌라의 이미지 인데 직원들 교육 및 친절교육이 이루어져야 할것 같습니다.
- Miyoung (8/5): 실내풀장이 너무 좋네요 - 전체적으로 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 어린이용 풀장이 객실마다 있어서 초등생들과 같이 가면 야외풀장보다 실내풀장의 이용이 좋아요.
- 히히 (6/5): - 온수풀 이용 안했지만 하루 놀기 좋았음. 체크인 시 줄을 길게 섰지만 그것도 견딜만 했음. 방 청소는 깨끗하게 하지 않는 듯 했음. 침실에 있는 공유기, 화장대 등등 위에 먼지가 뽀얗게 앉아 있었음. 식탁위에 이물질도 그대로 묻어 있었음. 쓰레기도 숙박했던 사람들이 다 치우도록 되어있는 시스템이었는데...그 긴 클리닝 시간동안 어디를 청소하시는지 모르겠음. 바닥을 청소기로 대충 빨아 당기기만 하지 말고, 물걸레든 물티슈든 들고 가구 위를 닦아 방안에 먼지를 제거 해줬으면 함.

- Hyeon seo (4/5): 청결하지만 운영관리 미비 - 숙소는 매우 깔끔하고 만족스러웠습니다. 하지만 저희 목적은 바베큐 시설을 이용하는 것이였는데 로비에서는 이용하는 장소와 시간을 알려주셨는데 막상 장소에 도착했을 때는 운영하지 않는 상태라고 하였고 3개월 전부터 운영되지 않았다고 말씀하셔서 너무 당황스러웠습니다. 하나의 리조트 내에서 운영되는 것들이 다르게 관리되고 있는 점에 조금 실망스러웠습니다.

There are everything you need to stay in suite and at the convenience store and it was impressive that they even have a water purifier in the suite. Great view with jacuzzi in the balcony! Only one thing bothered us was the mattresses were too firm.
