• Noormaliza (5/5): Bad service - I booked a room with 1 double bed + 1 single bed.During booking I had informed be checking in late. However, when arrived around 6pm, the receptionist casually informed me that the room type I booked was no longer available and only regular room were left.without showing any concerns for the inconvenience caused. I was very frustrated n decided to cancel the booking n luckily managed to get another hotel.

• Yuna (1/5): Terrible - We could even get our bookings. We had a booking for one night, we arrived at the check in time and they turned us away with the excuse of all the rooms being occupied? There were no prior communication with the establishment or any warnings at all. A guest prior to our arrival was also turned down with the same excuse. What was the point of a booking if it isn't honored? They argued that we haven't made any payment to ensure our booking but that was their fault as they set the payment system. We would be more than welcome to pay upfront but they only accept payment at the hotel.
