Staff members were always smiling and very attentive. The cleanliness of both the room and common areas was outstanding. This hotel truly offers top-quality service for its price range.
• Wuhan (10/5): Great stay - This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. The room was quiet, well-maintained, and cleaned daily. I slept very well every night. Considering the affordable price, the quality of service and comfort offered here is excellent. One of the best value hotels in Hanoi.

• Sheryl (5/5): 5 out of 10 - Spacious room and it’s easy to get a grab . First of all when I entered the room I always checked the cleanliness but upon checking,there are dust piled inside the drawer,windows,black long bench.I put some towel on the blue sofa as there are whitish mark on it everywhere it looks like came from human general.The bed wasn’t that comfy as it’s too hard I feel like sleeping in a hardboard.In my 4th day of stay I stripped the beddings for a full change ,to my surprise there’s a red stain underneath the mattress it looks like dried blood that stay on for ages it’s disgusting.There are 2 bathrobe provided but I used it to cover the long black bench as it’s too dusty and I have to clean it myself.The internet wasn’t good ,Even though the room is outdated but cleanliness is more important,I like the size of the room it’s spacious and staff are helpful.The problem is a language barrier but thanks to google translate.Anyway they should have a proper training on how to clean properly..
• Jing (10/5): Great stay in Hanoi - We loved this hotel. The room was so spacious, the breakfast was delicious with lots of Vietnamese favourites. The staff were so helpful and went to great lengths to ensure our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the location as it was close to recommended restaurants. We would definitely visit again.
• Jaewook (10/5): Amazing hotel with friendly staff - We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was really enjoyable! The staff is amazing and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant serves delicious food and the staff helped us a lot with recommendations of what to see and where to eat in the city. Overall amazing experience, you should definitely consider staying there when visiting Hanoi!
• Marko (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing stay you must book! After a cancelled 2023 trip we had decided to visit in 2024 and rebook with Vong Xua Boutique. What a great hotel this is, in a great location that’s central in Hanoi. Great staff that treat you like royalty, we will be coming back for sure. Thanks again everyone you guys are amazing.
• Klementine (7/5): Simple and clean, but not luxurious - Staff were friendly and helpful despite not speaking a lot of English - we managed to solve a wifi issue through google translate and lots of gesturing. The room was clean and large. If you're looking to stay somewhere "authentic" this is a great choice as it really feels like you're in the middle of the city (rather than in the touristy areas). The bed was very hard and had only one pillow per person, with a thick blanket that was far too warm for the weather and no other options. The room had no window or natural light at all, which was very disorienting. The shower had bad water pressure, but that seems quite common in Hanoi. The most annoying aspect was probably that a keycard was required to turn on the electricity to the room - including to the fridge. This meant that you couldn't leave something in the fridge and expect it to stay cool if you went out for the day, so you couldn't use it for anything perishable. Finally, the location is pretty out of the way if you're here as a tourist - we ended up catching local buses a lot (they're very cheap) as it was too far to walk to pretty much any tourist destination.
• Carma (10/5): Best hotel in Hanoi - The room was clean, cool and had very comfortable beds. The house cleaning services was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and accommodated all of our needs. We had breakfast everyday of our stay and it had a plethora of choices, it did not disappoint. We would stay there again and it is highly recommended.
• Zan (10/5): Highly recommend - Perfect service. Great restaurant. Front Desk was extremely helpful in arranging drivers and tour guides. Rooms are modern, clean, and totally servicable. Located in the city center, it is very convenient to get to everywhere by taxi.
• Rafał (10/5): Great hotel with exceptional service - First time to Hanoi, and staying at Vong Xua Boutique made it a great experience. Very clean rooms, very good breakfast, and is situated at a very central location. But the best part is the sincerity and attentiveness of their staff. They really go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, and well looked after. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. It was wonderful to be here during the 5 days we were in Hanoi.

The room is beautiful, clean and fully equipped with a super nice bathroom. The location is good, near to all the nice restaurants and the famous attractions. • Wulan (10/5): Amazing experience - Our stay at Vong Xua Boutique hotel was an amazing exeprience. The staff are really nice. They gave a detailed introduction to Hanoi's Old Quarter when we arrived and a list of places to visit. I felt sick after checking out, they were really thoughtful by providing me with a spare room for resting and hot tea. I highly recommend bespoke trendy hotel because of its attentive service.
• Suria (10/5): Fantastic stay - We absolutely adored our stay at Vong Xua Boutique. It’s located in a great spot in the city on a beautiful street. The staff were so generous and attentive and the buffet breakfast was great. Highly recommend staying here.
• Milica (10/5): The best - A group of us stayed here for the start of our vietnam trip. The hotel was amazing. We went out to eat many times but decided to head back to the Vong Xua Boutique. The food was amazing. I am still dreaming of the buffet breakfast. What an amazing hotel. So beautiful too.

• Shizuri (10/5): Great stay - If you are seeking a boutique hotel that is super clean, very central and with staff that make you feel truly at home, look no further. The staff of the restaurant and main reception were especially wonderful. Couldn’t recommend staying here more! True hidden gem in Hanoi!

Outside there was hussle and bussle everywhere, motor, cycles,people.Yet when entering the hotel it was a pleasure to be there, the rooms where excellent , the furnishings around were very nice and served by excellent staff. • Alexandre (1/5): Don’t recommend at all!! - Nothing They charge me 20.000 per bottle of water. I never paid for bottle of water since I travel ( more than 10 countries ) The staff are so loud all the time during night and day. Bed are too strong not comfy, sound of water in my room all the time during my stay. They only think about money and I think others reviews are fake. OVERPRICED , AVOID
• Rubens (10/5): Amazing staff - This hotel is lovely. The staff are great and breakfast choice is fantastic. We stayed here 2 nights in a family room which was spacious and quiet. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
