It’s just a 5-10 minute walk to Elysium, which is why I choose to stay here. Also a nice little gym, and bar area upstairs Selection of food on site was limited but not a big deal

- Adam (7/5): Great location to Praram Hospital - Location to Praram 9 hospital is great. It's a 6min walk to the hospital Very convenient Shower was strong and the linens comfortable Staff were really polite and nice.

Der Gymbereich ist relativ dürftig, jeder der aber mit Freihanteln trainiert ist bis 25kg abgedeckt. Schöne Sicht, auf der Straßenseite. Trotz direkter Nähe zum Highway(15m) durch die isolierten Fenster überhaupt kein Problem. 7/11(BESTER LADEN JEMALS) in 3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Lage ist leider unterirdisch, unter 30min(mindestens)mit dem Auto, kommt man nicht zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten, wobei der Verkehr einen großen Anteil daran hat. Bahnstationen sind leider auch nicht fußläufig. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht gezielt einstellen, bis auf die Temperatur, allerdings hat sie relativ schnell gekühlt was aber mit dem Problem einhergeht, dass man sie, sollte man nicht krank werden wollen in der Nacht ausschalten muss.

Номер чистый, без посторонних запахов. Большая кровать, удобный матрас. В номере несколько вариантов освещения, можно выбрать свой уют. Окно номера была на сторону проезжей части, при этом в номере не шумно, спать не мешает. И шторы плотные, не пропускающие свет. Можно спать без беруш и маски Из минусов – в номере нет предметов гигиены. Для меня это не проблема, я имела свои, но учитывайте это при выборе.

Good amenities,spotless bedding and clean towels. Pleasant and helpful staff. A very good and fair priced rooftop bar for drinks and food and look at Bangkok from an elevated view . Very reasonably priced hotel with car park for downtown BANGKOK

- Anonta (8/5): Short Stay is suited to go around Rama 9 area. - It is close to major hotel and comfort by car or taxi. Anytime check-in has shown on the marketing information. Air Con and Shower are comfortable enough for short stay or Hop In, Hop off purpose. This hotel can direct to Suwwanabhum Airport, Samutprakarn area with one taxi, not connect to other road line. The anytime of check-in is not real, they will charge you extra as other hotel. Therefore, no difference with other hotel. If you have no car rent, you may have a difficulty of getting elsewhere. However, car park is small, so you have to book in advance.

Terrible the American breakfast was low standard cheap low quality small goods and uncooked egg. It was not a American breakfast. My wife and I were given the nosiest room ,road frontage

- Max (7/5): Nice hotel in a good location for Grab. - Rooms are comfortable size and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is affordable. Grab to the city center was approximately 300 baht. Included pickup from the airport was well organised and timely at about 30 mins from airport. Music from nearby club could be heard in early morning. The driveway was blocked for repairs during our visit, so had to be picked up and dropped off on busy road outside hotel. 30 min walk to nearest MRT station. The shower in our room had uneven floor level, so water ran out the door instead of the shower drain.

- Robert (8/5): - Nice if you want to be outside Sukhumvit but easily able to get a ride in. Very well positioned for the airport expressway. TC Green is nice to walkaround and has a few handy shops. Staff always friendly and want you to enjoy your stay. 🙏

- Ali (4/5): The location was great, but we did not get what we paid for. - The property was situated in a condo and behind there we had 5 minutes walk to seven eleven. The food was great. The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell in the corridor, and my family also complained about it. The total price displayed on Booking.com was different from what we were charged at the hotel, with an additional $500 fee. While the rooms were cleaned daily, the cleaning was only basic, and surfaces like side tables and doors remained dusty. Additionally, the spa and rooftop terrace advertised were no longer in operation, as they had been outsourced to other companies.
