L'emplacement dans une zone chaude, et la mauvaise surprise que nous avons eu à l'arrivée que il n'y a pas de parking. après la réservation avec le parking et le règlement de la réservation sur booking, il faut ouvrir le lien que WOW Home vous envoie pour envoyer les pièces d'identité et de nouveau commander le parking et le payer pour recevoir les détails sur le parking et son emplacement.. AU total à minuit étions en train de chercher un parking pour garer la voiture puis prendre un taxi pour retourner à l'appartement.

• Miguel (7/5): - O apartamento é uma opção honesta para quem viaja com amigos. O processo de entrada (check-in) foi muito simples e fácil. Outro ponto positivo foi o silêncio; o alojamento é calmo e não tivemos problemas com ruído, o que garantiu um bom descanso. No contexto da nossa viagem, cumpriu e foi o ideal, até porque não estivemos muito tempo em casa. O sitio é calmo e tranquilo. A limpeza ficou aquém do esperado. Embora o espaço estivesse aceitável à primeira vista, tivemos uma má surpresa ao abrir o sofá-cama: encontrámos um batom e vários cabelos lá dentro. É um detalhe básico de higiene que falhou e que tirou brilho à experiência. No geral, a limpeza era apenas "ok", sem grande brio. Resumo: Não é um apartamento de luxo, mas é funcional. Se melhorarem o cuidado com a limpeza profunda, torna-se uma excelente opção. Para uma estadia prática e sem grandes exigências, serve perfeitamente.

Chat con gestor de apartamentos disponible en Whatsapp. El baño es tan pequeño que no puedes sentar en el váter, los colchones (te hunden) y almohadas (bolas gigantes parte-cuello) las cambiaba sin dudarlo.

• Gabriella (8/5): - A szállás nagyon tiszta, tágas, kényelmes. A közelben több élelmiszerbolt és két metróállomás is található, könnyen be lehet jutni a városba. Ami sajnos nagyon rányomta a bélyegét az itt tartózkodásunkra, hogy első éjszaka buli volt a szomszéd apartmanban. Többször jeleztük a problémát, de sajnos semmi nem történt hajnali 5 ig üvöltött a zene, ordibáltak, csapódták az ajtókat, pedig elvileg tilos bulit rendezni ezekben az apartmanokban. Szerencsére másnap kijelentkeztek, így ez a probléma megszűnt. A kommunikáció feltehetően AI al történik, aki sajnos nem mindig értette, hogy mi a problémánk, vagy mit szeretnénk, így ez kicsit nehézkes volt.

• Anna (2/5): Horrible - Kitchen is equipped, you can cook there. It is very loud at night, all neighbours are company host guests and if you are not lucky enough, you’ll listen to loud voices and parties until 2am. And from 6 am you wake up from cars driving on the street already. It is an apartment with patio, what means if someone smoke on it you feel as well. No balcony or place to dry your clothes. Washing machine does not function and bathroom is very small.

• Denisa Chudá (9/5): Cozy apartment - This apartment really surprised us in a very good way. It has 3 bedrooms which is not quite common and as we were 4 people (1 couple) it was very convenient for us. Kitchen with living room were also cozy and well equipped. Generally apartment had all necessary equipment even more than we expected. Location is great. There is a lot of shops nearby, even pharmacy is next door. Metro station is also very close. Check in is self service what we really appreciated because we arrived late at night. We totally recommend this place to stay in. We had small problem with bathroom. We think there is leaking water while showering so there was some water on the floor after showering. So maybe fixing it or providing some rag would be helpful and as we visited Barcelona in March, it was little bit colder and sheets are very thin. So providing some blankets would be also great. There are also a lot of stairs as the aparment is on the 2nd floor so you have to count with it. But these are only small details we do not really consider for minus.
• Julija (10/5): Всё было в общем хорошо, расположение отличное, владелец отличный, возможно цена-качество ок, но хотелось бы чуть больше - Отношение владельца апартаментов и его помощниц, они были всегда доступны, помогали и отвечали на все вопросы. Они любезно разрешила нам оставить вещи на 2.5 часа раньше чем заселение. - 2 окна не закрывались, но было тепло поэтому нам было окей, но если бы погода была хуже наверное неприятно было бы. Но ребята сразу предложили позвать мастера. - видимо из-за того что дом старый или окна открыты, было несколько маленьких жучков, и других леталок - неприятно пахло в коридоре сыростью, но это было прямо очень локально, на другие комнаты не распространялось

• Filippo (7/5): Molto buono - Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario. Posizione molto comoda per i mezzi pubblici. Culla disponibile per i bimbi. Molto rovinato all'interno, prese staccate, wifi inesistente e danni alla struttura.
• Rainer (6/5): Good location, but tiny place with very thin walls - Good location, nice restaurants and food shops nearby. It was practical that there was no key, only a code for entering the appartment. There was coffee and teabags in the kitchen. Very thin walls, 2 very small rooms with less than minimal furniture. The living room area was too small for 4 people. The ventillation was extremely loud in the bathroom, the bathroom was very small, there were no hooks or any place to hang towels. The online check-in process was way too complicated and didn't even work properly.

La posizione del wc un po' sacrificata, non riuscivamo a sederci le gambe urtavano al mobiletto, l'insonorizzazione della casa è molto scarsa, gli schiamazzi si sentono molto. Il quartiere non è dei migliori.

• Gabrysia (7/5): Okej - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro oraz pełno sklepów czy restauracji. Wygodne łóżka. Drzwi od łazienki nie dało się zamknąć, notorycznie się otwierały (źle złożony zamek) co było bardzo uciążliwe przy korzystaniu z łazienki. Okno które znajdowało się pod prysznice otwierało się na klatkę schodową co zostawiam trochę bez komentarza. Nie udało nam się żadnej nocy nastawić cieplejszego nawiewu w apartamencie przez co w nocy było dość zimno przez to że tylko dwa pokoje sypialniane miały okno co dawało światło dzienne. Małym minusem też jest brak deski do krojenia co trochę nam utrudniało przygotowywanie posiłków (nie chcieliśmy kroić na blacie czy stole a talerzy było nam szkoda)

• Rachel (5/5): Séjour correct mais l’emplacement peu touristique et le manque d’insonorisation, avec des voisins bruyants, ont un peu g - L’hôte est très réactif et répond rapidement à la moindre demande, que ce soit par message ou par téléphone. L’appartement est confortable et les ustensiles de cuisine permettent de cuisiner en toute autonomie. L’emplacement n’est vraiment pas touristique : pour ceux qui ont des goûts raffinés et souhaitent découvrir Barcelone, les rues ne sont pas très accueillantes. Cependant, les stations de métro sont à 5-10 minutes à pied, ce qui rend le quartier facilement accessible. L’insonorisation laisse à désirer : on entend tous les passants depuis la chambre et le salon, et nous avons eu des voisins très bruyants pendant deux nuits. De plus, la salle de bain et la douche sont très petites, et certains volets sont très difficiles à ouvrir et fermer.

• Christina (10/5): GREAT STAY - Everything was great. The apartment was in a great location, very close to the metro. The beds were very comfortable and the extras left in fridge was a nice surprise. Very well equipped and great for a family. It was very clean and staff are very polite and helpful. I will definitely go again. The only negative point was the noise. The isolation is not good and you can hear everything. There was a party next door on our first night and with small children, it was hard to sleep.

• Cerdan (1/5): Pèsima - Lamentablemente, nuestra estancia fue una experiencia cruel y carente de los mínimos estándares de humanidad y honestidad. Ocultaron el hecho de que no había ascensor a pesar de que el apartamento está en el segundo piso, lo cual considero una grave falta de responsabilidad y una total indiferencia hacia la salud; recientemente mi hermano se sometió a una cirugía de espalda y subir las escaleras fue una auténtica tortura que a nadie le importó. ​No terminó ahí: nos dejaron en el único apartamento sin lavadora durante 10 días y con un internet que no funciona. Lo más grave fue que pintaron los suelos del piso inferior mientras estábamos allí, provocando que casi nos asfixiáramos con los vapores químicos tóxicos, sin ninguna consideración por nuestro bienestar. Pusieron en riesgo nuestra salud de forma negligente. Es una falta de ética profesional y humana imperdonable.

• Sartorio (10/5): Excelente! - La propiedad ha sido cómoda, nos regalaron desayunos de cortesía en un café y encima teníamos cafetera con café de cápsula, infusiones, azúcar, agua para 5 en la nevera y cervezas más zumo de naranja. Nos pareció excelente detalle! Lo único es q es un poquito lejos, nada más, pero tenes cercanía al metro.
• Mikel (3/5): Totalmente harto de éste alojamiento en particular - El baño tenía una sola ventana que estaba en la escalera, encima en la ducha, es translúcido asique se veía quien se duchaba. Una de las habitaciones daba a un patio interior que sólo se escuchaba el ruido de todos los aires acondicionados del edificio. No tenía microondas. Para colmo llevo desde el día 9 de diciembre esperando las facturas de las correspondientes fechas que fui, llegando a ser más de 500€ en facturas que no llegan, se hacen los locos de que no son ellos que son otra empresa que mañana tienes las facturas y llamando todos los días para que te las den, hoy es 9 de enero y aún no las tengo. Muy descontento, si para el día 12 de enero sigo sin tenerlas pediré hoja se reclamaciones.

• Boudour (1/5): A fuir le - Rien À fuir absolument !!! Si je pouvais mettre 0, je le ferais sans hésiter. Expérience catastrophique du début à la fin. Impossible de se garer. Lors de la réservation, le parking était annoncé à 10 € la nuit, mais sur place on m’a demandé 15 €. Les escaliers sont très difficiles et dangereux, surtout avec des enfants. L’accès à l’appartement était confirmé à 15h, mais à mon arrivée, la femme de ménage venait seulement de commencer. J’ai dû attendre plus d’une heure dans les escaliers avec mes enfants. L’appartement n’était pas propre. La douche et les toilettes sont extrêmement petites, presque inutilisables. Il faut entrer dans la douche de côté. La porte de la douche ne ferme pas correctement, il faut se battre avec pour la fermer, impossible pour des enfants de l’utiliser seuls, il y a pas de réseau dans la fenêtre j'étais obligé de mettre une grande serviette Nous étions 5 adultes et 3 enfants, et cet appartement n’est absolument pas adapté à ce nombre.il y a 3 caisses de table pas 5. Le lave-vaisselle fuyait et la vaisselle rangée dans les tiroirs était sale. Dans les chambres, il n’y avait que des cache-rideaux, sans rideaux, ce qui mem dans le jour on est dans le noir. Le quartier est très mauvais et pas rassurant : un inconnu est venu voir mon mari pour lui proposer de la drogue, ce qui est totalement inacceptable. Le bruit est insupportable : Les voisins du dessus : enfants qui courent et sautent, on entend tout. , d’autres voisins ont fait la fête toute la nuit, alcoolisés, à courir, crier et faire énormément de bruit. Impossible de dormir. Une expérience horrible, surtout avec des enfants. Je déconseille fortement.

La boca de metro estaba muy cerca. El barrio no es muy bueno, zona de extrarradio y no muy segura.

• Guest (1/5): Las fotos engaño - La cercanía al metro para ir al centro de la ciudad El pueblo en el que está es totalmente inseguro. La persiana de la habitación estaba rota y no podíamos descansar porque a las 6:00 de la mañana ya entraba toda la luz del sol, el anfitrión nos dijo que vendría a arreglarla pero nos mintió. La falta de limpieza. No tiene ni un microondas para calentar un vaso de leche. Las fotos engañan mucho creo que han pasado por 30 filtros. No tiene Wi-Fi, ni ascensor, ni la calefacción. Te tienes que sentar en el wc de lado, porque no te caben las piernas entre el wc y el lavabo, si abres la ventana del baño para que se Airee te ve los vecinos que suben por las escaleras a sus casas. No se puede aparcar en la zona. Apartamento, súper viejo, sin reformar. No había nada que me gustase.
• Manuel Alejandro (10/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo - Me encantó el detalle de ofrecernos unas bebidas gratis en el frigorífico y algo de café. La verdad es que nos salvó a mí y a mi grupo el desayuno al día siguiente de llegar, ya que aterrizábamos en Barcelona a la noche. Nada, todo fue perfecto.

• Zhukovich (8/5): - Классная уютная , чистая квартира, приятный бонус вода/ сок / чай .. недалеко от метро. Полотенца, чистая постель, посуда для приготовления пищи..все было! 1. Шумно. Квартира находится на перекрёстке. Ночью ездят забирают мусор под окнами ,мотоциклисты, слышимость соседей очень хорошая. Мы не высыпались! 2. Не закрывались жалюзи в большой спальне и зале ( свет от уличного освещения и вывески был очень яркий.

• Carlos (7/5): es war okey - Das Zimmer befand sich in der Nähe des Ortes, zu dem ich gehen musste. Das Badeimmer war stark von Schimmel befallen und der Kühlschrank war defekt, sodass ich ihn in den ersten anderthalb Tagen leider nicht nutzen konnte. Trotzdem hat das Team schnell reagiert: Sie haben das Badezimmer gründlich gereinigt und mir einen neuen Kühlschrank gebracht. Auch wenn das etwas Zeit in Anspruch genommen hat, habe ich mich gut betreut gefühlt.
• Alexandra Schöberl (8/5): Preis/Leistung vollkommen ok - Es war toll, dass man keinen Schlüssel benötigt und die Wohnung mit einem Pincode betreten konnte. Der Druck von der Dusche war optimal und herrlich. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine Apotheke, Cafés, frisches Obst und einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung war perfekt für einen Kurztrip nach Barcelona. Es gab 3 Zimmer, 1 Doppelzimmer, 2 Einzelzimmer Es liegt ein bisschen außerhalb vom Zentrum, aber es gibt eine tolle Verbindung mit der U-Bahn. Leider war das Apartment erst 1 Stunde später zum Check-In fertig als gedacht, aber die war sehr freundlich und nett.
• Harmandeep Singh (10/5): - Very comfy, feel like home . Shops , metro ,shopping all just walkable distance . Very good place . kitchen is very good , easy to cook . Just suggestion- Please add luggage storage near this flat so that people can freely go out if there flight late night after check out .
• Dirk (8/5): Alles in Allem waren wir mit 4 Personensehr gut untergebracht. - Gute Lage. U-Bahn in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Diverse Supermärkte um die Ecke. Super Service und extrem schnell!!!! 1-2 angesprochene kleine Mängel wurden sofort behoben. Antworten über die Chat-Funktion kamen, kommt zurück. Vorbildlicher Kundenservice!!!! In so manchem Hotel hätte es länger gedauert. Leider, bauartbedingt, sehr laut/hellhörig
• RODION (3/5): Плохо. - При заезде после 15 часов квартира оказалась плохо убранной. Грязный липкий пол. Волосы. на кухне остался невыброшенным мусор после предыдущих жильцов. Квартиру убирают филиппинки. Одна из них вдруг пришла, когда мы уже спали после перелета, вошла без спроса и начала искать какие-то свои вещи, которая она забыла в квартире во время уборки. Само расположение квартиры довольно далеко от основных достопримечательностей. Квартира находится на 1 этаже (следующий после G), окна основной спальни выходят на какое-то турецкое кафе, где бывают шумные посетители, окно второй спальни выходит внутрь дома в колодец, а окно ванной на общую лестницу.

• Lucie (9/5): Comfy stay - We really enjoyed our stay at wow apartments since everything was clean, cozy and very practical. The location is ok, it is 30 min to the centre of Barcelona, the underground is close to the apartment. In the bathroom, there was shower gel and shampoo, which we really appreciate. And in the kitchen, there was even a cup of oil for cooking plus some soft drinks in the fridge. There is no reception and you basically do not need a key, you just need to remember the password. Lastly, the air-conditioning was a life saver in the hot months! Only thing we didn't like was the noise from our neighbours. The walls are thin, there is written on the door to respect night hours but they simply didn't care that it was 5 am. In addition, we could use a bigger pan for 5 people and more cutlery, but other than that, our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
• Touffik (1/5): Nous sommes partis plutôt que prévue . - Le bruit dans la rue et les voisins,apparemment on entendait tous les murs sont mal isolé. Emplacements t’es mal fréquenté pour ma part .
• Mariusz (8/5): Przestronny apartament blisko metra - Lokalizacja w porządku. Blisko do stacji metra. W okolicy sklepy i duży market. Sporo miejsc, w których można zjeść śniadanie. Apartament przestronny. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzem!! Miła niespodzianka w lodówce na nasz przyjazd :) miejsce polecam na city breaks. Trochę mała łazienka i prysznic, ale daliśmy radę :) Słabo wygłuszone ściany. Można by wyprać kanapę w salonie.
