• Ninguno (1/5): UNA PESADILLA, DE LO PEOR. - Nada Mucho ojo con este alojamiento, si pides factura se sacan de la manga un iva del 21% a mayores, cuando el iva ya está incluido en la reserva. Para colmo después la factura que te la hacen no se corresponde con el importe pagado, por lo que te generan un descuadre contable. Deberían estar fuera del programa de booking porque no cumplen con las normas.

Keďže sme boli šiesti a dvere do interiéru sa dali otvoriť iba cez aplikáciu, tak niektorí s tým mali problém. Que si necesito factura a bone un 21% extra Lo preocupante es que en el propio anuncio de Booking se indica claramente que el precio incluye impuestos y cargos, por lo que resulta incoherente que luego no puedan (o no quieran) desglosarlos en una factura válida a efectos fiscales. Recomendaría a futuros huéspedes, especialmente si viajan por trabajo, que confirmen previamente que podrán obtener una factura completa y con IVA desglosado. No volvería a alojarme aquí por este motivo basado en un engaño

• Cosmeci Kimbo (9/5): Très bien! - Tout y était et c'était très bien, il y a même le lave linge, sèche linge, sèche cheveux, gel douche, draps serviettes... bref comme à l'hôtel! l'hôte très réactif et répondait à toutes mes questions, très bonne communication en espagnol anglais et français! des petits soucis avec le lave vaisselle qui était abîmé à l’intérieur au niveau des paniers vaisselles, mais celui-ci lavait très bien!!

Estamos a cerca de alguns minutos a pé de pelo menos 3 estações de metro e vários autocarros urbanos Limpeza conforme o esperado. Apartamento equipado com o essencial. Mau isolamento de som. Ficamos no 4°andar, havia mais 2 andares e o barulho dos outros hóspedes era bastante incómodo. Risos, gargalhadas e conversa fiada até de madrugada. Alguns pormenores no apartamento de mau uso por outros hóspedes que não foram revistos nem mencionados e que podem facilmente serem foco de confusão, uma vez que nunca tratamos de nada com alguém do staff.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto che ci fossero the, caffè, olio, sale e pepe e saponi in bagno e in cucina, oltre alle birre e acqua di benvenuto 🙏. Piccole cose che fanno la differenza!Le foto, rispecchiano la realtà. Pulito, organizzato, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metropolitana, con supermercati vicinissimi. Ma soprattutto Olala Homes, ha un'estrema attenzione agli ospiti, ho chattato con loro a qualunque ora, dalle 5 del mattino a sera tardi e sono sempre stati efficienti, gentilissimi e chiari. Tasse di soggiorno sotto i 2 euro, al contrario di Barcellona. Consiglio vivamente! Eravamo in 5 persone e una cosa che effettivamente mancava era la quinta sedia a tavola. Per i pasti, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Quindi consiglio quando si hanno più di 4 ospiti, di mettere a disposizione delle sedie in più, anche di quelle pieghevoli, sono necessarie. Comoda per short stay, se per lunghi soggiorni, risulta un pò piccola

We comunicate with - We liked that the apartment was clean and really well equipped for cooking. We had everything we could think of. The Marcadona store was like 50 meters from the apartment so shopping food was really easy. Only thing that we didn’t like were the pillows, they were too big and high, but we got used to it after few nights. I can’t find anything else i wouldn’t be satisfied by.

• Anthony (8/5): Un bon séjour en famille - L'appartement avait tous les équipements nécessaires pour notre famille. Plusieurs arrêts de métro sont accessibles à pied. Arrêts de bus au coin de la rue. Très pratique pour faire les courses, un supermarché Mercadona est situé juste en face. Pas trop éloigné du Camp Nou ce qui était notre critère principal. Le quartier est un peu excentré, on passe pas mal de temps dans les transports.

• Nathalie (4/5): Extremement bruyant - La proximité avec les transports en commun La réactivité du personnel par messages La qualité des matériaux, insonorisation catastrophique (bruits de la porte d’entréeaux voisins comme s’ils étaient dans la pièce), pas de service de bagagerie, qualité de la literie, lumière au plafond qui ne s'éteint jamais, pas assez de practicité (manque de rangement ou crochets pour accrocher les serviettes par exemple) Photos sur booking non conformes à la réalité beaucoup plus vieillissante et sans balcon sur l'extérieur (le notre était situé dans une cage d'ascenseur avec de la poussière partout, aurant dire qu’il n’a pas servi).

• Kinga (9/5): Przyjemne miejsce. - Dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko metro i sklepy, 30-40 minut spacerem do Camp Nou, udogodnienia w postaci pralko- suszarki, zmywarka, żelazko, suszarka do włosów. Dwa tarasy z meblami, można wieczorem usiąść i odpocząć. Niestety zaczęliśmy pobyt z opóźnieniem i to wpłynęło na pierwsze wrażenie. Meldowanie od 15- o 15.20 próbujemy się dostać do apartamentu, a tam środek sprzątania, po 20 minutach mogliśmy wejść do pokoju i skorzystać z łazienki, niestety nie było jeszcze ręczników a reszta apartamentu była nadal sprzątana... My byliśmy zmęczenie, chcieliśmy odpocząć i odświeżyć się przed meczem.

• Marta (7/5): - Wygodne, rozkładowe mieszkanie, blisko sklepy, parę restauracji, autobusy, metro 15 min na nogach. Check in bez problemów. Wszystko co potrzebne znajdowało się w mieszkaniu. Czystość jak na hiszpańskie standardy, więc było ok. Większość czasu spędzaliśmy na mieście więc jak na kilka dni pobytu polecam nocleg. Prysznic, woda z prysznica wylewała się na podłogę, szczególnie jak osoby się kąpały jedno za drugim, a był tylko jeden ręcznik na podłogę.

Vaig fer la reserva on clarament posava preu total i impostos incolosos, i després quan vaig demanar la factura em van demanar que pagués l'IVA a part si no no me la podien donar. Això vol dir que el peu publicat i al qual vaig fer la reserva era MENTIDA.

Bad experience 1st day to 3rd day: noise during sleeping time due to building is old and not real have good insulation for the sound. 4th and 5th date : elevator can’t open. We walk from 0 floor to our 5 floor. Rooms drawer is broken and can’t pull. Internet is broke on last date and can’t solve problem even ask staff. Toilet paper only provide 3 roll (each roll is not so much) and we ask more due to we stay 5 nights. staff is not allowed. Bath shower head is leaking water as well. Please please do not book this hotel due to condition is not good like photo. Sofa is also dirty on the surface. I haven’t written like this due to I don’t want other people stay here due to not value like we pay. Every night is worried if night is noisy during sleeping. Please please please do not order due to this building is not really ok. Terrible experience and I didn’t felt comfy at all.

• Cris (9/5): Zona tranquila cerca de Barcelona evitando aglomeraciones. - Zona tranquila, apartamento con dos estupendas terrazas que permiten disfrutar tanto de zonas oleada como sombreada durante prácticamente todo el día. Aunque hay casas cerca bonito amanecer y atardecer. Enfrente se encuentra un Mercadona y a poca distancia otro supermercado. Bien equipado, los armarios de la cocina muy altos nos costó bajar los vasos. Agradecidos de los detalles del anfitrión aunque nos los utilizamos. Alguna de las sillas/sillones de las terrazas e interior estaban rotas. Aunque solo utilizamos las de la mesa para desayunos y el sofá para el tiempo antes de dormir.

• Gulchin (8/5): Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. - I love the fact that it was super clean, and located close by to Sant Josep metro station. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipments. There were complimentary drinks which were really great to see. There was a sofa-bed other than the queen bed and the bunkbed which was a big plus. There windows on each side of the apartment which we really appreciated. Also they replied very quickly to all my inquires which was really nice. On Saturday there was a little bit of noise coming from a building across where a bunch of people were partying with loud music. Thankfully it ended before the bedtime. Could have been nice if there was more closet space in the bedrooms. Also you are expected to pay 150 euros of deposit which I did not find anywhere when booking (which could also be me), but I got the money back after a day of departure.

• Anzori (8/5): - The location wasn’t very close to the city center, but everything you might need was nearby, and it was a quiet, nice neighborhood. The place was clean, and the size of the apartment was quite good. The staff responded to questions very quickly, and the check-in process was easy. The bathroom didn’t have a lock, and smoking was not allowed on the balcony. The main door of one of the apartments was loose and didn’t function properly, although fortunately it didn’t cause us any problems.
