• Ruben (10/5): - The receptionist was very nice and she helped us arrange any activity we wanted to do, all of which lived up to our expectations. Location is perfect if you want to stay in central Sapa, close to everything yet not too busy. It was a bit noisy one morning, don’t know if it was other guests or cleaning crew.
• Shiela Marie (10/5): The staff were wonderful - especially the lady at the front desk and the guy helping with luggages and the breakfast buf - Location really close to Sapa station. Not their fault but there was drilling in front of the hotel… and it was loud. It starts at 7am ish and ends at 9/10pm ish. If sensitive to sound take note - we stayed until May 12. Also location wise - really close to everything BUT you have to hike your way up. Maybe a good 5 min hike from Sapa proper. And 5 min hike in Sapa will have you wheezing at the top if you’re not super fit.

• jitendra (10/5): Nice boutique hotel in good location - Property was located few meters away from the SunWorld Fansipan furnicular station. Staff was very helpful to let us know about the main places to visit in and around SaPa. Breakfast spread was good and even they had à l’carte option if needed. Also had some items for vegetarians so fully satisfied. Will definitely recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect.

Dopo il check-out ci hanno permesso di lasciare le valigie nella hall mentre continuavamo a visitare la città, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Al nostro ritorno, sempre dopo aver già lasciato la stanza, ci siamo fermati nella hall per ricaricare i telefoni e, con grande gentilezza, ci hanno persino offerto un succo di frutta. La posizione non è ben segnalata sulle mappe

Lots of restaurants everywhere, the room was a great size for the 3 of us and well decorated with a little balcony. Really friendly staff who helped up organise transport to and from Cat Cat Village on our arrival. Laundry service was good and not too expensive. Breakfast was delicious with good options. Možnost dřívějšího ubytovani v celku obsáhla snidaně v porovnáni s jinými Hotely Pokoj nebyl dobře uklizeny po předchozích hostech, pokoj nam byl sice poskytnum před oficiálním check in ale za cenu ošizení uklidu což ve finale nenechalo přijemny dojem. Take osobně nemam rada na posteli předměty navic (dekoračni polštaře apod..) tak jak se v bežne praxi nečisti mi to přijde nehygienicke. Velke minus pro mě udělalo slabe stěny kdy po ranu od 7 rano řvali na cele patro vyjiždějici hosti a nebylo možne je umlčet.

• Steve (10/5): Sensational stay! The best front reception staff we have ever met! - The best part of this hotel is the two absolutely amazing reception staff Autumn and Jenni. They greet you with warmth and enthusiasm at every interaction and are fantastic ambassadors for the hotel. The breakfast is lovely, the rooms are great and the hotel is nicely located in a slightly more quieter area of Sapa but still close to the action. There was nothing to dislike.

The staff is very helpful- Autumn was always there with advice and her English was very good so it was easy to communicate. We bought tickets to Fansipan directly at the hotel to avoid the queues at the ticket office. The price they charged for arranging a driver for the day was significantly higher than Grab. In hindsight, we should have chosen Grab.

• Jayda (10/5): Amazing facilities, kind and helpful staff rooms are very neat and tidy feels very fancy buffet breakfast was convienien - The facilities were extremely nice for the price you pay in a good location only a short walk from the city centre where all the shops are so it’s nice and quite staff were extremely nice and welcoming very accomodating and ready and available to help at any time they were also helpful by offering their laundry service so I didn’t have to go somewhere else and were extremely quick and efficient with my laundry handing it back to me in only about 4 hours washed and folded at a good price, the check in being at 1pm is very convenient aswell There is not much to fault about the property everything was perfect no downside to it

The only hassle we had was the inconsistent water temperature in shower - we were a floor below laundry, so maybe that was the issue. There is a bit of construction around , so don't expect nice views from balcony

Autum graciously stored our luggage after checkout and allowed us to take a shower before we left in the evening at 8pm. After the shower, Autum surprised us with 3 fresh watermelon juice and it was so refreshing and pleasantlysurprised. We really appreciate the hospitality especially after check out. We booked a triple room and it was room was spacious, clean, has a balcony with view to the street. Breakfast was not bad with buffet and you can order too. If I return to Sapa, I would definitely return to the this hotel. Location wise, close to sapa and definitely away from crowds. Just txt the shower head wouldn't stay on and the shower has didn't work.
• Danielle (10/5): Great hotel! Ideal location! Incredible staff! - The property was ideal! Very clean, comfortable and quiet considering it’s only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Sapa town! The staff, especially Ms Autumn, were super friendly and couldn’t do enough to help! They assisted booking day trips, organising transfers/ sleeper buses from Hanoi/ to Ha Long Bay. Overall, Eden Boutique is a wonderful hotel and I will absolutely stay there again if I return to Sapa! Nothing!
