• Magdalena (10/5): Super lokalizacja w spokojnej dzielnicy, bardzo dobrze skomunikowana z centrum. - Polecam bardzo lokalizację, cicha i spokojna okolica. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i tramwajowe więc szybko można dojechać do centrum. Super miejsce dla rodziny. Camp Nou rzut beretem. Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne i nowocześnie urządzone, kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie udogodnienia. 2 łazienki są super dla rodziny.

• Michela (8/5): - The location. The apartment with the balcony is better organised inside. The kitchen was small, the plug in the small room not easily to reach. I had to discuss two days to get the early check-in. The last person was kind and understood the situation.
• Michela (10/5): - The apartment was simply perfect.. Despite the great apartment, 200 euro for a late check-in it's too expensive. Especially considering that I booked an apartment for 2 nights but the application for the check-in didn't work so I couldn't pay for the early check-in.

• Roncea (9/5): Great place near great places. - Great apartament, great location, next to a playground and restaurant. Shops and bus at both street ends. Metro at 10 min walk. The apartment had coffee and water stocked for arrival which was great. I don’t believe anything could be better.
• Marianna (9/5): Soggiorno confortevole in posizione strategica e ben servita - Appartamento pulito, spazioso (noi eravamo in 5) accogliente e ben curato, dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione è strategica, comoda per accedere ai mezzi pubblici, e situata in un quartiere ben servito. Ideale sia per brevi che per lunghi soggiorni.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament, w lodówce czekały zimne napoje. Wszystko zasadniczo odbywa się bez kluczyków w linku podanym przez właścicieli. Blisko do stadionu Camp Nou. Dosyć cicha lokalizacja. Trochę daleko do metra.

We arrived expecting to enter at 4 but the code didn't work, we tried several times and after an hour outside it finally was activated.

• Alessandro (8/5): 48h a Barcellona - La rapidità del check in online e disponibilità nelle richieste su whatsapp,c’è la metro in parte e la parata dil bus non molto lontana , il fatto che ti lasciamo in frigo acqua ,succo ,birra ,capsule di caffè e tutto il necessario è una ottima cosa di benvenuto . Servirebbe isolare acusticamente meglio le strade perché si fa fatica a dormire tranquillamente.

• Erik (10/5): Great apartment to stay in Barcelona. - The apartment was clean and had a nice gift of water, juice and beer snacks and beer in the fridge. It felt very much like a hotel when we arrived. Both bathrooms were clean and all the rooms were ready to go. Location is a bit out of the center which can be really great but meant a bit of a walk to get anywhere. Unfortunately, even though we arrived past our time, there was somebody who was finishing cleaning up as we arrived. Both showers were very nice but the water didn't drain fast enough and was overflowing the shower into the bathroom.

• Jevgenija (6/5): Pleasant - No heating were turned on, we arrived at night ant the temperature inside was 12 degrees. No possible to hang the towels in bathrooms. Only one small shelf in the room where to hang clothes.

• Kaan (5/5): Passable - Good location. Clean The automatic outside door doesn't open although I reported it for many times. I spent almost 2 hours outside in total to enter the building. The mattress of the child crib was very thin and full of bugs. So my child slept with us.

Communication between customer service agents was disjointed, with each new representative unaware of prior interactions, leading to repeated explanations with no resolution. Payment information differed from my booking confirmation, and upon arrival, I had no access to my accommodation—no key was available. I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service before finally getting in. Overall, very disappointing.

• Haitham (7/5): Nice place to stay it is highly recommended - The apartment is really clean and the beds were really comfortable I think you should put insect screen mesh for the balcony door because a lot of mosquitoes were inside the apartment

• Ribin (7/5): Overall we are pretty satisfied - It was well kept and spacious. Location of the property was not clear enough and we had trouble finding it out. There were no elevators and had to climb the stairs with luggage

Electronic key and air condition did not work and at first day after several call with Olala call center and we were waiting to open the door, finally the neighbor opened the main door for us. Car parking is a big problem to this property.

Small but reasonably well equipped kitchen with nespresso machine Despite doing what asked (you reply to a previous email communication) to have someone meet us at the apartment with the keys, no one arrived and only when I called was someone sent to us so another 40 minutes after we arrived. The apartment was difficult to find and no photos of the door way/signage. The bed was very very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The location for tourists would not be ideal, it was fine for me for work but if travelling as a tourist this is worth considering that most attractions are quite far away

It's three flights up by foot. Not great when you have a suitcase. We happen to be fit, but anyone older and less fit might ask for the apt on the 1st floor and not the third.
