Guest Reviews
- Gordon (8/5): - Owners are onsite making sure everyone is looked after.
I’d definitely stay here again.
- Casey (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay
- Wylie (10/5): - Best place you can stay , owners are fantastic and make sure you have everything you need.
- liz (6/5): - Quiet safe and friendly staff
- Hamzeh (8/5): - The friendly staff and the multipurpose area near the entrance make check-in smooth and stress-free, specially with kids.
- James (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean room, central location, great price.
- Junior (8/5): - The beds were so comfortable
- Demi (10/5): - We had an excellent stay here while in town for a wedding. The owner was so very kind and really made it extra enjoyable. We got back to our room with our 7 month old who was very upset & overtired from a long day of wedding festivities, and the owner noticed and brought us a bottle of wine and some treats which was SO heartwarming and kind especially after such a rough car ride over with our little one. We really appreciated her kindness, as well as how cozy and clean this motel was. It was our very first roadtrip as new parents and having a place to stay that felt so safe, quiet, and had everything we needed (including a Keurig machine in the room for coffee in the morning!) was so appreciated. We hope to come back again in the future and will recommend it to anyone we know traveling here. :)
- Cor (4/5): - For $150, I didn’t expect to have a 2-bed reservation become a one bed unit, or a crowded room no tv reception, a/c unit rumbling like a motorboat, no restaurants worth mentioning within 3 km, a reception desk piled high with old papers receipt books and who knows what all else . But there were at least a couple of chairs outside the door beside the rumbling a/c window unit and very little traffic noise. Overall, not at all impressed
- Gerta (4/5): - Plentyful parking beside highway, motel looks run down
- Aaron (4/5): - Building was shabby looking upon arrival, with several sketchy characters lounging around drinking and carrying on outside the rooms. Then we were informed that they had over booked and our rooms weren’t available. We were taken to an alternate site that was in even worse condition, with dirt on the floors. By the time we had seen this and we going to ask for a broom , the host had left the building and gone back to the hotel. Definitely will not be coming back to this hotel again.
- Ryan (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay and had a nice bbq din outside.
- Cecil (8/5): - Stayed here before, it’s the same and consistent. Owner is very welcoming and ready to give us dinner ideas.
- Janet (8/5): - The room was clean and bed comfortable. The shower was clean and water was nice and hot. Coffee was provided in the room but no coffee mugs, sugar or creamer. But if you went to the office they did provide there.
- E.J. (6/5): - The receptoe wasent open, while it has to be from 9 am to 22pm. So we could check in on 2 pm,
We were there on 15u30 and nobody there, all closed.
We could call, but that cost me a lot of money to call .
Coz we call by the netherlands to canada.
Its poor
- Mark (10/5): - There was an issue due to unscheduled work by a utility company, but they made sure we were accommodated according to our needs and they explained why they were scrambling to look after is properly. To marks to them.
- Sandra (10/5): - Everyone very friendly and helpful
- Janna (4/5): - Property needs updating. Refrigerator was turned off, so could not use. Mold in grout in bathroom. Bathtub appeared dirty. Cobwebs and dead insects in bathroom window frame.
- Sleen (6/5): - The main lobby was very cluttered. First impressions are important.
- Andrew (10/5): - Very clean, economical, great staff and comfortable
- Muriel (10/5): - Clean. Quiet. Very friendly management.
- victor (8/5): - The host was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay.
Will probably stay again.
- Lai Jean (8/5): - The motel is older and in need of a facelift but it was clean and comfortable and the staff was really welcoming. It’s close to town for restaurants and close to the golf course. The only downside was that wifi never worked - very weak signal. Overall we enjoyed our 3 night stay.
- Glenn (4/5): - No fresh air. Had to open the room door at night.
Dirty bathroom with broken shower and scuzzy everything. No coffee.
- Olga (6/5): - Very Old motel, needs renovation. Towels and bedding set was nice and clean.
- Andreas (2/5): - If you are a non-smokers, *avoid* at all cost. Smoking all over the place, including 8" infront of room window. Dirty ash trays and everything smells of smoke.
- Shirley (6/5): - Our room could have been cleaner.
It would have been nice to have glasses and cups in the room and in-room coffee maker rather than having to go to the office to get them.
- Chris (2/5): - I have pictures I could share. Not flattering.
- zig (6/5): - Just stopped in to break up a very long trip back home. Served the purpose. The property is set back adequately from the highway to negate the noises real plus in my books. Even though I don’t give it a high rating I would stay again
- Glenn (10/5): - Staff was excellent.
- Thomas (8/5): - This was a great little overnight stop. I was on my motorcycle and just need a quiet, not fancy, BUT CLEAN, place to stay. The front desk person was friendly. If passing through again, I would stay for sure.
- Blair (8/5): - Good little roadside stop exactly as expected but I didn’t notice any air conditioning . They were exceptionally accommodating of pre arranged late check in.
- Robin (10/5): - What I expected. Old motel. Good bed
- Colin (6/5): - The owner wasca VERY SWEET lady. Very polite with a great big smile.
Listen if I ever needed to stay on a motel in Princeton ever again I'd go back to this one.
It's Princeton. You're NOT going to find a Hilton in a town that doesn't have a Tim Hortons (or a Starbucks) but if you are looking for a damn good coffee go to Tomasitas across the save on foods.
- Giovanni (4/5): - If you want basic this is the place . Was close to town , plenty of parking , room was clean , beds were comfortable and fluffy towels
Room had a fridge , microwave and kettle but no cups , coffee, tea , sugar or milk
- Arthur (4/5): - This property seemed a bit neglected. First the reception desk was a mess with papers strewn everywhere. We were assigned a room close to the office, and the area was piled with garbage and cleaning supplies. The A/C unit in the room didn’t work properly and when we told the owner about it, she seemed reluctant to do anything about it. The area was under a boil water advisory and we knew nothing of that when we booked. Can't recomnend this place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Located right next to the highway with lots of parking for a vehicle and trailer.
No noise at night.
- Mark (10/5): - Friendly, clean sheets and towels, comfy bed
- Jarred (8/5): - Open 24hrs. We got stuck in Princeton very late at night and they got us a room.
- Owen (10/5): - Clean room, though a bit dark. The area in front of the motel had a lot of nice patio furniture to lounge on. Front desk staff (owner?) was incredibly nice and friend, offering us free pops and a massive bowl of cherries.
- Dany (10/5): - Great hospitality: very friendly and accommodating hosts!
- Belinda (6/5): - Good clean friendly stop for the night
Air conditioner unit 6 worked more like fan than A/C but otherwise good
- Madelaine (8/5): - Clean and quiet.
- Ruth (6/5): - The motel is old and tired and in much need of a total upgrade.
- Les (8/5): - Easy access to the highway.
- thomas (10/5): - Staff is friendly and accommodating.
2nd time I've stayed there with no problems.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The room was comfortable enough, but it had two toasters, two microwaves, but no coffee maker or cups. We were offered water and plastic cups because of the boil water advisory, but that was it. It was a disappointing stay.
- Larry (6/5): - Friendly staff
- Brodie (10/5): - Staff were really nice and helpful. only downside is the showers are not tall people friendly, being 6’4” i felt like buddy the elf trying to shower but overall 9.5/10
- Ksenia (10/5): - Lovely, lovely staff. Very welcoming. The hotel is dated but very clean and comfortable. The shower is nice and hot. Would stay here again
- Nicola (8/5): - I was only there for 1 night. It was clean, the staff were fantastic.
- Joyce (10/5): - The check in area reeked of urine, but the rooms were very nice and comfortable
- James (10/5): - All good. Great price. Easy parking.
- susan (6/5): - Office area in disarray
- peggy (6/5): - dated
- Sharon (10/5): - The hosts were so friendly, we arrived 2 hours early, and they gave us our room immediately! They also gave us a bottle of local wine and some hazelnut cookies. We sat in the relaxing chairs under a tree in the front yard, the chambermaid waved and spoke to us, also the maintenance man was wonderful, he kept my husband updated on the hockey game. Rooms are very clean and the beds were very good, will definitely stay again when passing through the area 💕
- Catherine (10/5): - Good enough for our needs
- susan (6/5): - Cheap and cheerful
- James (10/5): - We were stranded just outside of Princeton due to a mechanical. Late night booking, friendly front desk, clean room. Hot shower with good pressure :) Very pleasant hosts who promptly brought coffee and amenities when they realized there was none in the room. Exceeded expectations.
- Thomas G (10/5): - The owner is very kind and helpful. The room was super quiet! Especially liked the handheld shower and kitchenette setup.
- Gerald (10/5): - The property manager was really friendly and helpful!
- Rosemarie (10/5): - A cute and clean roadside motel, very convenient for the weary traveler.
- Tim (10/5): - It was easily accessible and close to the people that were were visiting. Nice and quiet, too with very friendly staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great little family run place, awesome
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very well situated, nice and clean room, very nice and helpful owners.
It would be great if you could open the room window.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Clean and comfortable rooms.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Close to town, lots of hot water
- Stacey (10/5): - Friendly owner, place was pristine, and even though I was facing the highway - really quiet. Don't know why it took me so long to find it. I'll stay here again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very friendly establishment! Clean and tidy and in a good location.
- Darryl (8/5): - Room was nice and clean, staff was very pleasant , very reasonable priced, would recommend this to friends

Highly recommended.
- Meloney (10/5): - Lovely property, was very clean and had a very helpful hostess.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very comfortable and very clean. Owner is very nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The countryside in was as expected. It was clean the check-in was easy and the location worked for us.
- Gordon (10/5): - I checked in over 11pm, but the front desk staff still waited me, thank you so much.
- Shirl (8/5): - It was a cute cottage theme place with curtains in the window. I was greeted by a friendly smile and a warm welcome
- Luis (4/5): - Internet did not work at all. Zero internet. No coffee in the room and the worst thing was no lock on the door, no chain or bar, just the door catch was all that kept the door closed. I could have busted in with my elbow. Very unsafe.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice & Quiet location, easy access, friendly greeters
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Check n easy and courteous. Local information offered
- susieGee (10/5): - Very cosy- right on the route. Very nice host. Had unit 4. Bathroom door needs adjustment or someone is going to get stuck in there for life! Ha Thxs I would come back for sure!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The woman who checked us in was lovely: friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the sheets had been laundered using a scented soap or fabric softener. I am very sensitive to smells.
- Ewout (6/5): - Motel was very clean but surprisingly basic. Staff was perfunctory
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Coffee perk in room but no grinds or such. So being out of town it is a pain in the ass.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This was a very basic motel, but very clean and well looked after property. Great value for the price point and the front desk staff person was very friendly and helpful.
