Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (4/5): HAY RATAS - Hay ratas.. "La Negra" como le dicen a la persona responsable del lugar, brilla por su ausencia. Cuando le dijimos que había ratas en la habitacion nos dijo que ella iba a solucionarlo y despues no la vimos mas hasta que nos fuimos.
Quisimos tomar algo en el "bar" del lugar y nos dijeron que no tenian nada, que fueramos a otro.
Un desastre!!
- Walter (2/5): If you don’t mind porta potty - This is truly not a hotel but a hostel. You only get one shower per day which lasts about five minutes. There is not running water, there are buckets filled with water that run through pipes by elevation. Electricity only is only available from 6 PM till about midnight. Wi-Fi, is at the mercy of the staff having signal and you using their phone as a hotspot. Unless somebody goes behind each person that uses the bathroom you have to pour your own water to flush the toilet. The room itself is OK. There is a clean bed with netting for bugs. Bugs are not an issue. The one positive thing is that you are literally right on the beach. If you go there direct from the airport, once you get there either have to pay somebody to carry your bags from the parking lot or pay a boat to take you out there. The cost is about five bucks per person. The breakfast that is included was literally two scrambled eggs and two slices of toasted sliced white bread. That is it. Oh, my girlfriend did have coffee with her breakfast. But no fruit, no juice, nothing else but that. Oh, also the loungers with umbrellas in the picture are available at an additional cost.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - If you're looking for an MTV Spring Break type place to party, where you don't really sleep ever, this will suit you fine. If you're looking for a relaxing beach experience, this isn't it. The rooms are open to one another, the mattresses covered in plastic, and the music outside bumps all night long. The beach is overly crowded, both with tourists and with locals hawking everything from fruit to beer to trinkets. Definitely wouldn't recommend visiting during high season.
- bill (2/5): Not a hotel this is a backpackers hostel - This isn’t a hotel it’s a hostel. No towels,no WiFi funky communal toilets and showers that you flush with a bucket. And very noisy at night. Only good thing is location on beach. Staff friendly enough but disorganized. Wouldn’t return ever as it is a dive.
