• Verified traveler (10/5): - This property is in a great location for getting around Chiang Mai. The room was spacious with a separate sleeping area a comfortable couch for our child. The only negative is minor. The TV had international cable channels, but all the English ones had very poor sound quality. But that is more a problem of the cable service than the room.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent time had at The Prio Condo Rm. 8023! - We needed accomodation very close to CNX and The Prio Condo was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to throw our backpacks over our shoulder and take the nice 12-14 minute stroll to the condo. It was extremely easy to find because the building is huge and has the name in giant letters on the top, standing out amongst all other buildings in the immediate area. Once there, check in was as simple as grabbing the key card from the lockbox and into the elevator. We had room 8023 and it was very clean, modern in design with comfortable bedding, hot water, an amazing view of the courtyard below and bottled water on the counter. If necessary, I would not hesitate to book again provided I knew I would be getting Room 8023. As for condition of other rooms, I can not speak on that. We also checked out much later than the set checkout of 12pm. No one said anything to us regarding our late departure because checkout involves placing the key back in the lockbox- no need to interact with the staff for this process.
• THANYATORN (6/5): 普通の綺麗なコンドミニアム - セントラルエアポート（ショッピングモール）の近くにあり、買い物や移動に困る事はない。ホテルではなくて、普通のコンドミニアムです。室内も普通ですが、ホテルの安いスタンダードルームよりかは安くて広いと思います。中・長期なら良いかもしれません。

• paul (8/5): prio condo review - quite a good room but small , no service desk at night and we arrived late, finally found room key, very central to airport plaza shopping mall across overall stay was ok but if I stay again will take coffee and milk as none included in room
• Gerald (8/5): Short Walk to the airport - I travel to Chiang Mai often so I knew what I was getting myself into when I reserved my place at the Prio. Meaning- I have the benefit of being across the street from a great mall and walking distance to the airport which was a priority for me with a 5;30 am flight. I also understood that I would be a little removed from Chiang Mai night life but that a short tuk tuk leu-se would fix that. The condo itself was fantastic. It was super clean and comfortable. My only suggestion was to improve the email correspondence before arrival. I was a little concerned about where to find the room key because the only communication that I received was that it was in the locker when I arrive. A little better clarification about this would be welcomed and would turn this into a perfect experience.
