• Simon (7/5): Correct pour une nuit ou 2 - Chambre correct. Nous avons passé 2 nuits en famille mais malheureusement les tarifs réservés sur booking n’était a priori plus en vigueur. On nous a indiqué que ce n’est pas eux mais booking qui indique des prix sur leur site 😅 résultat supplément d’un lit enfant pendant les deux jours à 400bath la nuit. Petit déjeuner UNIQUEMENT salé avec un bouillon et des œufs, rien d’autre….

• Dariya (8/5): - Good location. Clean and spacious room. Nice staff. Having a bathtub in the room is definitely a plus. The walls might be a bit too thin. I heard people from a near-by room chitchatting since early morning until late in the day.

• Colin (9/5): Very comfortable hotel in a nice location. - After a 12 day tour of north Thailand staying mostly in small hotels / guest houses this was just what we needed for a very relaxing night. Big clean room with big comfortable bed. Food from the cafe was excellent and very reasonably priced and a few beers on the very comfortable riverfront terrace. Could not understand why it was such an issue with both the cafe and the hotel giving change from 500 & 1000 baht notes. Surely a hotel can do this.

• Thierry (9/5): Séjour en bord de rivière - Très grande et belle chambre avec très belle salle de bain (douche bien séparée et très grande) dans un petit immeuble. Emplacement au calme en retrait de la rue, un peu éloigné des commerces , des restaurants et des marchés de jour et de nuit. Très bonne connexion WIFI. Personnel à l’écoute. Très bonne Clim mais non nécessaire ( ventilation naturelle avec une grande baie vitrée ouvrant sur un balcon) . Très grand lit. Petit déjeuner très très correct dans une grande salle où en terrasse. Pk à voiture. Manque d’insonorisation lorsque les clients sont bruyants. Température (Eau chaude ) de la douche difficile à régler

• Anja (7/5): Großes Zimmer im hellhörigen Hotel - Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, der Preis war sehr gut. Nett waren die Katzen an der Rezeption 😊. Es war sehr hellhörig, man hat früh morgens und spät abends laute Geräusche aus dem Hotel gehört. Das Frühstück war nicht so unser Ding, aber der Kaffee hat geschmeckt.
• Philippe (10/5): Très belle surprise - Pour le prix, je ne m'attendais pas à un hôtel de ce niveau. D'abord l'hôtel en lui-même : moderne, clair, lumineux (beaucoup de vitrages) et très propre. L'emplacement au bord de la rivière, au calme, nous a beaucoup plu. Nous sommes allés au Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat à pieds. Pour le night market, c'est plus loin, il faut une voiture ou prendre un taxi. En sortant de l'hôtel, sur la droite, en suivant la rivière, il y a des restaurants. Nous sommes allés dans l'un d'eux et nous avons très bien mangé. Notre chambre était spacieuse, très propre, lumineuse (avec une baie vitrée ouvrant sur un balcon avec vue sur la nature). La grande salle de bains était très propre et très bien agencée. Une douche avec pare douche (on évite ainsi d'inonder toute la pièce comme c'est très souvent le cas dans les hébergements thaïlandais). On avait même une baignoire ! Les jeunes femmes à l'accueil sont charmantes et très polies. La barrière de la langue n'a pas permis une bonne communication, c'est dommage. Peut-être la Direction pourrait elle prévoir une petite formation en anglais ? Ce serait un investissement aussi bien pour l'hôtel que pour la future carrière de ces jeunes femmes. Enfin, nous avons apprécié le parking mis à disposition. C'est très pratique quand on a une voiture de location. Certains avis d'autres clients mentionnent le bruit des oiseaux. Cela ne nous a pas du tout gênés, c'est la nature. Par contre, ce qui n'est pas du tout naturel, ce sont les clients qui arrivent vers minuit, qui font un bruit infernal et parlent à voix très haute pendant un long moment, sans tenir compte du fait qu'à cette heure-là les autres clients dorment déjà. C'est un manque total d'éducation et de respect. Évidemment, ce n'est absolument pas une critique vis à vis de l'hôtel. Mais j'espère que des gens qui ont l'habitude de se comporter ainsi se reconnaîtront et feront désormais l'effort d'être plus discrets.

• Veronica (7/5): Carino, però letto rigido - La camera affacciava su un giardino con piante alte e rigogliose, molto belle. La posizione è su un fiume. Facile raggiungere tutte le attrazioni, soprattutto con i taxi di Grab. La zuppetta di riso che ti danno a colazione è molto buona. La camera era grande e anche il letto. Il wi-fi funziona bene. Le camere sono ben silenziate, non sentivo i vicini né le macchine.. gli ho chiesto di mettermi lontana dall ascensore e lo hanno fatto. Il letto era un po' troppo duro per i miei gusti. Però il cuscino era alto e morbido. Sull'albero di fronte alla mia camera c'era un uccello che cantava alle 4 di notte con un tono molto alto. Lo dico per chi ha proprio il sonno leggero.

• Jon Mc (9/5): An EXCELLENT 1st Stay @ Harmony Ville - Would Defo Book & Stay Here Again....... - Room # 512 ~ 1 x Night ~ Booked with Booking.Com Our 1st Stay here but Defo not the last stay here, we have never rebooked and been back to stay in the same hotel in Phitsanulok before however we would here :) Staff were very efficient ( however not warm and welcoming ) checking us in and an early check in was much appreciated. Room was modern and spacious plus everything in the room worked well. Parking was tight but I think that the hotel was full'ish. To our surprise Breakfast was included in the deal - a choice from 3 x Set Menus however we left at 6am so did not take the breakfast offered which starts at 7am. Have confidence that this hotel is a great stay with good staff and in a safe area. There is a Coffee Shop Restaurant Onsite however we wished to have Dinner there on the Saturday night however they had chosen to be Closed at that time!! Next time........ • KW Goh (8/5): - I arrive by train and walk to the hotel (which is across the Nan river), great location for visiting (walking distances) important historical sites, local eateries, cafes and so forth. Spacious room, clean sheets, friendly housekeepers. Same set of breakfast daily, I ate twice out of five, menu could either have 3 sets to choose from or a rotation menu, just my suggestion. I only watch local news, nevertheless all the international channels are badly distorted.

• Aurélie (10/5): Très agréable séjour en famille à l’Harmony Ville et rapport qualité prix excellent ! - Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, les chambres sont belles, propres et spacieuses avec petit déjeuner. L’espace commun en bas est agréable et au calme, au bord d’une petite rivière. Nous avons pu marcher facilement pour rejoindre différents points de visite. Le personnel a répondu à nos demandes de manière efficace et courtoise.

• Edwin (8/5): Een twijfelgeval om terug te gaan. - De prijs kwaliteit, het personeel achter de balie en goed ontbijt.goede parking. De poetsvrouwen waren niet vriendelijk en de kamer was niet goed gepoetst. We hadden geen wifi op de kamer, kregen een andere kamer maar de wifi was heel traag of viel weg.

• Jasmin (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit super Preis/Leistung - Sehr großes Zimmer mit Top Ausstattung. Ganz tolles Badezimmer mit Dusche und sogar einer Badewanne. Es war alles super sauber und das Zimmer hatte viele Annehmlichkeiten....es wurde an alles gedacht! Toller Außenbereich mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Sehr faire Preise für Getränke und Essen im Café nebenan. Frühstück war einfach aber gut. Personal ist freundlich und professionell. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!
• john (9/5): - Nice part of town by the moat, short walk over the bridge to town, temples. A good local market nearby in other direction. Really spacious rooms, clean and comfortable. The staff were really helpful. You can eat breakfast (included) looking out at the stream. If you're lucky you might see a water monitor lizard swim past.
