Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Rooftop Pool ist fantastisch. Das Hotel ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. -

• parris (10/5): - Everything! Pretty much all the staff was great but the lady who I check in with and gave me my key card was extremely welcoming and had a phenomenal personality! Bed felt too firm. That was all really.

• Johannes (9/5): Friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast selection - The breakfast buffet selection was exceptionally varied and tasty, but see comment below. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was adequate, absolutely nothing wrong with it. At breakfast on the third and fourth morning there was only one coffee machine working plus quite cups and glasses for other drinks kept running out. Also, there were some delays in replenishing the food trays.

• Matthias (9/5): Nettes 4 Sterne Hotel in Cebu City Centre - Betten waren sehr fein. Frühstück sehr ausgiebig. Für jeden was dabei. Unter Sohn war krank, wir haben einen Aufschub von 1 Stunde gratis bekommen. Super Cocktails bei der Rooftop Bar. Bei Happy Hour auch sehr günstig. Pool war voll mit Styropor teilen die in der Luft rum flogen. da kann das Hotel nicht wirklich viel dafür. Aber auch sonst, hat die Sauberkeit beim Pool etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen.
• Akos (6/5): Overall still is one of the best in Cebu but Bai needs to keep up with maintenance - It was my fourth time in bai hotel and it used to be my favourite hotel in the whole of Cebu. I however, have not been here for 2-3 years. The friendliness of staff and the location of course have not changed Unfortunately the hotel seems to have fallen behind on maintenance and also seems to have downgraded their buffet.

• Matt (10/5): Very nice. I could have stayed longer. - It was close to the mall. I also felt secure with the security. The staff was friendly. They called the room to see if they could do anymore. Due to airplane delays, I missed out on breakfast both mornings. I wish the breakfast was open just 30 min earlier or had a take away breakfast like some places.

• Wesley (6/5): Great location & service, with rather outdated and slightly dirty room - The location is great, staff is really professional and helpful. Extending check out time with 2 hours was no problem. The breakfast buffet was enormous with options for people from all over the world. The Japanse restaurant served a good bowl of ramen too, with great service as well. To be honest, I was a bit surprised after seeing so many great reviews. Everything feels rather outdated, the room was pretty dirty because it’s just very old. The smell in the room was also unpleasant. The toilet seat was loose, shower floor was not clean and was sticky. Floor in the room was sticky too, as it seemed like the top layer was coming off. All in all I would personally probably not stay here again.

We were charged 12k plus pesos for 9 hours stay. We even refused the extra bed. Then it was a hassle calling booking.com to cancel our next day reservation.

Beds were very hard. Every little thing is an extra fee. Rooms in the 300s are near a back entrance, with no security - a pair of sandals were stolen from outside our door. A little thing, but staff didn’t seem to care.
