- Thivya (8/5): It was pretty nice stay we had - The clean environment The balcony too dark, and there is no smart TV facility. If there is atleast we can watch movie and relax. Because of that we felt like we have nothing much to do. Really would suggest the smart Tv options so there is access to watch YouTube , Netflix and etc
- DaredevilBex (9/5): Quiet and well looked after hotel with great staff. - Hotel was well maintained and clean. If you want a quiet retreat away from everything, then the location is great. Buffet breakfast had a very good selection of items. Staff were very friendly and efficient. There were several trainees working in various parts of the hotel. All were well supervised and very good with the customers. Special thanks to Emma, the restaurant manager, who remembered from a general chat 3 days prior, that it was our wedding anniversary, and surprised us with a cake on the actual day! Iman was also very friendly and considerate and was keen to take time out to speak to us when it was not busy. The porters were always smiling, wishing us a good day in the mornings, and asking us how our day had been on our return. Other than the swimming pool, all other activities were chargeable and fairly limited. Restaurant menu was also a bit limited. Would have liked to have seen a buffet style dinner, similar to breakfast but it didn't look like many used the restaurant on weekdays. There was an additional menu but this wasn't offered to us unless we asked for it. A handle on the outside of the bi-fold balcony doors would have been very helpful! Far away from beaches, and a 20 min walk to a good convenience store (although a petrol station and McDonald's nearby) But don't let these put you off from visiting what is a fabulous resort!

- FARAH LIYANA (8/5): Value for money - Spacious villa , well maintained and most importantly the private pool in the villa. Breakfast is great various foods. Limited access to activity (eg: bike). Security needs to strengthen for customer only. And the lake needs some cleaning.

- wanling (1/5): - The toilet drainage system is blocked, causing poor water flow. The sink, bed sheets, and towels all dirty — it’s really frustrating. The rates are comparable to a five-star hotel, but the overall service and quality do not meet the same standard.

Housekeeping did not make up our room. When we called housekeeping, nobody answered. We got small ants in our room too. RM60 for breakfast is quite pricey for what was served.

There are not much shop around the close proximity but always can hire a Grab to go. Room was quite nice and huge. Comfortable and large beds. Jacuzzi was quite nice but not all the points were working. Property was clean and well maintained.

- Opit3311 (10/5): Luxurious Serenity at Tasik Villa International Resort, Port Dickson. - Stayed here 2D1N. ** Front-Desk ** Checked-in at 2:30pm. Minimum RM100 cash deposit is required. The process wouldn't take long. Once they registered us, they gave us a welcome drinks coupon. ** Room ** I booked a Deluxe with a jacuzzi that can accommodate 4 of us. This 78m² room is pretty spacious! It has 2 super king-size beds, fully furnished, with bath stuff and kitchen essentials all set up. All electrical equipment is functioning properly. ** Facility ** The pool is huge and really well-kept! Plus, there are tons of activities like paddle boats, cycling, motor rides, arcade games, and more. Complimentary WiFi with excellent speed access. ** Service ** Staff are friendly and polite; security is good; however, baggage handling requires self-service. No one staff to assist, from the time we arrived until we checked out.

Very unhygienic environment and the housekeeping denied to mop floor during daily housecleaning 3. Staff can’t speak in English 4. Bad quality food with only 2 vegetarian options Had to curtail my stay by 3 nights and the front desk didn’t even bother to ask why I was leaving before my scheduled date. Not recommended for Expats

- Nsxsw (7/5): people are amazing but the facilities is such a letdown. - it's definitely the sweet staff who are polite. i especially liked the room service accessibility because it's like a website which requires me to scan a qr code and you can get everything there including toilet essentials. it may not be as resort as I'd like it to be but the vibe is really chill. and the birds and lake are a unique touch. with what little they had, the staff goes the extra mile to make everyone's new year's celebration amazing with food pop ups, entertainment like movies (inc. popcorn) fire show, traditional dance. the view from my water chalet was amazing watching this go on especially with the adorable MCs leading the event. oh yes, the Asian food (didn't try anything else) was amazing!!!! omg please try the kampung fried rice it was the one thing that saved everything!!! 🥲 honestly the facilities. dust behind TV (with two channels only no cable or streaming service), the room lights were too dark, everything is under repair and so so so so so rundown. the gym may have electric turned on but not working. the spa was closed till further notice. the restaurant has no mechanism to prevent flies - the one time i ate there we were swarmed by flies so room service saved me. I really hope you ever manages the resort to PLEASE DO BETTER. your staff seems to be working really hard.
