This place HASN'T BEEN CLEANED IN MONTHS MAYBE LONGER! Dog s**t in the elevator, the smelly shaky elevator. Floors are sticky in places, you can see the dirt and stains, HAIR EVERYWHERE! I didn't dare go under the filthy blanket. The bathroom,🤮 I was just so grossed out by the dirt, stains, clumps of hair in the drain & on the walls. The heater/ac unit DIDN'T WORK. I could go on but I won't. Just stay away from this crazy apartment building, oh yeah, people LIVE THERE WITH PETS!!

Um cachorro defecou na recepção e não limparam, fui embora e ainda estava sujo, ficou sujo por mais de 4 horas. Ainda ficam batendo na porta para avisar que temos que sair, e eu estava no horário ainda, eram 10 horas da manhã. Tudo é ruim neste hotel. Não fosse a sujeira o quarto seria bom.

Dr. Manuel (1/5): There are better places nearby - The one thing that attracted me to the property was the fact they listed “Free Breakfast” in their advertising. Also, the fact they advertised a kitchenette. Yet the room isnt equipped with pots, pans, cookware, or utensils. Even if they did, good luck washing the dishes. They removed the dishwasher. When I woke up for Breakfast, I was told they didn’t serve breakfast. When guest select accommodations, they do so with the contractual agreement of free breakfast and or kitchenette. -This property FRAUDULENTLY advertises they provide breakfast, they don’t. -This property FRAUDULENTLY advertises rooms with full kitchenette and cookware, they don’t. They claims it’s clean, it isn’t. I contacted the property before leaving this review, they never contacted me. Good luck. The property was very dirty. Stains all over the furniture, lack of maintenance was overwhelming, furniture was broken and in disarray, housekeeping doesn’t appear to be trained on how to clean rooms, the rooms were extremely dirty.

connor (1/5): Terrible motel looks 5 star compared to this place - Nothing at all to like To begin with checking in. The hotel just doesn’t smell fresh or look good. It has potential but not with what they’re doing now. I opened the door to go down my hallway to my room and they had the trash cart just sitting there smelling up the entire hallway like Mexican food and trash I gagged multiple times going to my room (3 doors away from trash cart) walking into my room was the absolute worst! Instantly after opening the door it smelled like straight wet dog. The window was cracked open probably cause of the smell. The lamp shade was burned and had so much dirt and residue on it I thought I ordered a smoking room. Not to mention the base of the lamp was burned from a cigarette. My chairs for the desk area were sticky and peeling of leather and just gross. The floors felt sleek with grime. My bathroom had holes in the shower that was half Azz fixed with dry wall filler. The shades have splatter all over them and as well as the bathroom wall. I was so disgusted I asked for a different room but then was told they were full. At that point I checked for another hotel, none were available in my budget and I checked out and got a refund. Not to mention online they had multiple rooms still available. The guy at the desk was nice but not helpful. With anything other than getting me a refund
Hurley (5/5): Friendly gracious staff made me feel welcome. And wild bunnies on the grass. - Good coffee and ok muffins. A 5 on the scale. Our bed had no blanket. Bedding consisted of sheet and thin cover but no blanket. Disappointing. I tried calling using the landline in room but it didn't work. I went to main office and asked for 2 blankets. I was graciously provided with 2 large fleece blankets by a nice African American staff lady. This was around 930 pm. Friday April 17 In the bathroom there are no safety grab bars in shower. This is unsafe for seniors like myself. On a positive note. , I was able to walk next door to Walmart which was great, and on the path to walmart I encountered a sweet little wild bunny who was nibbling green grass .

Checked in and check out within 30 minutes- all of which was spent on hold with the front desk & “manager” while waiting for a solution to our BLUE tv we had in our room. Hotel staff offering no solution or accommodation, refusing to refund my money and leaving me on hold for 30 minutes left me to find another place to stay. All of this after driving 4 hours to get to the hotel.

The fact that there’s no big sign to turn into the parking lot and if you miss it, you have to take an 11 minute detour.

Audra (4/5): Will drive 4 hours before I would stay in this hotel again. Actually, I would drive 8 hours. - Was not going to eat there after seeing the condition of room. I liked that it was easy access, good parking, felt fairly safe, liked extra locks on door. Heat worked well. I can tolerate aged conditions but there's no excuse for the filth in the room. There was obvious pet hair and foul wet dog smell. The worst was when my daughter was bit on the face while laying in bed. We worried the rest of the night about being in a flea infested room. We didn't dare walk barefoot. I used a towel to was a small area of floor to see how dirty it was. It was filthy. Food crumbs on pull out desk, various globs of hair and I don't know what. Look at the hair in the dishwasher and on the light bulb.

They tried to get me a new room after I told them about the black mold, but the new room was also a health hazard. I had to leave. Black mold on curtains, musky smell in the air, smell of pee and mold on 3rd floor. There was an AC vent blowing the moldy curtains out into the room. I have a mold allergy and had to leave because I couldn’t breathe.
