• Marie (7/5): We were happy enough. - The staff were very apologetic about the incident upon arriving. The location was good. The staff were very apologetic because we arrived late and we were given the key code BUT the key would not drop down!! Which we were not aware of so we had to call the emergency number at 11pm only to be told someone would call us back so that wasn't idea given the time of night. Anyway, eventually someone called back only to be told we had to bash the key box so the key would drop down. Very unprofessional and not safe. If I was by myself this would have been a manager panic situation. Something has to be down about that; there were other people hanging around it was not safe. The shower leaked on to the floor, it was messy. Screen needs to be fixed.

Very comfortable, spacious unit - was a bonus that we were able to book the accessible suite, which made our stay even easier. They'd also reserved a specific parking spot for us close to the access door which was very appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception

Lovely staff. - Apartment was spotlessly clean; I was in the room with the king bed and it was very comfortable. All the staff we met were lovely and professional--from the desk staff to the cleaning staff. Great location for festival season or to walk into the center of town (which took about 10 minutes). We were really close to the gorgeous botanical gardens, which we visited daily. I would certainly book here again--in fact, we're planning to come again next year. Womadelaide, the fringe festival, the Adelaide Festival, the Adelaide Biennale, Winery Tours. And the people! So delightful and relaxed. We were in Adelaide for two weeks and going to events every night. We saw not one bit of drunken stupidity. There was always a volunteer around to help. There were no rules and the "security staff" were had jackets marked "crowd care" and "crowd usher," which pretty much summed up our Adelaide experience. Joyful and chill. I can't believe it's taken me this long to visit Adelaide and I can't wait to go back. My sister was in the room with the two beds pressed together and the beds were too soft for her. Really the only thing that flummoxed me was the lack of coat hangers. We had to go out and buy more. But I'd do that again to stay in this great location.

They went above and beyond by allowing us both an early check-in and a late check-out which made our travel schedule so much easier. The apartment is very convenient and felt very safe. Having a washing machine in the unit was a huge help and the secure garage parking provided great peace of mind. It’s a well-maintained and hassle-free place to stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great service" The second room is a bit small.
• Sally (3/5): Very average - The Location Our Apartment #201 - is dwarfed by the massive electrical transformer directly outside. We were looking forward to relaxing on the balcony - but as you can see from the photos - it was not appealing at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT. - the photos online are deceiving - not nearly as roomy as I anticipated - meant to be 70m2 - that’s all in the corridor - there is no wardrobe in the Main Bedroom - just a hanging rack - there is nowhere in either bathroom to put your toiletries - just a very small single sink with below sink cupboard - again check out the photos - no where to put your toiletry bag/hair dryer/ anything - the clothes dryer does not work - we did not book a car park as we didn’t think we would need one. After arrival - we decided to hire a car as the apartment is a decent walk from town and it was 40 plus degrees both days - but there was no car park available. So obviously limited number of parks available to guests. - toiletries ie shampoo & conditioner and body wash - were tiny - if staying for more than one night - bring your own

Bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious Super hot weekend. Fans are supplied for bedrooms but but had really short cords. Would have bought an extension if staying longer. Paying for on-site dedicated parking..got back late one night to find no parks except a small car" one. Squeezed in..but annoying. Perhaps a dedicated park bay number would help. Not a lot of shelf space in bathrooms

Close proximity to the CBD either by catching a bus at a nearby bus stop or walking. Cafes and hotel also within 200 metres. The combination washer/dryer presented some issues but the friendly staff assisted us.

• Simon (4/5): Dissappointing. Location is smack bang in an industrial waste land. Won't be doing this again. - This is a tough one to answer. Our view was of a wall in an alley. The room was not serviced. The bed was hard. The reception staff seem to be able to anticipate when we need assistance, and choose that time to leave the desk. see above. It really doesn't stack up to what one would reasonably expect from a proper hotel. Our mistake, next time we will stay at the Hilton.

• Katrina (8/5): Fantastic size room, a bath in the room - So clean very roomy. If I was to be picky it would be that the range of utensils in the kitchen was awesome but. No bloody can opener or bottle opener . And it was late so could cook. I think it’s a bit rough to charge another $50 a night on top of the room rental. It worked out to $300 a night which was getting bit expensive. And balcony bit small an on the balcony also table and 2 chairs. Was uncomfortable for my dog and he lost 3 bslls cause they rolled under the safety glass and went somewhere

Even moving the TV into the bedroom as with my dystonia I need to lay down alot. Also great location close to the hospital for my appointments. Room was beautiful and quiet. Will definitely stay here again for my next appointment.

• Lauren (9/5): - Just a short walk across the park into the east of the city with bars, restaurants and attractions like the botanic gardens, art gallery, space discovery centre and more within walking distance or use the free tram at Botanic to save your legs. Restaurants and coffee in the neighbourhood like the Kent Hotel or a selection of coffee makes it a great location. After a few 40 degrees days would have loved the luxury of the air con turned on before we arrived and the room aired out.

• Callum (7/5): Overall good stay, would return 👌 - The room was well presented, large, modern, offered reasonable value for close proximity to the CBD, the Kent Town hotel which was only a short walk was a nice place to grab a feed and a drink 👌 There was no aircon in the bedroom and relied on the living room aircon for cooling, there was also a bit of an odour in the room. Also the card swipe for access to the parking lot is in a position that you have to get out of the car to use it, not a big deal but a bit annoying for a modern hotel.
