• stephen (8/5): Quiet rural location - On the very edge of town with only rice paddies and forest behind the property. Very quiet and natural surroundings. Great for cycles which property provided . 10 minutes walk into town restaurants and cafes.

• Kittipong (9/5): - บรรยากาศวิวชายทุ่ง​ ดีเลยครับ​ ห่างจากตัวเมืองแค่ 18-19 กิโลเมตรเอง แถมจุดท่องเที่ยวใกล้ๆสามารถแวะไปที่ดอยตุงดอยแม่สลองได้ใน ไม่ถึงชั่วโมง​ มาช่วงอากาศเย็นๆตอนกลางคืนหน้าหนาว อุณหภูมิอยู่ประมาณ 12-13 องศา ราคา, ระยะทางนั้นถือว่าคุ้มครับกับบรรยากาศแบบนี้ บ้านพักก็ดีดูทันสมัย​ มีห้องใต้หลังคาเพิ่มเติมให้อีก1 นอนกันได้ 3 คนด้วย​ เผื่อมากับเพื่อนๆ​ แต่บันไดทางขึ้นจะทันนิดนึง ตอนเช้าๆเจ้าของบริการดีมีข้าวต้มทรงเครื่อง, กาแฟ​ ขนมปังปิ้ง(เอง)​ ให้กินเติมได้เรื่อยๆ(แต่ถ้วย, จานต้องนำมาเก็บเองนะ ฮ่า!)​ ราคาย่อมเยาว์ถือว่าไม่แพงคุ้มกับที่เสียไปครับแนะนำทุกๆท่านไว้ ระบบทำน้ำอุ่นที่เป็นแก๊สมีความขลุกขลักนิดหน่อยต้องมาเปลี่ยนถ่านโทรแจ้งพนักงานตอนกลางคืน

• Goeyvaerts (5/5): Huisje enkel voor 2 personen - Vriendelijke dame De huisjes zijn niet om met 3 te slapen. Het bed op het bovengedeelte is geen bed, het is een dun matrasje gewoon op de grond. De trap is gevaarlijk. Wij hebben het matrasje naar beneden gebracht en op de platgelegde zetel gelegd maar was heel oncomfortabel

Är dock jätte tacksamma för trevlig personal ❤️ - Snäll personal, bra med cyklar, god Khao Tom och fina hus på utsidan Det var inte som på bilderna, alla rum var väldigt olika från varandra, översta madrassen på övervåningen var väldigt väldigt tunn.

• Frank (5/5): - Ruhige Lage, Ausblick von der Frühstücksterrasse Bungalows mit dem Mobiliar sind in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen eines Upgrades.
• cynthia (10/5): - 1 nuit au milieu des rizières! Les alentours sont magnifiques et les vélos à dispo permettent de se promener dans un cadre magnifique! Le logement est spartiate mais très bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits.

La dona que porta el lloc molt amable i atenta. Et deixa unes bicis per fer una volta per la zona que val la pena. Esmorzar casolà fet per ella amb molt de carinyo. L'exterior dels bungalows molt verd i bonic. Els bungalows i les habitacions eren mes senzilles i humils del que es veu a mes fotos. Els mobles, llits i dutxes també. No estava tant net com esperavem. Depens de cotxe o Grab per anar i tornar..

• Paul (8/5): Nice stay in delightful rural location. - Very quiet location which enjoys beautiful views over farmland and mountains as you eat breakfast. Lots of lovely birds too. Host very sweet. Top room access ladder very vertical , not suitable for young or older adults.
• Marc (8/5): Calm place to stay outside of the city - Very friendly host, amazing breakfast and beautiful suroundings. If you want to be close to chiang rai city it is a bit far. But for us it was perfect to be out of town.
• Lyle (9/5): Nice view - Nice location. Stunning in the morning, North of chiang rai but perfect if you have scooter or transport. 7 Eleven is walking distance. Didn't have any hot water when I stayed.
• Gemma (9/5): Would recommend for a quiet retreat - Great quiet location surrounded by beautiful rice fields- to which we took a bike ride amongst thanks to the bikes from the accommodation. Host was kind and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious! Great location though we had a car so can’t comment on taxi/grab. We did have one delivery of food which was very good and in a timely manner! All was very good

The garden restaurant at 100 meter an amazing place to eat very cheap and very good food, a cold beer inclusive The rooms and facilities are basically outdated

• Guillaume (8/5): Perfect place in countryside - Despite her non existing English the host is lovely. Her vegetarian breakfast is very tasty. She will cook for you. The location is a bit far but that was on purpose to be in the middle of the countryside. Across the road is a nice café. Go there to spend the evening and the watch the sunset. Nothing. For that price it over delivers.
• Abby (10/5): Peaceful little village, very clean and owned by the kindest lady! - We loved everything about this place! The peacefulness- the farming villages all around the place- the facility- but most of all, the owner! She was such a sweet lady and so helpful! She served us with her whole heart! Made us breakfast in the morning and helped us with what to do that was local. Nearby is an awesome little crepe place that we biked to, there is also a long neck tribe nearby you can bike to, there’s a tea plantation and a local waterfall! Lots to do nearby and no traffic!!! Also the perfect place to watch the sunset! Our favourite stay of our whole holiday! Nothing it was perfect!

Breakfast was on the simple side, toast with jam and fried rice which was tas - It was in quiet location Extremely dated with mismatched furniture,everything looked old and worn with mould in corners and the walls dirty and covered in squashed insects. It locked liked it was build in the 50th and hasn’t been touched since. Don’t be fooled by the pictures.

Across the street was a food shop called Moca Cafe. We ate there two nights good food at good prices. A little out of the way but cost reflects this. Online photos are dated

• Giorgio (6/5): Pleasant - Closer to MFL University. We have taken back out son and we have chosen a near resort. This is the only reason. Beside, in this area there's nothing else interesting about. Breakfast was only for locals, but choice for continental, except instant coffee. But considering the room price, we have not pretend to get a decent breakfast and went outside to get it. Water heater LPG type, first time ever i find in a hotel or resort having such type of heater. Not easy to adjust the desired temperature. The shower spraying too low, below my neck, to was my head I have to bent under it. Lavatory, only cold water, in this period the water is cold even in Chiang Rai. Bed mattress too hard, every mornings we awake with back pain. For this price we not pretend amenities or gadget in room, but being able to sleep well and to enjoy to shower yes, that it must be, and it was not. Access road, quite narrow, when two vehicles crossing, it take some attention for both drivers to pass.
