• Kali (1/5): Completely Awful 0/10 will never go back here - Nothing I got there and no one let me in so I couldn’t check in.. I used the phone inside and no one answered. I called 4 times and no one picked up.

• Julia (7/5): - Friendly staff, room pretty clean. WiFi is pretty fast. Someone opened my room door while I was taking a nap, and woke me up. I don’t know who it was or why. I thought I had dreamed it until I saw that the deadbolt wasn’t locked. I ALWAYS lock the deadbolt. Fortunately, I had the door stopper in use. I don’t appreciate that this happened. I don’t feel all that safe in my room anymore. Also, there’s no reason people should be smoking right in front of the doors. Nobody should have to walk through smoke to get inside. The smoke makes the entranceways smell both inside and outside. It’s 2026. Give the smokers a designated area far away from the building.

• Denise (1/5): Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. - The location was nice. We booked tonight and only stayed one night. One in the morning woke up to find roaches coming out of the sink. There were no chairs to sit on because they were tore up. There was no carpet. There was no breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone we were compensated by removing the charges. That didn't help us because there was no open availability anywhere else. I have no pictures because I deleted them two days ago.

• Spencer (3/5): Good value but not worth it in the end! - The location was great and the staff was great. You could hear everything everybody did! I didn't get any sleep both nights because of constant pounding knocking, banging doors opening, etc. If you're looking for a sleep full stay, don't stay here.
• GH (5/5): Decent for location/ cheap stay to save money - Location, staff, has full size fridge, stovetop, microwave, room set up with brand new toilet paper and kleenex, has free breakfast but just packaged muffins/ oatmeal. It’s good for a cheap stay so didn’t expect much Elevator smelt like fish, marks on walls, bathroom door had a hole in it like someone kicked or punched it, you can feel the springs in mattress, chairs were worn and peeling, towels were stained, didn’t have a bench or full size mirror. I think this hotels for people with pets and long stay out of town workers

The bathroom had blood and feces on it. He should have asked for another room. His mom was suppose to stay and didnt.

• Jean (7/5): For a quick overnight stay the hotel provided what we needed -- safe and clean space. - The staff was friendly and helpful. Having access to breakfast items was appreciated to start day. The chair in our room had rips in the upholstery that need repair.

We had a later check in and had to wait almost half and hour for the team member to come down from her room to check us in. The room was not pristine, the whole place smelled like marijuana.

• Edward (6/5): - Huge cobweb in corner over bed. Bed was unsteady (reminiscent of rollaway spring beds). Blinds allowed night parking lot lights to shine through all night. Breakfast did not include juice. There was no fresh fruit (ie an apple or banana). No yogurt, either. Just Nutrigrain bar and packaged muffin. That's it. The room floor was not carpetted so that was a positive. The hallway outside room had dirty carpet.

The main legs were either broken or not screwed Im tight because the bed with any slight movement caused the bed to feel like it was going to break.

• Macy (10/5): - Staff was welcoming. The people staying there would idly chat with me as I would go between my room and outside. Many cute pets around and I was very satisfied with the clenliness of everything. The elevator was a little slow with the door, but reallt shot you to your floor quickly. There were some spots in my room I can tell were patched/painted over after being damaged, as well as some cosmetic damages. Nothing at all that impeeded on my stay. I saw some reviews of the smells in the halls, it just smelt like food. There are people staying here that are cooking, so I really didn't find it that weird. I also noticed that there are those automatic air fresher dispensers in the hallways looking to midigate any of that potential discomfort. The breakfast is minimal but for free and the cost for staying here I really didn't mind. I was just happy that there was oatmeal for being gluten free. They also had coffee, different convenience bars, and pre packaged muffins. It was really convenient to just take a quick 2 minute drive up the road to a few different food options, and being right in between within walking distance of meijer and walmart you are pretty set if you forgot anything.

The mattress was comfortable but the bed frame was too high to easily get in and out of bed. Nice kitchenette but no table to sit at if you want to eat in the room. The air conditioner controls did not work so I had to manually turn it off and on.

Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful with everything I needed. Extremely conveniently located near I-75 & M59 about 30 minutes from Detroit & Flint, 45 minutes from Port Huron & Sarnia Ontario.

An "Extended Stay" would have been pure misery. - Arrived late and had to wait in a small vestibule and phone a customer service number and wait five minutes for a staff member to check me in. This place is full of weird cooking smells and is grubby and worn out. the HI Express next door is SLIGHTLY more expensive, but ABSOLUTELY worth it.

• Jamie (4/5): - It is definitely a cheap place to lay your head. If you have low expectations, you’ll be good. But our group slept at the place next door for $100 more and their room wasn’t great. Wouldn’t stay long term.

First, when you walk into a hotel, you should be greeted with a nice and welcoming scent. Not this place. I’m sorry but the smell was terrible when we walked into the check- in area. The room was dirty. I had to clean the bed frame because it looked like something was spilled on it and dried. The floors were dirty. We were there for 2 nights and then found another extended stay for the rest of the week All of the negative things I mentioned could be easily fixed to make a stay more enjoyable.

WiFi was slow and didn’t able to use laptops or iPads. Breakfast was a mirage. Just coffee & muffins better don’t call it as a breakfast.

• boboV4921QA (6/5): It was ok for the price. - The place needs to be updated, it has an odor throughout the Hotel, the rugs are old, mostly everything in the room is outdated. The room was clean, and the air conditioner worked well. The elevator floor was dirty. There was only one person on duty at the desk.

The lady simply stated sorry the machine is broken
