- Marina (9/5): Riad tranquille "comme à la maison" et idéalement bien situé - Riad très bien placé, à 5 mn à pied du Palais de la Bahia ET de la place Jema el Fnaa... et pourtant calme absolu ! La déco du riad est magnifique, comme on en rêve en venant au Maroc. 2 étages plus le patio, avec plusieurs espaces tranquilles, on se sent "comme à la maison"... Le personnel est super gentil, accueillant, aux petits soins et très discret. Excellent et copieux petit déjeuner. J'ai adoré et j'y reviendrai sûrement. Matelas peut-être un peu trop ferme pour moi, mais nous avons connu pire après, donc ça n'a pas gâché du tout notre séjour ! :-)

- LIA (10/5): - The Riad its in a quiet street very close to the main square and easy to walk all over the Medina. Breakfast was nice and fresh. But mainly the staff was excellent...my compliments to Sana...always available and sweet. Abe was very kind and helpful, available to problem solving, really a very trusworthing person...and to add, his knowledge of curative matters...oils, herbs and interesting local customs. Higly recommend this place. I will sure come back!!! PS .Thankyou!
- Carly (10/5): - A really relaxed and friendly Riad. I spent a short but enjoyable time with my father and the Riad couldn't have been better! Abi was a fantastic host, easy to speak with, and friendly with a good sense of humour. Rooms were very nice, traditional, and I slept very well in a nice comfortable bed. Easy to get to all main things you might want to see from the Riad. Breakfast was served by a lovely lady each morning, fresh and delicious. Loved it. Would stay again! Thank you Abi. 😊

Podpowiedzial nam fajną i rozsądną cenowo restaurację Riad ma 400 lat, super klimat, ale w trakcie deszczu, ulewy, na którą tragiliśmy trudno cokolwiek wysuszyc ( nie ma słońca dochodzącego do pokoju) Tylko na dachu

- Marco (9/5): Stupendo riad nella medina - Riad molto molto bello, la nostra camera era molto grande e bella. Si trova in una via tranquilla ma molto comoda. Sia per raggiungere la zona dei taxi sia per addentrarsi nella parte più viva della città. Colazione ottima e abbondante con prodotti tipici. Terrazza molto bella. Personale molto disponibile. Unico neo è stato capire il funzionamento dell'acqua calda nella doccia, ma niente di troppo difficile, basta perderci qualche attimo.

Les petits déjeuners délicieux et joliment servis par une Gentille dame . La chambre a été sombré et humide, pas confortable, pas de rangement possible, ni dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Heureusement le propriétaire nous a permis d’utiliser un peu de chauffage. Les chaises longues sur la terrasse du toit impossible d’utiliser puisque les matelas restent sous la pluie et ne sèchent jamais( dans la saison où nous étions: début avril) Même chose dans le jardin intérieur. Donc : qu’à une place possible pour relaxer ou lire.

Lovely breakfast and roof terrace to relax on. Perfect location in medina (old town) we could walk to all main sites. A few reviews mention variable hot water - we followed instructions it worked fine and had plenty hot water and good water pressure. Sometimes it did go cold but just needed to turn off and back on again then worked fine

Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll zubereitet. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Das war im Erdgeschoss und seehr düster und feucht. Wir hatten keinen Platz für die Koffer und keinen Nachttisch und kaum Platz zur Ablage. Wir denken dass alle anderen Zimmer recht hübsch sind.

- Anand (5/5): Het verblijf was op zich ok gezien ik vaak weg was. Het ontbijt mag ook iets uitgebreider met een toetje of fruit. Ze he - De ligging en de hulpvaardigheid medewerkers mn mw. Mouna De faciliteiten voor deze prijs en de grootte van de ruimte en het bed dat in een smalle zat. Links en rechts bijna geen ruimte om te lopen dus je al van de achterkant het bed op. Douchegel, handzeep , en bodylotion zou makkelijk kunnen met dit tarief. Er was geen ruimte voor een tv, strijkijzer,koelkast. Het hotel is erg oud en daar kan je weinig aan doen , wel aan de faciliteiten. En ook een naambord met richtingspijl op de hoofdweg.Maar gezien het doel van het bezoek was dit ruim voldoende.

- Abdul (1/5): Hidden extra costs, to be Avoided - If you are looking for a nicely located riad , this might be just OK. But be careful a lot of hidden bills. I booked 2 nights via booking.com for my 4 family members from the USA and I went for the option to pay at the property and this was the worst experience ever my entire life . 1: I showed up to the riad to meet this person whom I contacted by phone ,my 5 years daughter and I were treated like baggers he was so mean to us and didn’t not allow us to step inside knowing that I paid over 400 USD . This tells a lot how professional he was . He did not want us to pay saying that he doesn’t know me knowing that I gently explained that I made the booking for my friends as a birthday gift and I am here to pay as it was a gift . He refused and said that he will talk to another person about it and neglected the fact that I drove 40 minutes in a very sunny day with my child ( the person happen to HIMSELF). In the evening I got a WhatsApp message and we talked and I explained that need to pay as my friends were leaving early towards Casablanca to fly back to the US. He was not happy as he wanted them to pay to charge them more as apparently it is not his first time to do it as i red on many earlier reviews and I was literally blackmailed, he wanted to charge me more saying:(( We charge international credit card more than that)). I ended up paying 3800 dh instead of 3500 dh (324,92 € ) I sent him this message to know the exact amount { I really do know , please give me the exact amount to be prepared ,tomorrow I will be there at 8:30 }. He started sending me weird messages such as ((I told you that I trusted you to work it out and let me know. Thank you )) and I really was fed up with the amount of WhatsApp messages I got . 2: charged twice for city tax 40€ instead of 20 € and when messaged the same person here is my WhatsApp message: {Thanks for making us pay city tax twice . You are very professional.} He confirmed it promised a refund and never heard from him. -Charging my friends 20€ tax and charging me 300dh more in a very weird way . - Targeting foreign tourists as they can easily be charged more. - didn’t get my refund that he acknowledged ( 20€) that I was promised even though I sent him my bank details.

- Natalie (10/5): Authentic Riad in the Centre - I stayed here with my 7 year old daughter. The staff were so friendly, we loved our room. They kindly made up the single bed for my daughter and were responsive to messages through Booking. In February it was a bit cold (but my fault, I only realised I could use the aircon to warm the room up after our first night - after that it was perfect!). Location is really brilliant but do be careful. We walked to the wrong place (by using the Google Maps app) versus using Google Maps on a browser then found the right place! Breakfast was lovely and they kindly gave us this even though we woke up late! Water pressure not great - but this is an old building and I doubt they can do much about this.

- Martina (10/5): Authentic atmosphere - Charming riad in the heart of the Medina, within walking distance of all the sights of Marrakech. Authentic atmosphere and welcoming hosts. The riad has a large and beautiful roof terrace with a unique view. Everything is exactly as in the pictures and even better. The room was spacious and decorated with many Moroccan details like in a fairy tale of 1001 nights. Calm and quiet place. I give it a 10 because of the warm welcome and the traditional atmosphere, although you can find alternatives with more amenities.

- Huriye Armagan (10/5): Peaceful Riad - The riad has a great location—close to all the main sights, yet peaceful and away from the chaos. The owner is lovely and extremely helpful; they kindly helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and the rooms were very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Everything was good, so nothing we didn't like.

- Luca Alberto (8/5): Ottimo punto per scoprire la Città! - Riad ben curato, vicino al centro e pratico per arrivo in taxi o per punto prelievo per eventuali gite/escursioni. Appena all'interno della zona centrale, pochi minuti e si arriva nella piazza principale. Stessa cosa per i punti di interesse della Città come i palazzi e le tombe. A pochi passi in direzione opposta alla Piazza di trova il ghetto ebraico e il souk berbero. Nulla da segnalare di particolare.

- Carola (2/5): Deludente tranne che per la posizione - Ottima posizione Quando siamo arrivati non funzionava l’aria calda della nostra camera. Lo abbiamo detto al titolare (faceva molto freddo e non si poteva stare senza aria - ci hanno guardato come alieni per questa nostra richiesta), lui ci ha detto che non sapeva se sarebbe potuto venire il tecnico ad aggiustarla. Sotto nostra richiesta ci ha spostato in un’altra camera (apparentemente nuova) ma che era un sottoscala… finalmente ci volevamo fare una doccia, ma non funzionava l’acqua calda… Una volta presentate le problematiche al titolare l’unica cosa che ci ha saputo dire é che “eravamo liberi di andarcene” ma mi sembra abbastanza ovvio che venendo da un altro paese e avendo già prenotato tempo fa per il giorno di capodanno non era così facile andarcene… Il soggiorno è stato abbastanza deludente, non consiglierei questa struttura oltre che per la posizione molto centrale

- Nancy (5/5): Disappointed and would not recommend. - The location was great. Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. Check-in was not properly handled on arrival, and no clear instructions were given about house rules or what was allowed. This led to an uncomfortable situation when I briefly had a friend in the courtyard, which was later said to be forbidden due to alleged “police check-ups,” something that had never been communicated. The room was dusty and very cold (around 15°C). Despite asking, no external heating was provided. The bed sheets were dusty and had an unpleasant smell. Hot water only lasted a few minutes, with very low water pressure. At check-out, additional taxes were requested on top of what was already included in the price shown on Booking.com, which felt improvised and unprofessional. The manager was also very intrusive and invasive throughout the stay.
- Baptiste (9/5): Voyage en famille de 6 personnes - L'emplacement est idéal, le petit déjeuner est copieux et le personnel est sympathique et attentionné. Dans l'ensemble c'est un très bon riad d'un point de vue rapport qualité/prix. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. L'eau de la douche met du temps à chauffer et cela reste tiède dans certaines chambres.

- Greta (10/5): Charming - Really charming and pretty spot, right near the bustle of the market, but nice and quiet and peaceful inside. The host was very friendly and helpful, booked us a taxi to the airport. The rooms are really cute, with clean and comfortable beds, and plenty of blankets and ac/heater (needed as it was quite chilly in the evenings this time of year). We loved our stay here.

L’host ha richiesto il pagamento di un rubinetto della doccia che al primo utilizzo ci è rimasto in mano. Abbiamo trovato la cosa fuori luogo per effetto della cattiva manutenzione e del fatto che i guasti accidentali non dovrebbero essere addebitati al cliente.

La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel cuore della Medina, quindi si può raggiungere tutto facilmente a piedi. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile: mi ha aiutata con ogni cosa, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo dato che viaggiavo da sola. Mi ha dato tanti ottimi consigli e ha organizzato per me dei tour davvero belli, che mi hanno permesso di scoprire al meglio la città e i dintorni. L’atmosfera del riad è accogliente e tranquilla, un po’ come sentirsi a casa anche lontano da casa. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza autentica e piacevole nella Medina! Niente

- Ana (5/5): Not so great! - The location is good, few minutes from the main square, shops are literally minute away, with quite a few nice restaurants near! The room looked nice and ladies who did our breakfast were nice and welcoming. Shower was not working properly, air-conditioning dripping, light above the bed was not wired well as my husband got electricuted! You have to ask for everything: towels, rubbish to be collected, no water bottles given (kind of must have in country where tourists do not drink tap water)...We been told that place was renovated so we're the first guests since; I appreciate work has been done but should not be 'tested' in guests really. Basic breakfast.

- Cornelia (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay there! - The location is really perfect - right in the market but still close to transportation, and a truly lovely corner. The host family is very nice and helpful and the way everything is decorated just makes you feel good. Also the wifi works very well!
- Kieran (8/5): Fantastic location with a very helpful host - Our host was fantastic. We arrived at midnight on the first day and this was no problem for check-in, and we were even served food at this late hour. Room interior was beautiful, and felt very safe & secure with the locks. The entire Riad, including the ground floor and rooftop (where breakfast is served) is very nice and has a great view of the city. The location is also ideal, with only a short walk of 5 minutes into the square of Jemaa el-Fna. The air conditioning didn’t stay on consistently, and for the shower it was difficult at times to find a consistent stream of hot water. Other than that all aspects of our stay was great.
