- Dorottya (8/5): - The building is great, seems to be new. They have a nice swimming pool that can be used freely. The walls are extremely thin and you can clearly hear the conversations from the neighbours, also outside noises can be heard very loudly. It is very annoying during the night.

- Alkinane (7/5): Good for the value - The place is clean and meet my expectations While the location has its charm, the frequent noise from the street and passing motorbikes can be noticeable—though not to the extent that it disrupts sleep. The air conditioning could definitely be improved, as it struggles to keep the space cool. The living room is somewhat limited in size; with a group of five, we found the seating insufficient and would have appreciated larger or additional cushions. Overall, the place shows signs of wear and could benefit from some updates or renovations to enhance the guest experience.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. ‘Villa’ is misleading and not suitable for families as there is very little communal space around the pool, and only one room which is kitchen/diner with basic facilities/comfort. We only stayed one night out of our six night reservation.

- David (7/5): Nice room, cold aircon and comfortable bed - Was good enough for the price. The rooms were comfortable and the pool was welcome at the end of the day. Some strange design in the bathroom that meant we had to walk through a wet shower to get to the toilet!
- Manisha (5/5): Passable - The room was spacious and the pool Far from everything, easier if you rent a bike to get around. No breakfast or any food available at the hotel. You have to walk quite a distance if you want to eat at a restaurant. The bed was not comfortable at all, they joint to single bed and as you move in the middle it will slide apart and will hurt your back.
- Andrey (8/5): Good villa, but you have to drive everywhere - Good villa with all the bedrooms facing a nice pool. Great for large family. When we arrived I found one bed had broken mattress and had to notify staff about this problem. They replaced the mattress the next day.
- Yew (8/5): A pleasant stay no doubt. - The space is well arranged with the rooms facing the private pool. Very well setup with all the rooms attached with showers/toilets. Especially delighted with cleaned rooms and fresh towels everyday. Prefers to have a outdoor BBQ pit instead of the tiny electric grill which cannot handle 8 paxs so we could not organize our anticipated outdoor bbq. The cooking utensils are very limited with only one cooking pot. We expected to have at least a toaster for our bread. A washing machine in the premise will be very useful.

- Jessica (6/5): - The property is a little run down for a 4-star hotel. There were small ants on the table next to the closet even though we didn’t have any food in the room. The bathroom had a small sink where they provided a handful of travel toothbrush/toothpaste sets but no soap. When I asked the front desk for some soap, they gave me a bottle of hand soap that was 3/4 empty and shared between the staff. What kind of hotel doesn’t even provide soap for the bathroom sink? Surely even a bar of soap doesn’t cost much..

- I7031ZLterrym (8/5): Good quiet out of the way stay - Good clean hotel. Staff are friendly and willing to please. Staff have basic understanding of English. The hotel is a bit out of the way but ride sharing is affordable and frequent using bolt or grab Had power out on last night. Staff quickly got a backup generator going and fault was fixed very quickly. There was no restaurant on site despite there being one on website. Recommend going to Tang Toh cafe restaurant which is about 150m walk away.

The lack of atmosphere, really nothing to do, no bar, no restaurant, no international channels, I think Smart tvs with Youtube and Netflix will definitely improve the time you expend in the room between things, specially if you're travelling with children.

- Trinity (3/5): Even though it says it comes with breakfast, it doesn’t - The property was basic for what we needed We were told breakfast was included. There were signs everywhere to say food was on floor too, but there was no food breakfast anything to be found and no one spoke English so couldn’t get anyone to help us.
- Detmar (8/5): I would go back at any time! - Great layout of the bungalow, parking right in front. Pool was clean, maintenance of technical facilities was good. Several excellent Thai restaurants within walking distance very near. Room was cleaned and beds were made every day, bed sheets exchanged every 2 days. Beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness had flaws. Ashtrays on the tables near the pool had ash in it when we arrived and were never cleaned or emptied during our stay. Forks and spoons in the kitchen were a collection of different designs in ultra-cheap quality. No dining knives at all! Only one stained pot for cooking, no frying pan, no toaster (we used the electric grill instead, which worked). Kitchen furniture rather low quality, drawers could not be shut properly. All in all only small things which can easily be fixed and I hope the owners and management will take care of them as it involves only very little efforts.

Bathroom hot with no ventilation, shower water pressure bad. Cleaners didn't always arrive to clean and didn't mop floors daily or bring toilet paper or water, fresh towels etc. No weights in gym as per photos. No restaurant available as advertised.

- Ivy (7/5): Good - The hotel was in a really good location between Wat Chalong and the Big Buddha, the main attractions. We also had a Convenient store 60m from where we were. The room was quite nice and spacious with a big balcony. The beds were also quite comfy. The pool was really nice as well. One of the bathroom lights was broken, the bathroom sink tap was broken so we had to keep using the bathtub to fill up the kettle. The outlets were inconveniently placed.
