Pésimas me rompió unas cosas y además te dejan papel de baño que van quitando de otras habitaciones ni cuando llegue el papel estaba nuevo y para lo que cobran pésimo servicio

El unico detalle es el desayuno el primer dia al parecer tenian un grupo y el servicio es buffet pero las mesas sucias sucias, no hay personal suficiente para revisar, los baños de los alimentos vacios, el buffet se veia sucio, no habja un control. El segundo dia un poco mejor porque o habia grupo. Aqui cada quien recoge sus platos y vasos sucios.
- Perla (10/5): - La única observación es que en el piso donde me quede estaban arreglando un aire acondicionado y se veian unos pocos escombros de plafon, dejaron la escalera, un como escritorio, una escoba y una bolsa con papeles de basura que daba mal aspecto justo al bajar del elevador. Estuvo desde la noche en que me quede hasta la mañana del día siguente que desocupe. Sugiero, por lo menos hubieran recogido la escoba y la bolsa de plastico con basura. Todo lo demas, excelente atencion, rico desayuno, camas muy comodas y muy buena limpieza de la habitacion.

- Dario (6/5): - This hotel is on top of the mall if there is an earthquake you have to climb down the stairs about 12 floors I was in the 5th floor had to climb down all that no complaints about that just informing the people. 3 stars because the breakfast was horrible the two days I was there they don’t even try and the shower door wouldn’t stay shut, beware if you leave a car here with valet parking make sure you take a picture of the paper that they give you that shows scratches of your car mine came back with a scratch and they claimed it was there already on my paper showed no scratches they switched it when I picked it up they had it for two days I didn’t use it those days

My parents when and see my kids on one room and the service told the front desk is was 4 people in the room. They call me several times telling me that they will have to pay extra when they had their on room. I end up canceling my stay for the end of our vacation and I rented a very affordable, clean and spacious apartment with 5 bedrooms…

- Guillermo (10/5): - Increíble! I originally was in another hotel (not associated with this one) and it was horrible just because I wanted to save money. This hotel was just $100 more but so worth it. Everything is so close, heck, you are on top of a mall that has a super center (like Walmart) so you can actually save more money going there for food, drinks, and etc. The room was so modern but the most important thing for me was the A/C. If you are in Mexico City, be aware that no all hotels/motels or even Airbnb have A/C’s. Get this place, you actually save more money staying here!

They are very neglecting the property and customer service (very few employees say hello).

This hotel is pretty well located, plenty of public transportation and the way to access the main building from the top lobby makes me feel secure.

- Blanca (2/5): - Hi, I had many problems at the hotel, starting with the person who checked me in when I arrived. The room was for 4 people and 3 children, and there were 2 other people apart from me because they were going to look after them later, but you saw a problem and they couldn't get there. I was only going to stay one night because I was leaving the next day. I had come from a long 14-hour trip by truck and I was very tired and they kept talking to me since 12:00 am and they did not answer to tell me that the people had not left. and that I had to pay for another room and apart from that the bed was full of blood and I told them and they said that they had nothing to do with it, that it was with another department. so instead of resting it went wrong for me the next day early I had to come to my house which is in brownsville texas another 16 hours drive I hope and you do something because I have several years with this app grabbing hotels and I never avian treated like this

El valet parking fue muy grosero porque no se le dejó propina, pero por cada noche te cobran el estacionamiento. El personal nada cordial y muy mal trato.
