• Paul (10/5): Amazing - Everything was perfect , the staff there was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and it was very quiet, the breakfast was very good, the hotel is not far from the airport and not far from the center of the city. I can’t find something negative to say.

El Transfer es super caro, además nos cobraron de más y luego no quisieron devolver el dinero tras haber reconocido su error. Las sabanas de la cama tenían manchas. Es un hotel caro para lo que ofrece. Hay variedad de oferta de desayuno pero no tiene buena calidad.

• Hugo (9/5): Amazing stay in Cebu close to the airport - The staff were awesome, they were very accommodating and helpful. We’ve had a couple request that all have been listened to, recorded and done for our last night in Philippines when we came back in Cebu after 2 weeks. The food in the restaurant upstairs was very nice and the little cafe on the ground floor was also super yummy and not pricey at all. Location is very close to the airport and a little mall. The elevator can be a little bit slow, make sure you book your cab back to the airport in advance cause the traffic light are shut down on the avenue and the traffic if therefore a bit of a mess.

Their staff was friendly and so polite. Only thing was a strong sewer smell right outside of the concierge/ lobby where you get dropped off and picked up by taxis. Other than that no complains
• Daniela (8/5): Perfekt für uns für eine Nacht im Cebu bevor es nach Hause geht - Unsagbar liebes Servicepersonal, toller Aufenthalt, und vor allem echt gute Betten Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Traum und lässt keine Wünsche offen Leider war der Pool gerade außer Betrieb und wurde umgebaut (09.04.2026) sodass wir ihn nicht nutzen konnten und hatten dazu vorab auch keine Info bekommen. Da wir uns eigentlich darauf gefreut hatten den sundowner im Pool zu genießen.

• Nicole (7/5): - We had a pleasant stay overall, and the hotel service was very nice when we arrived. The staff welcomed us warmly and the check-in process was smooth, which gave us a great first impression — especially as it was our first time visiting the Philippines. Since we were new to the country and unfamiliar with local taxi prices, we decided to arrange an airport pick-up directly through the hotel, assuming this would ensure a fair and reliable price after a long journey. Unfortunately, this turned out to be quite disappointing. The transfer from the airport to the hotel took only about 10–15 minutes (approximately 3.5 km), yet we were charged 750 PHP. Later, we found out that a regular metered taxi for the same distance would have cost around 200 PHP. We completely understand that hotel-arranged transfers can be slightly more expensive for convenience and peace of mind, and that would have been perfectly fine. However, charging more than triple the normal price felt excessive and left us a bit disappointed, as we had trusted the hotel to offer a fair rate — especially for guests arriving in the country for the first time.

• Jade (8/5): Nice and convenient stay near the airport. - Large room with a big bed for our family of 4. It was close enough to the airport that we had a quick, easy place to stay after our arrival. The breakfast buffet was alright. The staff were friendly The area surrounding the hotel isn't nice, which probably doesn't matter if you're just using the hotel has a quick stopover before or after a flight.

• Václav (9/5): - Ubytování v pokoji deluxe. Pokoje jsou čisté, příjemná a prostorná koupelna, kvalitní pokojový servis. Snídaně v hotelu jsou doopravdy skvělé. V koupelně oceňuji velmi dobrou sprchu. Dále jsem ani jednou neslyšel žádné zvuky z jiných pokojů, tak buď jsme měli tiché sousedy, nebo zdi dobře izolují hluk. Tento hotel řadím mezi ty výrazně lepší které jsem na Filipínách měl možnost navštívit. V hotelu jsem byl již podruhé (poprvé v roce 2024). Tehdy bylo příjemné, že doplňovali celý minibar zdarma každý den, nyní pouze dávali obyčejnou vodu zdarma. V prvním roce jsem měl z hotelu lepší dojem - nyní jako bych vnímal již více lehké opotřebování hotelu. Osvětlení v koupelně před zrcadlem bych ocenil o něco lepší.

Ob Taxibuchung oder Massagetermin alles ohne erfolgt. Die Preise sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Das Hotel ist mehr schein als sein. Nicht schlecht aber es gibt bessere Hotels für weniger Geld.

• Elisabeth Blanpain (9/5): - Mooie kamer met zalig bed! We hadden nood aan een laptop te gebruiken maar ze konden ons niet even die van hen laten gebruiken. Was wel spijtig. Er werd ons gezegd dat we een kamer upgrade kregen voor kerstmis, maar uiteindelijk bleek dit gewoon onze kamer te zijn die we geboekt hadden. Bizar!
