• Joost (7/5): Great location to shop til you drop in den den town. To get to other places you've to put in effort - + The location: within 5 minutes walking distance of den den town Namba aka where you'll find all the trading card game shops. + quick check in with clear instructions, no personel at the location. - in between metro stations. To get to Shin Osaka or Umeda you have to walk to JR Namba station or choose Tennoji. - no real kitchen size. You have got a small furtniture, a sink, enough to prepare coffee or tea. But nothing else to prepare your own meal. With being in Osaka no real downside since there a plenti of restaurants around for good prices. But if you are on a budget something to cook at home would be usefull.

• Meng Tee (8/5): Overall a clean and comfortable stay. - The room is very clean and quiet. The bathroom has a heater, which is an absolute godsend in cold weather. It's also great for drying clothes. The room also comes with a washing machine and detergent, induction stove and refrigerator. The owner/manager is very prompt with responding to message requests. There is an intercom in the room that allows you to respond to callers. The smoking corner is at the stairwell between the 1st and 2nd floor, and as such is filled with ash and cigarette butts. Not very presentable for people going down the stairs. In our rooms the bathroom curtain/pole was broken or absent. This is a self-service apartment, so make sure to read and download the instructions that are sent to you through the platform. It contains instructions for getting through the front door and getting your room key.
• Mahmoud (9/5): - It felt a like staying at an appartment, so it had a warm cozy feeling to it where you could feel at home. Everything needed for a stay was available. The first time I wanted to take a bath, I didn't know how it work, but after I figured it out, everything was fine.

• Chen (9/5): Great place for longer stay - It is very spacious and has free laundry as compared to hotels. Great location, close enough to the shopping streets and is quiet at night. Unclear instructions on how to separate trash especially for people that are not familliar with Japan's trash classification.
• Darnaud (2/5): - The owner answered fast when i told him the toilet was clogged. That's it. Let's start where i should. It's called Komachi HOTEL. It's not a Hotel, not even a hostel. It's a building where you sleep. The owner himself in a mail told me "this is not a Hotel"...There is no reception, no room service, no room cleaning. The pillows were children sized and horribly disguting. I'm talking yellow pillows that have not been changed or washed for probably more than 10 years. When i asked for an extra pillow, the owner pretty much told us that we have 1 pillow per person and that's good as is. There's dust everywhere. This place is not remotly clean. There's a horrible smell when you enter the room. Some of the appliances are either not working covered with dust or broken. There's a stove for you to use with a pan store under the sink where the smell is absolutely horrible so i dont know who would cook here. The toilets clogged on the 2nd days for no apparent reason as we only used the provided toilet paper. The only good side of this was that the owner answered fast and someone came to fix it the same day while we were out. But of course no compensation were offered whatsoever for the trouble. The only other good point is that the "hotel" is nicely located 20min walk from dotonbori 15min walk from namba station. But that's about it. It was more than 90e a night. So unless you dont want to spend a lot of money to be near the center and dont care about your accommodation i wouldnt recommand at all.

• Melody (8/5): Good stay, no staff available though. - It’s very much a self check in type of place! At first we thought the ac was broken but it just takes a while to get cold (sept 2025 summer). Theres an elevator too which is super convenient. There is a washing machine in the unit and hangers to dry in the balcony. The kitchen unit was nice as we had plates and utensils to use at our leisure! My pictures are the view from the 6th floor. There’s no staff to receive luggage so we had it delivered to the nearby yamato and walked it back to the hotel/ vice versa when we had to leave.

• Luigi (8/5): Two men in Osaka - I liked the location, quiet at night and very close to the center and metro, walking distance 10 min to the closest tube line. The self check in was easy to do, clear instructions for both check in and check out. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but overall I was very happy with my stay. • Alessandro (5/5): Description of the room , and what we found later different, so it’s not good - Location , cleanness and size of the room They said on the booking description one double bed , and one futon bed.. But when we arrived there we found only one double bed , no futon bed .. we tried to contact them , but propriety said sorry we can’t do anything.. This problem made us uncomfortable because let two big guys sleeping on the same bed , not good sleeping at all .. They should fix this problem but they just didn’t care about it ..
• Michael (9/5): Great room, well located. - Good location. Room had impressive range of facilities. Self check-in worked as described. Had to photograph the back of the inaccessible router to get details of WiFi connection. Stairwells were cold and dark.

• Georgina (4/5): Decent but could be improved - Bathroom, shower, and security . Confusing communication, possibly due to language barrier. We requested laundry detergent and a functioning iron. Instead we received dishwasher soap a day later (there is no dishwashing machine). Also the window curtain cannot close all the way, and we were directly neighboring another apartment building, so privacy could be improved.

• Jadine (2/5): Did not stay due to the condition of the place. - No customer support services. Tried contacting the hotel multiple times through phone with no answer. Did not seem like a hotel, more like a motel. The room was dusty and the bed/pillows had stains. We ended up staying at a different hotel.

• Leeyah (6/5): - One of our larger stays in Japan and although close to a station, the location was not the most convenient. The place was generally clean, however when we checked in, there was a used razor found in the bathroom that we had to dispose of ourselves which made us feel as though some areas were not adequately cleaned before our check-in. The elevator to get to our floor was quite dodgy - small and we were a little worried about our large suitcases fitting. Responses from the hosts were prompt, and the bathroom and laundry facilities were great. However there was a lack of space to hang large amounts of washing - only one small drying rack. One positive is the spacious balcony with a nice view.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, breakfast was excellent, the rooms were large (for Japan) and very clean. We could see Mount Fuji from our balcony which was an extra bonus There is no concierge service
• James (5/5): No cleaning done throughout the stay, didn’t see a single staff member the whole week, but room was larger. - It was a larger room, had a microwave and kettle, and a washing/ drying machine with detergent included. It was down a back alley near the maid caffès and stuff (not our style), more of an apartment vibe compared to hotel. Didn’t see a single staff member, stayed for 6 nights, no cleaning was done our trash was getting out of hand and sheets and towels stayed unchanged, screams and loud noises throughout the night.

• David (7/5): A great place - The various facilities (including manga) makes me feel relaxed such that if there are problems, it can be resolved. The staff are very nice as well, and also great location. The washing machine and dryer are quite dirty with a lot of dust, such that my clothes cannot be dried properly. It would be great if this could be cleaned. Maybe it is part of the Japanese culture, the room is quite small.

• ?? (2/5): - 他の人がスペアキーを使って入ってきちゃうトラブルがあったのは驚きました。その日以降、また人が入ってきてしまうのではないかと心配しながら過ごしたので落ち着くことは出来ませんでした。立地や建物自体は良かったので、鍵の管理やコミュニケーションのやり取りについては不満でした。
• Kyle (8/5): This hotel was a great value for money, as two traveling guys. However the area, which I guess is safe, could appear to - It offered a washing and dryer, and a balcony. A fridge with two free bottles of water. Cold AC, and hot shower. The hotel was cleaner than the original perspective of the surrounding neighborhood. It was close to Namba, but if one doesn’t like to travel “off the beaten path” the area could appear a bit sketchy. This is a hard question, because I was satisfied. However the hot water system was a bit of a process to learn, but once learned, easy to operate. The lack of personnel was confusing, about how to obtain the room key, but the email from the company was satisfactory. It was like finding a needle in a hay stack. A person to talk to would have been better, but overall we managed to enjoy the hotel.
• Zoe (8/5): Very good. Would recommend - I liked most things. The location was great. The room was nice enough. No extra pillow for the roll out bed and no staff ever on duty to ask. Though when I emailed them they did reply very fast about a different issue.
• Jennifer (7/5): Good - Good location, room size was okay. Flexibility with check-in. The rooms were well presented on arrival, and the bonus feature was that the room had its own washing machine, a place to cook if you wanted to, and items to cook with. The bathroom was a very good size with a separate toilet. Overall the place was nice and if I were to do a return trip I would stay there again. I would recommend the komachi hotel. Beds were uncomfortable. The springs could be felt. This would be the only thing wrong with the room.
• Emily (8/5): Good value for money, place great if you come home to sleep. - I like how responsive the host is. Okay, I said host yes coz its actually an AirBnB style and not a Hotel Hotel. Place is good enough, spacious and very roomy compared to a hotel of the same or higher value. Location is not that far from train station. Uhmmm, so far was hoping they have vacuum sonwe could do minor daily cleaning. Pillows needs replacement, they are a bit worn out already. Futon doesn't look like its cleaned, sadly did not use and we squish the kids in the bed.

• ming san (2/5): 酒店安排不能接受 - 入住咁多次日本酒店今次係最差的一次，本身未入住前用email通知我説酒店有工程問題要我們轉去心齋橋附近酒店，心諗都係差一個站便説無問題！去到要自己在信箱拿門匙，樓下一個管理員都無！到晚上洗澡發現其中一間房無熱水，因發現時已零晨1點所以無找酒店人員，到第二天早上email同酒店説無熱水，但一整天沒有回覆，要到第三天才回覆『请问您现在有热水了吗？』，問了一大輪廢話説會找人跟進，跟進完都係唔得要我們換房，我叫酒店人員檢查清楚真的無問題我們才換房，他説已檢查全部無問題！但到無搬晒全部行李入新房間時再試熱水，一樣都係壞的！新房間比舊房間細所以搬回舊的！好彩我們住3晚共兩間房，都可以借朋友間房洗澡，如果租得一間房我就要在氣溫8度的情況下沖凍水涼！到check out我時我們想寄存行李，他要我們把行李拿回Hotel Stay Sakura Nipponbashi寄存，要行2公里左右！我不明白一間酒店自己岀問題為甚麼要顧客自己想辦法解決，自己拿行李走來走去，不會有車接送， 整體來說這間酒店不能接受！！！
• MAN CHI (8/5): - 地點都算方便，南海難波站行十分鐘，google map都找到，check in好快攪點，酒店夜晚10點鎖門，要用自己條匙同房號開門，唯一唔好就是無打掃，我地住5日，無打掃，無打掃都唔緊要，但毛巾都唔換，要叫先換，有時朝早出門，櫃台無人，要早d回來先可以叫職員換毛巾，整體來說間酒店算唔錯。

• Verified traveler (8/5): 덴덴타운이 목적이라면 딱 좋은 위치 - 덴덴타운을 돌아다니는게 주 목적이라면 아주 좋은 위치 선정 다만 지하철 역과의 거리가 다소 멀기 때문에 (도보 10분) 이 점은 감안해야 함 냉장고(냉동실 포함), 전자레인지, 전기레인지, 세탁기 등 편의시설이 잘 구비되어 있어 수 일 이상 장기 투숙에 좋음 따로 이야기 안하면 청소는 안해주는 듯...? 얘기하면 수건은 교체해줌

The daily amenities are setted and facilities were perfectly worked. I didn't use the service but they provide the exchange service also. Definitely recommend if you stay osaka.
• Carol (10/5): Nice hotel close to station and center of osaka - The room cleanliness was very good and they even have kitchen in our room be able to let us cooking our meal. And the reception staff was very kind to tell us where is good for tourist to sight seeing and willing to solve our questions. Even we are check-in late, they still have way to let us enter our room. I can say this hotel is better than it's price. :)

• YI AN (8/5): 離黑門市場極近，但google map無法定位！ - 缺點只有Google map無法定位出飯店位置，後來是以定位附近店家還有問當地居民才找到；房間整體乾淨整潔，內備有廚房設施以及洗衣機，可以免費借鍋碗瓢盆，位置離地鐵站、道頓崛、黑門市場都很近，在住宅區巷子所以夜晚也很安靜睡得也很好，是會推薦給人的住宿。
• Verified traveler (10/5): 망설이지 말고 예약하세요 ㅋㅋ - 15개월 아기와 부모님 함께 하는 여행이었습니다. 룸을 따로 두개 예약하니 한 층에 딱 저희들만 있어서 좋았습니다. 상태도 아주 좋았구요, 사용하지는 않았지만 조리도구, 세탁기도 있었습니다. 난바역이나 도톤보리까지는 조금 걸어 나가야 하는데 도란도란 이야기 하면서 걷다보면 멀지 않아요. 하루만 묵는게 너무 아까울 정도였습니다.

• Verified traveler (8/5): チェックインは夜10時まで - 駅から少し歩きますが、部屋の広さ、値段を考えれば満足です。マンションをホテルにした感じで、洗濯機があり風呂暖房がついていて乾燥もできます。スリッパがトイレにも置いてないので持参をお勧めします。夜中にでかけたら玄関のドアがオートロックされてしまいインターホンで家族にあ解除してもらいました。1人で宿泊する場合は注意が必要です。
• Isabel (6/5): 난바역에서 가까운 호텔 - 따뜻한 물이 갑자기 끊겨서 고생좀 했고 시설 이용방법을 자세히 알려주시지않거나 안내책에 잘 나와있지않아서 지나가는 벽에 공지나 번역기를 돌려서 사용했습니다 이런부분들만 고쳐지면 가격도 저렴한데 시설도 깔끔해서 괜찮았어요 직원분도 친절하시고 역에서도 꽤 가까운 거리라 시설사용방법만 안내책자라던가 잘알려주시면 추천하고 싶어요
• YUFENG (8/5): 房間空間大 - 櫃台11:00-22:00 才有服務人員
• Stephen (4/5): 純粹價錢便宜的酒店 - 價錢平，房內有洗衣機，廚房設備如電磁爐，餐具等。 酒店方面承諾可以於第二天check out後代為保管行李數小時。但我們第二天想將鎖匙交回櫃枱職員，當時是9：00am, 但竟然無人當值，等了約十分鐘都沒有人出現，枱面只有一張告示叫客人致電or email職員。由於我們沒有local電話卡，告示上也沒有留下任何email address，即是說我們根本不能聯絡職員。唯有於11:00am再回來還鎖匙。浪費了一些時間。 如果需要酒店暫托行李，這間酒店絕不推薦。
• mm (8/5): 난카이 난바역에서 약 15분 정도의 가까운 거리 - 역과의 가까운 거리로 위, 아래 어느곳이든 관광하러가기 좋은 위치입니다. 시설은 지은지 얼마 안된 듯 전체적으로 깨끗합니다. 다만 주인 한 분이 혼자서 관리하고 있고 데스크가 24시간 운영이 아니기 때문에 필요한 때에 도움을 받지 못 할 수도 있습니다. 저도 체크아웃 후 짐을 맡기려 하였으나 부재로 맡기는 걸 포기하고 나왔습니다. 객실 청소도 따로 부탁하지 않으면 정기적으로 하지는 않고있습니다. 참고로 객실 키는 열쇠.
• MASAMASA (2/5): - ホテルとは名ばかりで、コンドミニアムと表記したほうが正しいのではないでしょうか。マンションを改造した宿泊施設でした。
• Fish (8/5): 除了較遠少少外，酒店設備齊全 - 酒店房間乾淨整齊，設備齊全如微波爐，電磁爐，熨斗，更可免費借用其他煮食設備如平底鍋。入住和退房方便，因我當天入住時已過入住時間，酒店提供儲物櫃供遲入住人士使用。 但酒店職員不會自動添加已用完的東西如洗衣粉，牙刷牙膏等，要放當眼位置才會懂得添加。
• yin (6/5): 員工態度不好 - 地點不太方便，員工態度又差，不會再住 價錢雖平，但不建議大家入住！ No good bed hotel
• J (8/5): 長期滞在に最適 - フロントもあるようでないので、気軽にゆっくりと過ごせます。金額の割に部屋も広く、キレイで、ロングステイに最適です。
• Verified traveler (4/5): ホテルの感覚で宿泊してはいけません - 場所が分かりにくい。海外の方向けなのか。 フロントのサービス面は全く出来れていない。 部屋内は清潔感があり問題はなかった。スリッパがあるとよい。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 駅から少し歩きますが、それほど気にならない距離です。 誰かの一人暮らしのお家にお邪魔したような感じでした。 トイレとお風呂が別なので、二人で泊まっても困ることありません。 湯船は大きくありませんが、身体を洗い場で洗えるのでゆっくりできます。 チェックアウトの手続きもなく、楽でした。
• SUNG (10/5): - 객실자체가 가격대비 넓고 좋습니다 주위에 편의점말고는 갈데가없네요 도톤보리에서 걸으면 10분조금넘게 걸리겠네요!
• Verified traveler (6/5): 靠近遊客區 - 整體而言，尚算方便，因為來往道頓崛、黑門市場、通天閣、木津市場和南海難波站步行都可在廿分鐘內完成！算是旺中帶靜，不失為一個休閒的地方！
• Crystal (10/5): 3個字形容哂 平 正 近 - 服務 配套 都無得頂 下次會再次入住 ! （但係唔識搵既朋友唔好問南海入面d information(行左18mins)反而靠google map 仲快( 10 mins only!!)
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not the best hotel - If i didn't have this hotel at a low price , it wouldn't have been worth it. Its spacious but the bed are small with no bedsheet. The staff doesnt speak english and is always away. I started getting pimple because the pillows are not clean. It's more like renting a small condo with basically no services.
