Our Deluxe King Room is the most sought after in our hotel; otherwise known as “the best room in the house” by those returning guests who regularly request it. Superior Suite

Our Superior Suite runs along the length of our courtyard below, it is set back from the main house in a peaceful oasis all of its own and does not have a sea view. It is our only ground floor room. It consists of a king-size bed and a separate seating area divided by a small wall with two lounge chairs and a TV. It has a stunning bathroom with the advantage of having both a luxuriously deep bath and roomy shower (this is the only room in the house with a bath). The room is equipped with a complimentary refreshment tray including a cafetiere, hairdryer, tv, soft white fluffy towels and beds with crisp white bed linen.

Zoe (10/5): A very warm and friendly welcome to a lovely and well maintained boutique hotel. Highly recommend! - The hosts were brilliant- really responsive and helpful initially when I was arranging our arrival time and for advice on nearby parking. On arrival it was such a warm welcome and really fascinating to learn the history of the building and the area a bit. The location was perfect, easy to find, local parking available nearby, right on the waterfront and just lovely to walk along the esplanade. The room was comfortable and clean, and the decor throughout was really lovely. Breakfast was great, a nice range of options and a special shout out to the homemade Greek yoghurt and fruit compote which was particularly delicious! Really pleased overall and would definitely recommend to others as well as stay again if we are in the area. I think the windows were single glazed so you could hear people on the street a bit and just generally through the walls a little (this didn't bother me at all but if you are a bit sensitive to sounds when trying to sleep I'd recommend ear plugs as it might be a bit bothersome).

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und hatten dabei bereits eine sehr angenehme Unterhaltung. Das hat sich dann zum Frühstück am nächsten Tag fortgesetzt. Das Frühstück kann individuell ausgesucht werden und wird dan frisch zubereitet. Es war alles perfekt. Wir haben zudem wertvolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants bekommen, die sich bestätigt haben. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

FREDERICK (10/5): Exceptional hospitality in Weymouth - I stayed in Weymouth at this hotel and was more than satisfied with my experience. The breakfast room was spotless and beautifully presented, with tables overlooking the beach that made every morning feel special. The room itself was cosy, comfortable, and very well cared for. The hosts truly attended to every detail and their warmth and hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. Their effort and pride in maintaining such a welcoming environment were greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable visit — I would gladly return. no

Ayub (5/5): If booking, only book the Superior suite which offers more space. Great host however! - Perfect location as it's close to the amenities and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Parking available behind the hotel too which isn't too costly. The standard double rooms are too small. They could pass as closets as I kept hurting my leg on the edge of the bed trying to walk round to get to the toilet. The double bed is also not a standard double and short in length which is intentional as a standard size won't fit the room.

We stayed in the Deluxe King Room which was very bright and well appointed, overlooking the esplanade and right on the sea front which had two floor to ceiling Georgian windows with beautiful shutters. The breakfast room was very comfortable and there was a good choice of cereals, nuts and seeds and natural yogurt with home made fruit compote followed by a choice of cooked breakfasts. Derek and Suzanne were very good hosts and even provided cake for guests in the afternoon located in the lobby entrance which was a very nice touch.

However, the best aspect of our stay was the lovely warm welcome from Derek, the owner. Superb breakfast and superb customer service from explaining where to visit and explore and recommendations for places to eat. A lovely touch was Derek's wife,Susan, providing the lovely breakfast and one of her tasty cakes in the afternoon. Highly recommended. We could not find fault with anything.It was a perfect stay in every way.

Rooms were a bit cold, even though offered extra heating probably should have been a given, no dressing table as room was a little small, Breakfast was way to early we had to take 9:00 slot which actually meant we didn’t have breakfast either days, the hotel wasn’t busy so would have expected some flexibility.

The host's attentiveness and dedication were remarkable and greatly appreciated. Every detail seemed carefully considered to ensure a delightful stay. It's a pleasure to share such a positive experience. We stayed in room 4 and although smaller than our friends in room 2 we had the added bonus of a sea view. You are literally a stones throw from the beach and town. Our room was warm cozy and the bed was exceptionally comfy. Would 100% stay again and recommend to others Nothing. There is nothing to dislike. Wish we could book for new year next year
Julia (10/5): Very nice hotel and an enjoyable stay, good location - I stayed here for three nights between Christmas and New Year as I was with a walking group and we all chose our own accommodation. I was so glad with my choice after hearing the tales of some of my fellow walkers! I decided to treat myself and booked the Superior Twin (room 5) with the beds zipped together. It was a lovely room, and quiet as at the back. I was in contact with Suzanne by email and text and she was there to greet me. Derek, in his bright decor-matching turquoise sweatshirt was there in the mornings to serve Suzanne's superb breakfasts, and was lovely to chat with. I was worried about leaving the car over night in a public car park but there were no issues. We parked in the Swannery car park which is only 8 minutes walk away and is huge. I would definitely book No98 Boutique Hotel again. There was nothing to dislike.

Mark (10/5): A warm welcome - Very friendly owner who makes you feel really welcome from the moment you arrive. The accommodation is beautifully decorated and fresh. Room was modern but kept the charm of the old building. Probably the biggest bed I've ever slept in and very comfortable. Breakfast was all locally sourced food and was delicious. The wifi was excellent and had somewhere to charge phones both sides of the bed. Accommodation is only a 5 minute walk into the centre. Can't fault this accommodation on anything. Everything was perfect. I suppose the only problem could be you have to book a time slot for breakfast because everything is cooked fresh. (Delicious) We arrived late the previous night and only 8am and 9:20am were left but 8am was perfect for us so no problem. Owner is so nice though that he would prob be able to work around your needs.

Gareth (10/5): A fantastic hotel for a beach getaway. - The couple running the Hotel were fantastic, nothing was a problem. Derek was so chatty, we had South Africa in common so it was great reminiscing. The food was delicious, and well served. It was on the stone's throw from the beach, and the train station. The only thing I could mention is the bathroom is quite small in our room, but that is only a minor issue and can't be helped.

Immaculately clean. I liked the fact that my room overlooked the promenade and sea front but the downside of this is that it is a bit noisy. If I return to Weymouth I will definitely stay at No.98 but would consider trading the view for a quieter room.
