The location is excellent, with plenty of bus stops, restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. A special thank you to Marzia, who was incredibly helpful, understood our situation, and provided us with great tips about the local spots. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and would happily stay here again.

- GINA (10/5): - The most pleasant experience during my trip to Rome. Marzia, the owner of the property was very cordial and accommodating. She allowed us to move in earlier then originally agreed upon, making it is so much easier on us after a long travel. The room was spectacularly well kept: clean, beautiful and very quiet. I would go back if I travel to Rome again. The area is quiet and safe for travel and stroll, and is within 10 short minutes of walk to Vatican and 5 minutes to Metro station.
- Paul (10/5): - What a fantastic experience! 2 days before my visit Marzia contacted me to welcome me, ask if we needed anything and arrange a taxi from the airport if we needed one. 'Taxi' meant limo service in a sweet Mercedes and a cheap rate compared to standard taxis! We were dropped at the door pretty late (after 9pm) and Marzia was there to greet us. The room was safe, clean and everything worked fine. It's right next to Vatican City and lots of shopping close by so we walked everywhere we needed to. The next evening we couldn't figure out the air conditioning but Marzia, true to form, WhatsApp video called to tell us through the operation and got it working. Then she arranged a return airport trip with the same quality service. Very, very good and highly recommended!

Even though there are other rooms close by and a busy street outside, we could not hear any noise at all! We would definitely stay here again.

Her English is excellent. The room and bathroom were immaculate. The bed was comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

We liked our clean room, clean towels and linens. The bathroom was roomy. We liked that there was a bath tub. They clean the room and change towels each day. We liked the location, too. It is very close to Vatican and convenient for shopping and dining. We thought that It's not clear to find the B&B in the building entrance.

Πεντακάθαρο, ατμοσφαιρικό, με μπάνιο δικό του απέχει ελάχιστα με τα πόδια από τα κυριότερα αξιοθέατα της πόλης όπως το Βατικανό ενώ η περιοχή τριγύρω έχει πολλά και καλά σημεία για φαγητό και καφέ. Η Μάρσια εξυπηρετική και καλόκαρδη έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο ευχάριστη. Από τις καλύτερες επιλογές στα χρήματα που διαθέταμε.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was in a nice area close to the tube, very close to the Vatican and with lots of nice shops and restaurants surrounding it. It was nice and quiet as well. The room was large, nicely decorated and clean as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. There was a safe, a ttv, a small cooler and coffee/tea making facilities as well as a small selection of cakes & biscuits. The only slight niggle was the fact that the bath/shower mixer only worked on shower, and the top clothes rail in the wardrobe was only accessible to someone over 6ft tall which didn't affect us too much as my husband is actually that tall plus we were only there for a few days so didn't need much hanging space but it would have been a pain for someone shorter and staying longer! Marzia, the owner is lovely. I met her the day before we left as my husband became ill so went back to the hotel to rest and Marzia kindly let me use her keys so that my husband could keep our set. She also booked a taxi to take us to the airport the morning we left as my husband was too ill to travel by tube and train. His illness aside, we had a very enjoyable stay and would not only recommend it to other visitors but would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The location of the hotel is unbeatable. So close to Vatican and Ottaviano metro station. The owener, Ms. Marzia is so charming and she is very helpful. We had a difficulty to check ourselves in but with her patience, our day in Vatican started wonderful. The room is clean, good shower and comfortable bed. If we ever come back to Rome, this is the hotel I choose.

We got there at 8:45 and had to spend almost 30 minutes waiting outside with our luggage to get in, all the while worrying no one would show up. Yet, the room was quite spacious, and the surrounding area was fantastic! Overall, we were happy, with just a tad bit disappointment.

La amabilidad del personal fue maravillosa, se preocupó porque me sintiera cómoda, me ayudó bastante en las preguntas que le hacía de algunas atracciones o de transporte. Viajé sola y me sentí muy segura en este lugar. Definitivamente voy a volver a Roma y sin buscar más escogería este hotel. Precio muy bueno y la limpieza EXCELENTE!

Marzia, a pessoa que nos recebeu, é incrível, promove tudo o que for necessário para ajudar o hóspede. Tivemos nossa mala extraviada no aeroporto e ela não contou esforços para nos ajudar, ligando, chamando transporte para nos auxiliar em tudo. Além disso, faz lanches para os hóspedes e é impecável na limpeza e organização, nos sentimos em casa! Foi melhor que muito hotel que já fiquei! A localização é ótima, dá para ir a pé ao Vaticano e ao museu, também fica muito perto de uma estação de metrô para fazer outras partes da cidade. Não usamos táxi para quase nada salvo as idas ao aeroporto, que a própria Marzia providência, mais barato do que Uber e Taxi local. Enfim, foi ótimo, obrigado de verdade!

The room is large and clean and comfortable. The host is very nice and friendly. I would recommend to book 100%. There are also great restaurants on the same street.
