Работники оте - Удачное месторасположение: отель расположен в тихом переулке; бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта; поздний выезд был предоставлен бесплатно (мы получили два дополнительных часа отдыха); очень симпатичная терраса на крыше; приятные работники ресепшн. Очень хороший кофе. Много людей. Отелю стоит пересмотреть отношение к качеству уборки номеров: пол и стены в ванной существенно грязнее чем пол и стены на лестничной клетке отеля, в номере ежедневная уборка занимала 15 секунд (я не преувеличиваю, уборка состоит в замене полотенец и в легком застилании постели). Пусть номера не роскошные, но они должны быть чистыми. В лобби мебель не чистили тоже давно, валяются сумки для сбора белья просто на проходе, в последний день нашего пребывания завтрак почему-то не приготовили и дали меню, чтобы мы за деньги его выбрали. В отеле шумно: утром когда начинается готовка, уборка, все время хлопают дверьми, поэтому дрожит весь дом.

It offers easy access to the lively streets while still being very quiet, peaceful, and free from dust. Staff: The staff are very professional and courteous, especially Babil, who was very friendly and informative. The rooftop restaurant offers amazing views of the mountains surrounding the valley, along with good food at affordable prices. Room: I rented a Suite Room with a balcony — it was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful mountain view from the balcony. It truly felt like home, and I ended up extending my stay by one week. --

Rooftop bar with sunset wiev. We came back 3 times during our stay in Nepal, so we liked it. Pillows a bit hard and big, but thats about it. We are deffinately staying here again.

- Martyn (10/5): Our Kathmandu "Home" - The location was really good, walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable with beautiful views over Kathmandu. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. They organised guided day trips for us locally and even a weekend away to their sister hotel in Pokhara. I would suggest it's an excellent base for a first-time visitor to Nepal. It even felt like coming home when we returned from our long weekend in Pokhara!

- RC (5/5): Just OK but not the deal booking site is making out. - Staff were really friendly and kind. Rooftop is ok. Good coffee and the restaurant food is pretty good. Was quiet The '-60% deal' i got was NO DEAL. It was $2 cheaper than if i booked direct. Bed was awfully soft. Breakfast was the same everyday and only fried eggs. Not much variance. Bathroom could be updated. Shower water went everywhere. Expensive for the level of room. Everytime i looked the room varied in price significantly.

- Cobarnes (10/5): Kathmandu hotel - I stayed here as part of a trek with Nepal Hiking Team. The staff is so nice here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I would have no problem coming back here when I'm back on Kathmandu.

The breakfast was better than most hotels in the states by far. The rooms were good size and the beds comfortable. The location to Thamel is close and very accessible for dining and shopping. I would definitely return if in Kathmandu again.

Due to flight cancellations and delays we were stranded without accomodation due to an influx of tourists. Kathmandu Suite Home took us in on a few hours notice & even extended our stay with minimal notice. The rooms were extremely up to date and clean, nothing could be faulted. Would most definitely stay again.

- 2015F_Richard (10/5): Superb Hotel with Comfortable Rooms, Beautiful Views, and Friendly Staff - This is a superb hotel, located on the outskirts of the Thamel district in Kathmandu. From the moment you arrive, you're made to feel welcome, with a complimentary glass of fruit juice and the friendly and courteous service of the reception staff. My room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely soft bed. It also afforded beautiful views across the city to the far hills. Loved the ceiling shower in the bathroom, too, it was powerful with piping hot water. There was a wide variety of food on offer at breakfast time to suit all tastes. I particularly enjoyed the pastries and muesli with yoghurt and fruit. Even better there's a full-size barista-style coffee machine in the dining area, at which staff can make a range of hot drinks. I really enjoyed my Americano! The location of the hotel is convenient, with central Thamel just a 10-minute walk away. My only complaint would be the noise from the surrounding neighborhood -- there was loud music from a nearby house unti late in the evening, and a lot of street activity very early (starting before 6:00 a.m.) the next morning. Kathmandu Suite Hotel is a top place to stay and comes highly recommended!

Especially super helpful Ritilik on the front desk who will give you the best welcome smile on your arrival. Facilities are good. Good buffet breakfast and an excellent rooftop area/bar to chill out at. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality.

The manager and staffs are all very friendly and extremely helpful in helping us get everything we needs, including luggage storage, local currency exchange and taxi reservations. Highly recommend.

Food is great and stunning views of the city from the rooftop restaurant. But the best thing was the amazing, welcoming, lovely staff. They made the stay so great. Thank you Nothing.
- ramirr (10/5): Trekkers' delightful hotel. - We stayed at this hotel for our Nepal Trek on Sep 14-17 and left our bag there and then when we came back, we stayed there from Sep 30 to Oct 3. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were great, especially Ritika, who helped us plan our days to go to places around Kathmandu. Dinner at this place was also great especially Nepalese dishes. By the way, the hotel is walking distance to Thamel shops. I would recommend this to trekkers and all kinds of travellers alike.
