- Milushev (9/5): Very close to perfect. Много близко до идеално. - The quality was very high. Really liked the floor heating. Liked that everything was quite clean and new. The variety of food at breakfast was quite abundant. The door of the apartment was very nice, made us feel impressed & secure. The two types of blankets is a good idea. The slippers were really flimsy, the rip easily & weren't comfortable to wear. The light switches weren't connected or placed in easily findable spots. The slippery floor is quite dangerous, when it gets wet, especially with those slippers. The noise during the night, from the air conditioning, was keeping awake a member of the family. Little understanding of the English or Bulgarian language, from the Employees, Google translate is always necessary. Having two different types (Height) of pillows wold be nice, to fit under one's head comfortably. The gasket of the windows/doors were not sealing properly, having cold air go thru them. Not having any major non-turkish(Bulgarian) language channels on the TV, like BTV or Nova TV. No instructions on how to use the bidet.
- Stefan (3/5): Poor - It eas quiet. First the elevator stopped working at 9pm, second we had no hot water, the sheets on the bed were already used, the WIFI was NON existent, the parking was already full and there was piles of sand on some corners. The kitchen was empty and there was no utensils.
- Zornitsa (7/5): Good - The location of the hotel and the parking space. The window in our room was broken (its handle actually), so we couldn't close it and it was noisy from the street. If it was cold outside, we would have been very unhappy. The furniture in the room and in the bathroom was a bit old, but as a whole it was clean and comfortable.
