• Lisette (9/5): Cómodo y buen descanso. Tiene aire acondicionado - Esta muy bien ubicado, es cómodo, es bonito, la habitación es amplia, el servicio de aseo es diario y bueno. El desayuno excelente y el equipo humano de restorant también. El hotel está en renovación, por lo que el front desk de recepción se ve que es transitorio. Podría mejorar la info que entrega el front desk, por ejemplo, es común que los turistas salgamos a la 3 am para ver el amanecer en las ruinas, y el hotel tiene la opción de entregar una "caja desayuno" pero preguntamos muy tarde y ya no alcanzaban a listarnos para esa alternativa

• Andrea (9/5): Soggiorno di tre giorni a Peten Guatemala - Posizione eccellente nel centro del paese e a due passi dai collegamenti per le escursioni. La prima notte c'è stato un problema perchè la camera che avevo prenotato non era disponibile (causa allagamento del lago, così mi hanno detto....mahh, sinceramente ho avuto dubbi) e mi hanno assegnato un altra camera notevolmente diversa e a prezzo inferiore. Sinceramente, oltre alle scuse, mi aspettavo un piccolo riconoscimento e bastava anche una semplice bottiglia di acqua. Per il resto tutto bene compresa la prima colazione e anche il personale sempre gentile per fare due parole. Nulla

• Eunice (7/5): Quaint Caribbean style hotel in lovely setting overlooking the lake. - The location was amazing. We had a balcony looking onto the lake and it was lovely watching the boats going by. The shower worked well and the breakfast was really good. The hotel was in a Caribbean style which was cute. The receptionists only had a small knowledge of English which was difficult at times but a waiter was able to help. As the WiFi was very iffy it wasn’t easy to use translate to help. The furniture was old and it was difficult to close the drawers.

• Juan (8/5): Tranquilidad y comodidad. - La comida, el restaurante supero mis expectativas, buen sabor, tamaño, precio y una vista muy linda al lago, hizo relajante la hora de la comida, me encanto. Llegamos antes del chek in, y dejamos las maletas en recepción pero no tiene como una bodega para guarda el equipaje más seguro, quedo muy a la vista. Y pude observar en otro turno que, la señorita ofreció en un cuarto dejar las maletas, no se si fue la chica de recepción que no brindo la otra opción.

• Joselyn (3/5): Pésimo, no lo recomiendo - Que hacían limpieza todos los días y el personal del restaurante y café daban buen servicio Olía a desagüe todo el tiempo el baño aunque hicieran limpieza, el personal de la recepción no da buena atención, tuvimos un día que por la disco que ha enfrente unos borrachos que estaban hospedados estaban con una bocina en la sala de las habitaciones de arriba cerca de nosotros y el hotel nunca les dijo nada hasta que nosotros lo hicimos a las 3 am, envié un mensaje al hotel y ni siquiera respondieron, simplemente no hay atención al huésped.

En comentarios anteriores se critica porque está frente a una discoteca. Mi habitación estaba justo al frente y no se escuchaba el ruido. Muy buena aislación acústica. La ventilación de las habitaciones.
• Tine (2/5): - Extremely loud music every night. Drunk people every night. Frequent random knocking on our door. Before arriving we asked if we could enter the room earlier, which they confirmed we could at no cost if it was available. On the day of arrival the policy had suddenly changed and they made us wait for 3 hours with a sick child in spite of the room being available, because 'that's our policy now'. There were works on the stairs to our room and we were told not to leave our room before 7pm the first night (eventually they let us leave, but we missed our boat). Zero customer orientation at reception and management. Worst hotel we had during our entire trip. We heard similar stories from travelers staying in the holding's other hotels (they have many on the island). Avoid at all cost.

• Ursula (7/5): Fine for a night or two - The staff are lovely and the setting is on the lake. My room had a little terrace on the lakeside which was nice, although it wasn’t that private as it’s just next to the restaurant. The noise. It’s surrounded by clubs and a busy road, my room was next to the hotel next door’s pool area which was noisy as well. But this is a common issue in Flores and hard to avoid. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel for a slightly quieter option. Also note that breakfast is not included.
• Luiza (8/5): O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa e quarto confortável, com ótima varanda pro por do sol. - O quarto que ficamos tem uma vista linda do lago e cama confortável, o chuveiro é bom e os espaços são amplos. O café da manhã é no restaurante do hotel e tem algumas opções pra você escolher, desde o prato típico da Guatemala até opções mais "americanas". A localização é ótima, e dá pra passear pela ilha de Flores toda a pé. Tem muitas agências de turismo ao redor e fáceis de fechar os passeios pela região. No hotel tem uma cafeteria e um restaurante, as opções de ambos são gostosas e com bom custo-benefício. O hotel estava reformando nos dias que estivemos lá, e na primeira noite fomos acordadas às 7h30 com barulho de obra e furadeira e serralheira muito altos na porta do nosso quarto, o que foi bastante desagradável. Não houve aviso prévio no dia anterior, e simplesmente fizeram muito barulho durante todo o dia. Conversamos na recepção e nas manhãs seguintes já não teve mais barulho.

• Hannelore (8/5): Zu teuer - Die Lage, das Frühstück, die freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeptionistin Marina Die Aussicht, der Balkon mit der Hängematte. Die laute Musik nachts sowohl von den Booten am See, als auch aus dem Hotel. Den Pool kann man vergessen. Sehr klein und es gab auch keinen Platz zu entspannen am Pool.

In a good location close to the bus area & local shops & restaurants It’s quite noisey at night from the music playing at other locations, although we were there over a weekend. No mini fridge or fan in room. No smart tv only local channels.

• Suzanne (2/5): Geen aanrader! - In het restaurant naast het hotel kan je ontbijten. Het ontbijt is prima (je hebt keuze uit 4 gerechten als je een kamer inclusief ontbijt hebt geboekt). Je moet wel heel lang wachten. Het hotel ligt tegenover een discotheek, waar je echt flink geluidsoverlast van hebt tot laat in de nacht. We hadden een kamer met airco geboekt (dat was zeker nodig vanwege de extreme temperaturen!). De airco maakte een geluid alsof je naast een helikopter stond. We vroegen om een andere kamer, maar de andere kamers hadden te weinig bedden. Het water in het zwembad was troebel. De douche had een slechte straal.

• Carll (10/5): - After the el mirador trek I stayed at hotel Santana and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view. The restaurant below was very good also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice.

• Nicolette (7/5): Good - Its a good location. The rooms have a nice balcony including a hammock. We had a room with a view of the lake, which was very nice. Its easy to walk through the small island from the hotel. They clean the room every day. The included breakfast is good. They also prepared a lunch bag for us to take away, which was great. The pool is small and when we were there it didn't look too clean. There is a club opposite to the hotel which plays loud music until 12 o'clock. All over it was quite expensive for what you'd actually get.
• Sofia (4/5): Next to a disco club, you can't sleep! - View from balcony over the lake. However, extreme noise from disco aside spoilts the nice relaxing feeling. Location, meaning it's next to a disco club, extremely noisy the more db levels in Flores starting from 7pm till 1am. You can't sleep or relax at all. Terrible experience.the hotel or the disco club shouldn't be there. Both aside would be illegal to other countries.
• Bethany (8/5): Beautiful sunsets! - We arrived just as the sun was setting on the lake and the view from our balcony was astonishing! The hotel is perfectly situated on the island and close to everything you need. Everywhere is walkable and the boats out the front of the hotel can take you to different spots around the lake you may wish to visit. The staff were really helpful and the breakfasts were delicious! The room could do with a small mini fridge or something to keep drinks cool in and the hotel did have its water shut off for maintenance one morning which meant we couldn't shower or use the toilet. But otherwise everything was great.

• Denise (8/5): - Great location for walkability to everything in Flores. Staff were very friendly and the included breakfast was excellent! Room was in decent condition, loved the hammock overlooking the lake on the balcony, but the room lacked a black out curtain and the bed sheets were thin. They arranged transport for us from the airport and back and that was great. LOTS of noise from the disco across the street, the boats playing music, and just general noise within the hotel and from the street. If you need quiet, would not recommend, but otherwise this was a good place to stay in Flores.

It's right next to a night club so it's very loud at night (bring ear plugs) The restaurant is below average compared to the rest of the island, and the pool is okay. Not a bad place but you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

• Laura (7/5): Lovely hotel but Disco next door is loud on weekends - A lovely hotel with a beautiful view, and hospitable staff. We were concerned about the noise complaints so we decided not to stay on the island over the weekend and arrived on Sunday. I'm glad we made that choice because even Sunday night the Disco next door was going and the music is very loud so we could still hear it in our room which was facing the water, however We were able to mostly drown it out with our white noise machine. I would not have enjoyed it if they had that every night. Monday night It was very quiet, so they probably have music at the Disco Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night. If we ended up in one of the rooms facing the street it would have been unbearable. The beds were comfortable, but small. My partner and I are average size people and we ended up sleeping on separate beds so that we had enough room. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs and the location very much. We would probably stay here again if given the choice, just not over the weekend. It's very clean and the staff are lovely. The bathroom was a good size and also very clean with good water pressure and hot water
• Kenneth (6/5): - The Hotel facilities were good, the staff excellent and the staff friendly. However if you want a good night sleep DO NOT stay at this hotel. There is a disco tech right across the street that provides more decibels of noise to 1AM than one can endure.

Our rooms did have some ants and there were pigeons nesting above the ceiling which proved to be quite noisy. There was also a fair amount of noise from nearby bars which went late into the early hours.

Also as a hotel guest breakfast was automatically included. Personally the breakfast choice was quite difficult when you don’t eat eggs. They could just do a slice of toast.
