In the morning, you could see the hot air balloons, in the evening you could see the valley of kings/Temple of Hatshepsut. Restaurant at the facility and pool. I liked everything but would like a bigger breakfast or more breakfast options.

Vue, l'accueil, la qualité, le service, l'emplacement vue sur la vallée des rois et proche du point de rdv pour mongolfière au levé du soleil. Merci à Mohamed, Ali, Abdou, Shahab, Khaled et tout le reste de l'équipe. Piscine et repas locaux supers, merci au chef, super petit déjeuner également. Chambre balcon avec vue sur les montagnes et le coucher du soleil magique et Hors du temps. Emplacement super calme et super peace. Comparé à la côté EST qu'on à détesté... Un bordel sans nom et des énergies trop lourdes. Bref on a adoré ici au Thebes on reviendra en famille et entre amis c'est sûr. On s'est sentit comme à la Maison vraiment merci énormément.

- michael (9/5): - breakfast was simple( cheese , bread , egg omelette, coffee ) but enough . roof top pool was magnificent . i views of mountains and tombs , there is a tuk-tuck at hotel which can take people on tours . there is a huge garden . area is a bit grubby but very interesting . area is safe and so is egypt ! mohammid is owner of hotel and good person to talk to. very helpful . i highly recommend this hotel. tips to everyone is rule in this country . keep small bills with you 20- to 100 egypt. pounds . a bit of a nuisance but necessary for good relations. anyway, it is not much for visitors 60 egypt pounds to euro . no tv in room which i liked but others will not.. a great place to stay !!!

From the moment we arrived, you could truly feel how much the staff cares about their guests they are genuinely kind, honest, and attentive. During our stay, my daughter got a mosquito bite near her eye, and one of the restaurant servers went out of their way to give her a cream that helped so much. That small act meant a lot to us and really showed their level of care. The food was absolutely incredible fresh, flavorful, and something we looked forward to every day. The views were just as amazing and made the whole experience even more special. On top of that, when we were running late from our hot air balloon tour, the taxi driver went above and beyond to make sure we got to the airport on time. That level of service and willingness to help truly stood out. We are so grateful for the kindness we experienced here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Luxor. We would love to come back!

- Andrew (9/5): - Large and comfortable junior suite room, with balcony overlooking nice gardens. Very friendly staff in the rooftop restaurant. Lovely, good value meals. Nice to relax with a cold beer by the pool. Nice views of the Thebes hills. Good location for Valley of the Kings and other attractions. Allowed to keep room after 12 o'clock checkout time for a few hours without any extra charge. Aircon broke down, but was fixed. Some features of the room a bit 'tired', such as shower curtain, bathroom tap and kitchen area. But overall a very good room for the price.

- Salim (9/5): Accueil et bienveillance, une pension familiale - Si je devais évaluer l'hôtel sur le ressenti global aucun doute je mets 10. L'hôtel a une vue incroyable sur la vallée des rois. C'est un hôtel familial où les hôtes sont extraordinaires, accueillant spécialement la réception et le restaurant. La nourriture est pas mal sans être exceptionnelle à part le tajine traditionnel qui est délicieux. Quelques choses sont à améliorer : la douche, les portes qui grincent et sont difficiles à fermer. Mais pour la vue du rooftop et la gentillesse du staff je reviendrai avec plaisir lors d'un séjour à Louxor car la bienveillance et la réactivité de l'équipe est la garantie de vacances réussi. - Florian (10/5): Wohlfühlen bei hilfsbereiten Menschen. - Bereits bei unserer verfrühten Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen und alles getan, damit wir möglichst schnell in unsere Zimmer konnten. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum - ruhig und mit ausreichend Schattenplätzen. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Pool hat unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet. Wir durften auch unser Zimmer bis zur Abreise am Abend noch nutzen. Mohammed (der Besitzer) hat uns außerdem sehr geholfen bei der Umbuchung unseres Busses. Kurz: eine feine Unterkunft in Luxor, eine Oase der Ruhe zum Entspannen. Nichts.

Nous avons opter pour un studio (qualité supérieure) et on nous a remis un studio vétuste, délabré, Clim en panne etc… la dernière nuit nous avons pu opter pour ce studio après avoir demandé et insister. Voilà nous partions pour une vue sur la montagne et au final c’était une vue sur un immeuble. Bref, ça ne change rien à notre séjour mais nous aurions aimé que notre réservation soit honorée

- Tomasz (8/5): - Nie ma co narzekać. Za 2 pokoje za trzy dobry zaplacilismy 180 dolarów. W środku czysto. Pracownicy pomocni. Wszystko mogą wam zorganizowac na miejscu. Taksówki, wycieczki, rejsy, balony. Ale trzeba sie targować, bo pod tym względem jest w całym Egipcie tragedia. Śniadanie proste, ale zjadliwe. Widok z dacu fenomenalny. Jest basen i mozna korzystać. Nie wiem, jak jest poza ramadanem, ale w tym okresie w miastach wycie z głośników jest nie do wytrzymania. I nie przesadzam. Pierwsze krzyki o 4 45 nad ranem. Praktycznie co 200 metrów są megafony na dachach, wiec nie da sie nie slyszec i nje obudzić. Polecam wzięcie stoperów. Hotel jest schludny, ale okolica bardzo brudna. Juz za płotem naokolo jest tragedia, wiec musicie brac pod uwage, ze nie bedziecie chodzic po chodniczkach, tylko po praedziwej Afryce. Ale jest bezpiecznie. Chodzilismy w nocy i nie było zadnej niebezpiecznej sytuacji. Oprócz tego, ze jestes tam chodzącym bankomatem

- Aline (9/5): Bon emplacement et personnel attentionné - Cet hôtel du côté ouest de Louxor offre une magnifique terrasse avec piscine qui permet de profiter d'un super panorama sur la vallée des rois et des reines sans oublier le temple d'Hatchepsout. Restaurant à l'étage qui propose de bonnes assiettes de plats locaux mais aussi occidentaux. Le personnel est vraiment prévenant et attentionné et merci encore aux patrons qui a su nous mettre en garde contre les escroqueries dont on peut être victime par les taxis, carrément ....tout en proposant ces propres contact pour éviter de longues négociations. Mobilier confortable mais aussi jolies terrasses individuelles. L'hôtel a vraiment beaucoup de chambres pour les grands groupes. Le nettoyage n'est pas tout à fait impeccable. Certaines des photos, notamment le hall ne correspondent pas à la réalité.

- Karolina (9/5): Great experience and view - would stay again. - The location is insane - we could lay in bed and have a perfect view of the mountain. Our room was spacious and really pleasant - we loved the decorations. The staff kindly arranged flowers in the room and on the bed when requested by my partner for Valentine's day. They also provided us with some ice for my joints even though we arrived really late at night. The lovely driver waited for us at the airport even though we were delayed for 4 hours. Overall, the staff were friendly and arranged cars as and when needed. The roof terrace is really enjoyable. We arrived towards the the end of breakfast so there wasn't much variety but it was cooked fresh. The pool isn't heated and even the weather in the 30s could not keep it warm with the cooler nights so shamefully, it was unuable.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations, with great quality and variety. They also organized the activities perfectly, making everything smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free for us. Every detail, from the amenities to the service, was exceptional. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting. We can’t wait to come back!

Las duchas usan termos eléctricos que no estaba encendido y no pudimos ducharnos al llegar en la noche. No había televisión en la habitación.

- Silvestru (8/5): Great view of the Valley of the Kings - Great view of the Valley of the Kings, straight from my bedroom (I chose the mountain-view room). Also the rooftop restaurant has the same view, so it's wonderful to see it all. The food prices are also very fair. Included breakfast was excellent. There is also a pool on the rooftop, if you're into such things. Fairly quiet (could only hear the elevator and the occasional shuffling of the tables from the buffet above) - but my room was a corner one. Somehow the last night I stayed here, I got overpowered by mosquitoes. I told the hotel owner this in the morning and he told me that I should have asked the reception for a solution (the guy was sleeping at 3 AM, I didn't have the heart to wake him up).

- Alexandre (9/5): Parfait pour passer un moment de paix en famille !!! - La terrasse avec piscine et vue sur la zone de la vallée de rois (vue directe sur le temple d'Hatchepsout que l'on peut reconnaitre), avec illumination le soir et les montgolfières tôt le matin. Vraiment magique !!! La piscine est grande et permet de bien profiter en famille. Les chambres sont propres Le personnel est agréable et au petit soin pour vous. Un vrai bonheur. Nous avions eu un problème de transport La Caire - Louxor et l'équipe nous a trouvé un transfert depuis la gare de Louxor à 3h30 !!! Prix raisonnables sur le restaurant de l'hôtel On est loin du centre ville de Louxor, donc pas grand chose aux alentours, car sur la rive ouest (mais on ne peut pas tout avoir : la vue magnifique et le centre ville)

Une superbe vue en terrasse des ballons au levée du soleil. Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans la chambre et une seule serviette est fournie.

The room looked nice but upon inspection wasn’t properly cleaned. Windows are single pane and it sounds like you’re outside. Food wasn’t great. The hotel offers to organize trips but they are on the expansive side as you will only get a driver and not much else. Be ready to bargain.

- Sara (10/5): - Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, una persona gentilissima e disponibile che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare tutti gli spostamenti verso i siti archeologici. Le camere sono grandi e pulite, noi abbiamo scelto quelle con vista sulla Valle, consigliatissima! La vera chicca, però è la terrazza con bar da cui è possibile osservare tutta la Valle dei Re. Altra nota di merito, i prezzi del bar sono onesti. Peccato aver soggiornato solo una notte.

Inoltre il ristorante sulla terrazza era delizioso e la vista davvero spettacolare (club sandwich buonissimo). Le stanze sono un po' datate e il bagno non era il massimo

Les repas étaient simples mais très bon et à un prix abordable que ce soit pour les spécialités internationales ou égyptiennes. Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée du nouvel an avec un excellent buffet et de la musique locale. Mention spéciale pour Fahd, pour sa disponibilité et son sens du service Nous avons réservé deux chambres, pas de serviettes dans les chambres à l'arrivée, ménage approximatif, salles de bains vétustes. Dans l'une des deux chambres pas d'eau chaude pour plus d'une douche et la salle de bain devient une pataugeoire. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans cette chambre et la climatisation non plus

La gentillesse du personnel et le sympathique rooftop avec vue sur la montagne thébaine font de cet hôtel un lieu de séjour fort agréable pendant la visite de Louxor. A la saison chaude, la piscine sur le rooftop est un super plus. La cuisine n'est pas en reste. C'est simple mais bien cuisiné. La soupe de lentilles est excellente. On y mange mieux qu'au Old Winter Palace !

Staff were really nice and helpful so I sincerely thank them for the hospitality. Location was really good for west bank places worth visiting. We asked for a double bed but we got 2 single beds. I admit I did not ask them there to change it for us but that was a bit disappointing. Apart from that all good.

Limpieza y la atención de los empleados dispuestos a mejorar la estancia Las instalaciones son muy antiguas. Se ve que en su tiempo fue un buen alojamiento pero no han sabido renovarse. Baños terribles. Debido a la mala ubicación ofrecen traslados muy caros ya que conseguirlos por tu propios medios es muy complicado. La mejor alternativa es cruzar el río en ferry.

Locals in this area are all friendly and respectful, and not trying to sell you anything, just genuine people. The rooftop terrace is a great hangout at any moment of the day. Nothing I disliked. For the price you get more than you can expect.
