- Jean (10/5): - Très beau studio dans un complexe hôtelier à deux pas de la gare et des principales attractions de Deauville. J’hésitais avec un hébergement à Trouville-sur-Mer et je recommande fortement Deauville, surtout en hors saison car il y a plus de commodités pour les résidents passagers. Studio impeccable, il y avait même un lave-vaisselle! Piscine exceptionnelle également. Je recommande fortement.
- Nicoleta (10/5): Very nice - The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a very good location. Can walk to everywhere. Highly recommended. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful but there was an issue with communication prior to check in. On hotels.com it says that check-in is from 5 to 7. That is just not true. The front desk is open for more hours than that. When we called to ask about this as we were coming in later than seven we got a person who was completely unhelpful and pretended to not know English or French. They need to correct the listing on hotels.com.
- Maggie (10/5): Nice stay with family - We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there, including breakfast. The pool facilities were good even with a bit colder weather. The location and parking are convenient.
- Magnus (6/5): Ok hotell/resort i Deauville - Resort belägen mellan Trouville och Deauville med ett par minuters promenad till bådas centrum. Hade bokat och betalat för enrumslägenhet med balkong (till skillnad från terrass) och utgick från att få en lägenhet på andra våningen eller högre. Fick tyvärr lägenhet på bottenplan åt gatan. Försökte förtvivlat få igång ACn genom manöverpanelen på rummet, utan framgång. I receptionen informerade man oss om att inga lägenheter på bottenplan var utrustade med AC. Mao var manöverpanelen bara en attrapp. Erbjöds, liksom tidigare gäst beskrivit, en bordsfläkt. Personalen i receptionen var hövlig men inget mer. Poolområdet använde vi aldrig men såg fint ut. Lätt att parkera gratis kvällar och nätter på gatorna i området. Väljer troligen ett annat boende om vi får anledning att återkomma till Deauville.
- Gitte (10/5): Nice and spacey apartment - Very nice apartment - very spacey for 3 persons. Nice area with many restaurants, bakeries etc. nearby. Parking in basement agains extra fee. Nice pool area with connecting indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue was lack of information about the placing of the apartment when we arrived.

Séjour très bruyant à cause de la ventillation/vmc de la cuisine ouverte donc impossible de dormir sans boules kyes. Je ne parle pas de la clim car on ne l'a pas utilisée je parle bien du VMC au dessus des placards de la cuisine qui est impossible à fermer et est très bruyant.

Lediglich im Schwimmbad ist es sehr rutschig und man muss sehr gut aufpassen, nicht zu stürzen. Die Küche war zweckm@ßig eingerichtet und gut zur Zubereitung leichter Speisen nutzbar. Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen.

Nous avions l’appartement 2109 duplex 2 chambres Calme Bien équipé Quelques bémols Il n’y a pas de volets électriques alors si comme moi vous aimez le noir pensez à prendre un masque de nuit N’oubliez pas votre gel douche car nous n’avons eu que des petites savonnettes pour les mains compliqués de se laver N’oubliez pas votre éponge car dans notre cas il y avait bien les produits (lave vaisselle et multi fonction et 2 pastilles lave vaisselle) mais sans éponge les torchons s’en souviennent encore et tourner un lave vaisselle pour 2 bols et 2 verres n’est pas très « Green » Le petit dej est à 21€ plus de 12 ans, quasi 11€ pour les enfants sinon il propose un service de viennoiseries et pains frais à commander avant 20:00. 2 capsules de café pour nespresso et 4 sachets d’infusion verveine dans l’appartement. Si vous souhaitez profiter du spa, pensez à aller sur le site du spa directement si vous le trouvez. Voilà je pense vous avoir partager tous les éléments important

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Küchenbereich war nicht wirklich sauber, auch einige Dinge müssen instandgesetzt werden. Toilettendeckel locker, Fenster verzogen, Fenstergriffe lassen sich nicht komplett umlegen, Türbeschlag an der Eingangstür herausgerissen, Abzugsluftschächte komplett verdreckt und Schimmelansammlung sichtbar, etc. Mehr Liebe zum Detail wäre hier wünschenswert, da die Unterkunft mit 5 Sternen wirbt.

Les hotesses et le directeur ont été d'aucune compassion pour les personnes agées invalide que j'accompagné. Ils n'ont pas eu accès aux chambres et sanitaires à l'étage. Accueil de très mauvaise qualité. La piscine très glissante deconseillé pour les personnes agées. Prestation laisse à désirer

En revanche, Parcours pour trouver sa chambre et l'accès au parking pour récupérer sa voiture, très mal indiqués. Aucune explication concernant la réservation la veille pour pouvoir petit déjeuner. Lorsqu'on arrive le soir après le salon, impossibilité d'avoir de la place !! Résultat, l'équipe n'a jamais pu petit-déjeuner sur place, super pratique !! Lorsque j'ai informé l'accueil du manque de communication, on m'a répondu que tout était écrit dans le livret remis à la remise des clefs. Pas très professionnel...

- John (8/5): Anniversary break in France - The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.
- Susanne (6/5): - In die Jahre gekommenes Interior in der Ferienwohnung, enttäuschend . Zu hartes Bett . Zu dünnes Klopapier. Balkon ( Stühle , Tisch , Brüstung und Fenster ( auch beim Öffnen Fensterrahmen) dreckig und ungeputzt. Service spricht nur teilweise Englisch, nicht akzeptabel.

Haben das bei der Rezeption auch moniert. Toilettenpapier fehlte (war sonst immer vorhanden). Große Flecken auf Sofa, Teppich und Matratze. Waren schon das vierte Mal in dieser Anlage. Diesmal war es am schlechtesten.

Or le prix était le même 386 euros. On demande un lit bébé , on nous le met sans matelas , pour eux le matelas se résume a planche pliable qui entoure le lit ! Une honte Robinetterie évier qui tombe limite qui va vous tomber dessus , parking payant , machine a café non fonctionnel et j'en passe Vous payez en faite 385 euros 2 nuits pour un service de 2 étoiles sans balcon ou terrasse avec des pièces mansardes .

- Michèle (6/5): Pas hotel mais location - Je comprends pas que cet etablissement figure dans hotels.com En effet j'y ai sejourné 3 nuits et aucun service. Lit mal fait. Il a fallu aller vider les poubelles à 2 batiments en sous sol et loin dans le parking Il fallait mettre tout le linge draps, serviettes dans la salle de bain et nettoyer le coin cuisine. De plus les alllees sont tres mal éclairées. Je deconseille pour quelques nuits. Par contre tres belle residence, tout est neuf avec belle piscine et spa Conviendrait pour un plus long séjour.

The only reason I have not given the top score is - we ordered two high chairs in advance and though this was confirmed only one was there when we arrived. - I had to ask for the bathrobes which should have been provided after noticing that other guests had them. - I ordered two cots and thought that they had not been provided because they were folded up in a wardrobe rather than made up. We discovered them after complaining and being provided with two more. - some of the wood on the balcony fencing was rotten at the base making the fence insecure. All of these things (with the exception of the rotten wood) were sorted quickly and pleasantly by the staff and we had an excellent stay.

Deux bémols: - des capsules à café d’accueil pourraient être fournies au regard du standing et du prix de l’établissement. - l’horaire d’arrivée 16h est beaucoup trop tardive surtout pour des séjours courts

- Lars (8/5): - Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Moderne Zimmerausstattung, Innen- und Außenpool beheizt. Die Bilder in der Zimmerbeschreibung stimmen nicht mit der Realität überein. So wird vermittelt, dass ein Balkon zur Zimmerausstattung gehört. Außerdem waren wir der Meinung in einer Hotelanlage gebucht zu haben. Jedoch handelt es sich hierbei eher um eine Appartmentanlage. Eine tägliche Zimmerreinigung gibt es nur gegen Aufzahlung. Kaffee und Tee müssen separat gekauft werden. Ebenfalls gibt es nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier. Weiteres Toilettenpapier muss ebenfalls selbst besorgt werden. Das hätten wir eigentlich von einer 5 Sterne Residenz nicht erwarten. Ein Handtuch und Seife für die separate Toilette gab es ebenfalls nur auf Anfrage. Einen Handtuchhalter gibt es in der Toilette nicht.

I receptionen talte de OK engelsk, men det var irriterende, at alle brochurer og instruktioner kun fandtes på fransk. The whole place is quite new and in good condition. My only complaint is that the leisure facilities - the pool, lounger area etc. are inadequate for the size of the hotel. This area was completely packed from the moment it opened until it closed, and full of kids throughout. Consequently I didn’t use it. This was partly because it was only open from 10am until 7:30pm. Enlarging these facilities, adding an adults only pool, or simply extending the hours to include early mornings and late at night would let grownups enjoy this and would have made the stay much better as a result.

Nous avons adoré ! en revanche, l'accueil a été très décevant, pas du tout à la hauteur du standing. l'hôtesse a eu du mal à nous trouver car enregistré à mon prénom. On a eu l'impression que réserver via expédia était mal apprécié. il a fallu créer le dossier... aucune information sur la piscine, le spa etc... on nous a remis les clefs de l'appartement, point final. Jamais je n'ai été aussi mal reçue dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. Les h^tes ont été plus sympas et nous ont informés sur les conditions de départ.
- jean louis (2/5): Reclamations - Que dire... j’avais demandé dernier étage et vue piscine!!! On était au 1 et et en guise de vue piscine une toiture de dépendance piscine!!! Donc appartement et balcon au Top mais pas de vue!!! Mais le pire c’est que 2 jours après notre arrivée, la résidence s’est remplie et alors là ... fini la tranquillité au dessous à gauche à droite Rez de jardin en dessous de chez nous servaient de lieu de prière à tous les messieurs !!! C’était tellement gênant pour nous de plonger sur eux que nous devions nous efface,fermer les portes fenêtres et attendre que ça se termine. familles atrocement bruyantes car faute d’utiliser les téléphones, ils se parlaient de balcon à balcon (30m) et je ne parle pas des enfants!!! Bien dommage car la résidence vaut un 4,5 mais pas du tout dans ces conditions, on a failli s’en aller, d’ailleurs nous avons su que certaines personnes avaient appelé la réception et ils voulaient faire intervenir la police
- JULIEN (10/5): - Superbe complexe résidentiel, l appartement en duplex pour 5 est parfaitement étudié et fonctionnel, ajouté à cela une terrasse bien proportionnée et agencée avec vue sur le port. Situation géographique idéale a 200 m de la gare de Deauville. Les infrastructures piscines extérieures et intérieures semblent fort sympathique, mais je ne peux pas commenter ce point car elles étaient fermées logiquement a cause des mesures gouvernementales liées à la pandemie de covid 19. Je recommande sans hésiter l établissement

We loved having 2 full baths and and a half bath. The wifi was super fast! It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the casino. It was only an hour and a half drive from the D-Day beaches. We would love to stay here again!

- Patricia (10/5): Beautiful new place, large pool, great location, - Loved our stay at this beautiful and new complex of condos. We were here with our 7 and 10 year old kids. Condo was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and kitchen with appliances. Everything is still brand new. Loved the large outdoor and indoor pool, which is rare to find around there. Location is amazing, close to shops, restaurants and the best bakeries. Train station is literally down the street, so we did a day trip to Paris. Beach is about 10 minute walk. Large and beautiful beaches. We plan to go back here.
