• Keith (4/5): Why bother - It was a place to sleep. On bottom floor. A/C No microwave. Exposed cable/wires. Tea filtered through coffee pot no kettle. Cant turn on bathroom.light w/o fan. Noisy fan. Restaurant closed early. Not enough parking for rooms. Uneven gravel parking lot. Entrance to hotel hidden.

• Regan (8/5): - Staff are always friendly, older but always clean facility Restaurant- At the time of ordering the waitress informed us the hood fan in the kitchen was down so the only item that was available to eat was prime rib which is fine but the cost was $42/plate, we felt forced to pay a substantial amount for something out of our control.

• Andre (8/5): Nice place, decent value. I'd return - Reception very friendly. Pub very nice and food was good. Bed was soft; not old but soft and I prefer firm. It wasn't a bad sleep at all but just a mattress preference thing. I didn't do sufficient research into the room. I would have liked a table and two chairs to sit at but there was only one chair. We played cards and read and it all worked out.

• everlast_34 (10/5): Awesome Experience in Nakusp - Even though Nakusp is really small and there aren't a lot of options, this is is easily the best place to stay in town. The rooms really surprised me! We travel a lot, and I don't think I've ever stayed in a room that was this impeccably clean! Kudos to their housekeeping staff. The bed was large and very comfortable too. The bar and restaurant is really cozy too, with a lot of great options. Overall, we loved this place, and would certainly stay again.

Restaurant food and service excellent. Very quiet and peaceful. Being upstairs (2 seniors carrying luggage upstairs). No kettle/teapot. No cups, just styrofoam. No glasses. Tap surround not clean around seal. Fridge iced up. Not defrosted. Only one luggage rack. No sink in living area where coffee pot was located.

But the bed could’ve been comfortable not soft - It’s location to downtown This particular trip we got room 31, which had a very soft bed where the two of us rolled into the middle. We only got three pillows, which was odd plus there was only one bedside lamp and one bedside table for two people? The one chair in the room was very worn out.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a ground floor room which was very nice but we could hear the people above us stomping around from about 6:30am. Plus the bathroom door squeaked which was annoying if you had to use the facilities in the middle of the night.
