- Annemieke (7/5): good location, good room, only not a good shower - The location is perfect. It is very central but at the same time in a less touristic area. There are several cafe's nearby to get breakfast. The room was very clean and quiet. It is also a safe place (for female travelers on their own). When I first entered the room there was a very bad smell. The next day this was solved though. Another downside was that there was no hot water for the shower. The water was only lukewarm.

Терасата/ балкона не можеше да се използва при дъжд , защото няма козирка. В стаята имаше само кана за вода. Банята или така да го наречем душ кабината, която е до самото легло ( това не беше проблем), нямаше завеса или каквото и да е на стъклото, за да имаш уединение по време на къпане.... !

- margoni (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una notte, ieri sera, e mi sono trovata bene. L’ambiente è accogliente e pulito, e questo ha reso il soggiorno piacevole fin da subito. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. La posizione è comoda e ben collegata, ideale sia per chi viaggia per piacere che per lavoro. Ho apprezzato anche la tranquillità della stanza e il comfort generale. Nel complesso, un’esperienza positiva che consiglio. Ci tornerò!

- María (2/5): Deceptive booking and unpleasant stay - Estancia desagradable - La ubicación Deceptive booking and unpleasant stay: they mislead you with photos showing a selection of different rooms, making you think they are all the same. The one assigned to us was the smallest, with an internal bathroom that had no ventilation and very bad odors (very unpleasant). The lighting was very poor, and the air conditioning didn’t work. We were very cold the first night. We had to notify them to fix it, as they hadn’t checked the condition of the room beforehand. The communication by message was cold, with no consideration, including at check-out. Reserva engañosa y estancia desagradable: te confunden con una muestra de varias habitaciones y piensas que es la misma. La que nos asignaron era la más pequeña con un baño dentro sin ventilación y con muy malos olores (muy desagradable). La iluminación era muy pobre, y el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Pasamos mucho frío la primera noche. Tuvimos que avisar para que lo arreglaran, porque no habían revisado el estado de la estancia previamente. El trato por mensaje frío, sin ninguna consideración, tampoco en el check out.

- Lamaj (9/5): It was worth the money for us,since we were looking for a clean warm place to rest and with a good location.I would book - The location is perfect,between Varican City and the rest of the attraction points.Its a safe quite neighborhood. The room was not as small as it seemed in the picture.We were in room C18 ONE.The room was comfortable and big enough for our 3 day trip.It was clean the bed was comfortable.The host did the best to acomodate our need.They let us check in a little earlier,since our flight landed in 7:30 in the morning,they also let us store the bags on our check out day so we could sightsee without having to carry them or worry about them. The only downside was the smell coming form the drains on the bathroom,but it went away very soon.We left the air vent on and when we came back in the evening it was totally gone.I think it was bc the room wasnt booked lately or probably just the drain system of the building.

When contacted they didn’t offer any help or come to the site to sort anything out. This place is not secure. A couple days later they offered to breakfast for the issue … but again did not show up.

The place in general smelled strange. The shower was right next to the bed and offered absolutely NO privacy. Location was okay - it was about a half hour walk to the Vatican and Coliseum, and maybe about 20 minutes to the Trevi fountain.

I had to call booking customer service to get a response about check in. The entrance procedures are challenging and there’s never anyone there to help. I wouldn’t suggest to stay there ever. WiFi is weak. The road is loud even with windows closed. The shower got water everywhere.
- Zoe (10/5): Comfortable stay in Prati :) - Second time back at Clementi18, Prati feels safe and the cosy room has a nice balcony. Love the location very close to the river and bridge Cavour. Buses a few steps away but walked to most of the sights. Nothing.

The key wasn’t left where they said it would be, and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone for help. The towels looked and smelled odd—I had to wash them myself just to feel comfortable using them. The air conditioner above the bed didn’t work properly, leaked water onto us while we slept, and was so loud it made resting difficult. When I first reported it, I was ignored. When I followed up, they claimed they couldn’t find a maintenance person. The water stains on the wall made it clear this was an ongoing problem they never bothered to fix. To make matters worse, the front desk was always unmanned, so there was no one around to assist or provide basic necessities.Overall, this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “hotel”
- Anna (6/5): - The place is Airbnb style, there’s no reception or stuff. The proximity to everything is great but the cleanliness of the room was below average.
- Darcee (4/5): - The shower had a bad mould problem - the shower head was ringed with black mould. And there were ants all over. Woke up twice with ants on the bed.
