Yalniz sivrisinek sıkıntısı yaşadık muhtemelen gündüz pencereleri açık braiktigimiz için bu durum meydana geldi. Şehirdeki seyyar satıcıların çok fahiş fiyatlarla gelen turistlerin kandırmaya calismasi bizi çok rahatsiz. İlk geldiğinizde havaalanı dışında taksiye binin, e drive kullanın, toplu taşıma tekneler var onları kullanmanızı tavsiye ediyorum.

• Liam (1/5): Absolutely horrible management and overall experience. Literally scam if you ask me. REFUND ME! - Didn’t even get to see inside the property. Owner wasn’t there when we arrived. Spoke to him on the phone and he said to walk into the property across the road. Did this and apparently because of our “last minute booking” they had organised first us to stay at a different hotel for one night for free. This wasn’t told to us at all when we booked and even when we spoke to him over the phone or through messenges. We stayed the one night as it was late but, we didn’t wish to stay here anymore because of this and had requested a refund. He was apologetic and agreed to a refund if booking.com reached out. Spoke to them and they did this. However he hasn’t approved it and hasn’t responded to any further messages or requests. REFUND OUR MONEY.

The apartment is in front of the Kareem restaurant and next to Cleopatra Hotel (important information to find the apartment) the staff was really nice especially Moemen, he was very kind and available for anything and anytime. We definitely had a good time thanks to the nice people who work and live there !

Luksorun west bank bölgesinde sakin temiz güzel ancak yine de merkeze yakın. Moa çok yardımcı oldu hemen karşısındaki Kareem otelde kahvaltımı yaptım mısır’da yaptığım en iyi kahvaltı oldu. Çok teşekkür ederim ayrıca evden geç çıkmama izin verdiler. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.
• Elisabeth (8/5): Ruhige Oase in ländlicher Umgebung, nah zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten - Wir haben als Familie 3 Nächte in der Garten-Wohnung übernachtet. Gemütliche, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit 2 klimatisierten Schlafzimmern. Ruhige Lage am Westufer des Nils, dörfliche Atmosphäre. Zur Nilfähre kommt man in 20 Min zu Fuß oder in 5 Min mit dem Auto. Ahmed und seine Familie waren immer bereit, uns zu fahren (zu fairen Preisen). Sehr leckeres lokales Frühstück, im Garten serviert. Der Gastgeber Ahmed hat uns empfangen und war immer per Handy erreichbar. Er und seine Familie haben uns viel über die Sehenswürdigkeiten Luxors erzählt und bei allen Fragen geholfen. Ahmed organisiert auch Ausflüge aller Art für Gäste - bei Sommerhitze mit kleinen Kindern konnten wir das leider kaum nutzen. Dafür haben wir den kleinen Pool und den ruhigen Garten umso mehr genossen. Der Stadtteil ist sehr dörflich, es gibt nur kleine Lebensmittelläden, Restaurants etc. gibt es erst am Nilufer.

• Yaël (2/5): - Rien Tout Le lieu était assez loin de la ville , l'emplacement très mal placé, on a eu du mal à trouver avec le taxi.. l'appartement était sale la douche et le pommeau de douche était cassé, le frigo noir de chez noir il y avait une casserole toute dégueulasse dans le congel avec de l'eau dedans, il y avait des bestioles dans l'appartement pas de climatisation et quand on arrive et qu'on réserve..... À l'arrivée il est venu nous demander plus d'argent alors que s'il y avait un problème on doit passer par booking... On n'a pas pris de photos car il nous a remboursé nous sommes partis immédiatement on n'a pas pris de photos car il nous a remboursé on s'est disputé pour qu'on puisse partir immédiatement la condition était qu'on ne prenne pas de photos sinon on était pas remboursé... On a dû perdre que la commission de booking... Mais ma fille a réussi quand même apprendre des photos et on prévient quand même le site pour les futurs voyageurs car vraiment dormir dans des conditions comme ça c'est pas possible même si le prix est très correct mais forcément si il y a pas d'entretien ça peut être que correct... Le prix est tellement correct qu'après il demande plus...
• Alisha (10/5): Great for Solo Travellers - Very friendly host, people in the neighborhood are very helpful and kind. The food was excellent at Kareem Reaturant right opposite the apartment. Kareem is also very friendly and kind. The stay was comfortable and I totally recommend it if you're a solo traveller. No microwave.

L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal : située sur la rive ouest, la villa se trouve à quelques minutes seulement des plus importants sites archéologiques de Louxor, comme la Vallée des Rois, le temple de Medinet Habou ou encore les colosses de Memnon. Un vrai privilège pour les amateurs d’histoire ! L’accueil de Monsieur Ahmed, ainsi que du personnel mis à notre disposition, a été exceptionnel. Leur professionnalisme sans faille, leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Ils ont toujours été présents pour répondre à nos besoins, tout en restant discrets et respectueux. La villa est très propre, confortable et très bien entretenue. Nous recommandons chaleureusement la Villa Bahri à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Louxor dans les meilleures conditions.
• Off_road (10/5): - 老板和员工都十分热情，老板亲自开车带我去办电话卡，我们在这里住了三天，厨师Taca准备了丰盛的早餐。民宿有个小游泳池，院子里有芒果树，结有芒果，我们住的是一层的1套房间，大概有七八十平米房，有两间卧室可以住四个人，厨房设施冰箱都是完备的 WIFI有时不太畅通，但这不是民宿老板的错，埃及的网络都不是太好

It was clean and very comfortable, specially the beds. The host is a very helpful man. No provision of soap in the bathroom and also no toilet roll provided. Egypt in general is very dusty !

He even offered to take us on a calèche tour. The place is well located in a quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk to the ferry, with mini markets nearby. After a day of sightseeing, the pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

The apartment is spacious, has a large fridge, pots, pans and cutlery. The wifi works fine. I liked the hospitality of Mr. Kareem, the host. He waited for me at the property for hours late in the evening because my bus was late. He did everything he could to make me feel welcomed and safe. Everything was just perfect. The location is also good, in a quiet small road of Luxor West Bank but at a walking distance from the public ferry (they only charge 15 Egyptian pounds for foreigners one way to reach the East bank). Also a couple of minutes by foot from the main road where there are restaurants, bars and shops. I wanted to extend my stay but it was fully booked. Thank you Mr Kareem from my wonderful stay! The fact that I could not stay longer!

Most of the visiting sites and Nile River are near to the place. Kareem is a super host. He helped us with any issues or even requests we had.It felt more like visiting a family rather than staying in a hotel. Kareem helped us see Luxor as a local person and not like tourists. He was kind and energetic. I hope to come back again just to stay in this place.

Have a good sleep here as it is located at neighbourhood which is quiet at night. Very helpful staffs (young boys) and the owner is very responsive and attentive. Picked us up from the river cruise, helped organise the day in Luxor, suggested wonderful restaurant to have the most egiptian meal we had in whole Egypt. And also brought us to the papyrus manufacture which was truly unique experience. We regretted not using his genuine help in organising hot air balloon flight but we had it planned few days before and could not change plans. With Ahmed's help it would definitely be even better experience. His knowledge about the ancient Egipt is remarkable! And the villa itself - whole apartment for our family, with a pool which was a gem for our children (and thus for us!), great view from the terrace (sunset view on the Hatshepsut temple!), located in a quiet part of the city, just 10 minutes from the ferry to the city centre. We were extremely sorry for staying just one night in Ahmed's place. A week there wouldn't be enough!

• Dan (10/5): Lovely stay in Luxor, thank you. - We checked in quite late around 2-3am due to our flight, Ahmed (the owner) and Mohammed were very accommodating and kept in contact with us the whole time. The room was very clean. The bathroom and kitchen you can tell was a little older so could do with a little updating but still sufficient for our stay. The swimming pool was nice and well maintained, it is quite deep though if you can not swim, I’m 5ft1 and standing wise I could only stand in half the pool, the rest is for swimming. I felt very comfortable wearing swimming clothes as a woman, there was no judgement and no staring. There is a communal washing machine. The garden was lovely, lots of birds come in and out. Nice and quiet location. There is a small shop at the top of the road, less than 1 min walk away where you can pick up little bits and pieces like water, crisps, instant noodles. There’s also a restaurant by that shop as well where you can get cooked food. Ahmed drove us around to some of the sites and gave us recommendations on what to see and what not to see. The bathroom and kitchen was a little dated but was sufficient. There was on air con in the bedroom.

The location of the villa was great just 15 mintues ride to hatchipsout and valley of the kings and the host helped us to find a driver ( which I highly recommend because it's kinda impossible to find Uber or taxi in Luxor . The villa has very nice garden and cozy pool with shower room and toliet too .we got free mangoes that my daughter and my wife said that was the best they ever had.. I highly recommend the villa to all the travellers. It was hard to get a taxi but it's ok cause the host helped us to find cars and tuk tuk also .
• Nada (10/5): Place to relax and enjoy - I stayed at Villa Bahri for the third time, and I don't think I will ever search for another accommodation in Luxor. When I booked this time, our amazing host Ahmed messaged me immediately, offering us to pick us up from the bus station. The feeling when we met again was like if we were family. There is no breakfast option in Villa Bahri, but Ahmed was ready to provide amazing falafel for us every morning. Ahmed surprised us with the news that he is now a certified Tour Guide, and we used his service happily. His knowledge and way of presenting the facts from the ancient Egyptian history is excellent. Our host also helped in organizing a hot balloon trip for a very good price with no hassle. The location of the property is in the West Bank, not too close and not too far away from the Nile river. It is easy to take a boat and go to the East Bank. All the main attractions are near and it's easy to reach them either by bicycle or by taxi. The apartment in the ground floor is very spacious, and so handy for using the amazing refreshing swimming pool. The garden of the property is beautiful, green, full of shaded areas where you can chill and enjoy after long and hot days wondering around different tourist sites. Specially nice is a smell of clean bedsheets and pillowcases. We slept so well with the windows opened, and waking up with the sound of birds. We also liked a nearby restaurant Wolf with an amazing food (big yummy portions) - 2 minutes walk. I can not think of anything that I did not like. Maybe few more coffee mugs?

• Simon (9/5): Relaxing place in an authentic part of town - A spacious and bright apartment with relaxing gardens and swimming pool. The Villa offers the basics for a night. The beds are clean and comfortable. And the pool is great for a quick cool off after a few hours in The Valley of the Kings/Queens. The villa is located on a quiet street amongst other residential buildings. It was lovely to walk down the road and see the locals. ie children playing, man selling fresh fruit from the back off his motorbike… there is a fantastic restaurant just round the corner. The Wolf Restaurant serves authentic and truly delicious meals. A must try if you’re staying at the Villa. Omar, the owner is very friendly and a knowledgable Egyptologist/tour guide. He helped us organise a tour around the highlights of Luxor. As a results we had plenty of time to explore and admire the best sights of Luxor. the cleanliness
• Hans (10/5): - Here on the West Bank you are truly surrounded by Egyptian culture and it's friendliness. At the Villa Bahri you immediately feel like you are part of a family. Ahmed was our personal tour guide to all the sites around Luxor for the whole week stay. He left nothing to chance from pick-up to drop off at the Airport. We are happy to have found this place. • David (8/5): relaxing friendly West Bank option with a pool - beautiful outside gardens front and back and spaces to relax and of course a pool that was welcome as temperatures hit 30 degrees. let’s not forget a very warm welcome from all the staff Perhaps the kitchen area could benefit from an upgrade / modernisation.. l prefer to eat out for short stays anyway so wasn’t really a problem for me.
• Henna (10/5): Pick Villla Bahri! - Excellent property, spacious and clean. Close to amenities and the local people were super friendly and social. The host,Ahmed, was really helpful and accommodating and super knowledgeable about the local historical sites. Ahmed took the time to make our experience memorable and fun. 10/10 would recommend! No complaints!

• Kamal (10/5): Exceptional - From arrival to departure our stay with Ahmed at Villa Bahri was exceptional. The apartment was very spacious and the backyard was like a little Oasis. Ahmed is an amazing host, going out of his way to make sure we have a great experience especially with our 18 month daughter. Hope to visit again soon. Nothing. All is perfect.
• Maryse (9/5): Superb - We really liked the area, it's far from downtown but the people were so incredibly friendly. You'll need to take a small boat across, but we really enjoyed the West coast. Staff was friendly, and there's an amazing view from the sitting area on the top floor. The garden is also beautiful. The pool is pretty to look at but very cold.
• Patricia (10/5): 10/10 Exceptional - We had an exceptionally wonderful stay at Villa Bahri Luxor! Ahmed and his staff took very good care of us and made us feel at home from the outset. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The garden was lovely and the pool looked very inviting. Listening to the birds on our balcony every morning was magical! Ahmed is an outstanding tour guide and comes very highly recommended! Our stay at Villa Bahri Luxor and West Bank tours with Ahmed are the highlights of our trip to Egypt. We'd definitely love to stay here again!
• Luca (10/5): Great stay in Luxor west bank. - We've been 3 weeks in the big studio rooftop with a private great terrace, mountain and Nile view. Fully furnished, clean and tidy. Enjoying the pool, singing birds and sunny. Exceptional staff : manager & guide Ahmed and all the employees. Everything was just perfect. Thanks to everyone.

The villa is fantastic, very spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, kitchen, 2 balconies, and the pool + garden area is very relaxing. On top of this the host (Ahmed) and his team (Mohammed and co.) were great. They are super friendly and helpful and really made the stay exceed any expectations. Ahmed also offers a great tour of all things 'Ancient Egypt' in Luxor (Valley of the Kings, Karnak + Luxor temple, + much more). He is very knowledgeable and is an exceptional tour guide. From the moment we were picked up from the airport to the moment we were dropped off we were felt relaxed and welcomed by our host Ahmed. Nothing was too much for him. From changing money to buying beer for us! (He likes a beer or a whiskey too!) The West bank is so different to the east bank in a good way. The 5 minute walk down the lane to the ferry point and restaurants is safe day and night.the locals are so friendly and seeing 'real' Egypt. We loved every minute of our holiday and the cream on top of the cake was staying at Villa Bahri.
