Холодильника нет в номере, но можно хранить все в общем холодильнике Опаснейшая дорога при въезде на территорию! На байке просто опасно по ней ехать - колеса скользят в эту цель между каменными узкими дорожками - реально опасная дорога и пора бы им это исправить

• Donald (2/5): Its clear the management and or owners dont care about their customers or the doing the basics. - The Pool Was cloudy. The Kitchen had no beer to offer, The room view was nice but it was far to hot that day to sit outside. Parking was easy with a motor bike. The Refrigerator was off and smelled of something dead. There was what looked like water and blood in the bottom bin, It clearly had not been cleaned in a long time. There were no towels in the room. No toilet paper, the Toilet sprayer was laying on the ground with no holder installed. There was no soap at the sink or hand towel to dry your hands. The Clothing closet looked like old plywood that was painted with bad brown paint and one the door handles was missing but the screw was still sticking out. There was s small cheap looking desk lamp that didnt work well. The bathroom lighting was so dim it reminded me of some sort of david lynch film.

• nicolas (5/5): Une nuit max pour dépanner - Emplacement bord de mer, piscine Tout est moisi dans la chambre, les draps sont sales et taché. Pas de réception très compliqué d’avoir quelqu’un à l’arrivée. Une personne de l’établissement m’a laissé son WhatsApp mais il répond sept heures après.
• Heidi (1/5): Schrecklich!! - Die Lage der Unterkunft war okay. Ich habe das Zimmer mit Balkon und Meersicht gebucht und mich sehr darauf gefreut. Was ich aber angetroffen habe, war ein Schock! Bereits vor dem Zimmereingang ahnte ich Böses (Bild 2). Hier darf man sich keinen Fehltritt erlauben ansonsten könnte dies ein böses Ende nehmen!! Eine völlig heruntergekommene Absteige erwartete mich! Alles- Bettwäsche, Böden, Möbel, Badetücher und dann erst das Bad waren sehr schmutzig und lieblos! Die Möbel in einem desolaten Zustand! Dementsprechend lud auch der Pool (gelbgrün) nicht zum Baden ein!!

• Adrien (1/5): Nul et scandaleux - Nous n’avons rien aimé dans cet hôtel, c’était très insalubre, à peine arrivé, nous avons pris la décision de ne pas prendre le risque de rester car trop de moisissures sur les draps et les murs. Le ménage n’avait même pas été fait. C’est très simple, tout personnel, désagréable, hygiène, déplorable vétusté globale du bâtiment

Don’t book the two beach front rooms as smaller compared to the row of rooms which were much roomier plus huge bathrooms. Hot water came out of the bath shower but not the proper shower . We didn’t eat breakfast there and only ate at RIMBA cafe which was terrific . No WiFi coverage from the hotel wifi .. Very difficult if relying on it!!

• Kathrine (7/5): Quiet, basic stay in a small resort. - It is very quiet. Located right on the water’s edge with a rice paddy (disused) next door. It is far enough away from the road that it was very peaceful. The room and bathroom are large and there was enough space in the bedroom to put my yoga mat down. It was pretty clean but I did not have anyone clean my room while I was there. There is a little kitchen next to the room that has a fridge, gas cooker and very basic kitchenware. There is an unfinished room at the front that of course was unoccupied, so I was able to sit on the sunbed in the early morning and watch the sunrise. A very peaceful place. When I arrived, I wanted to get into the pool but was unsure of the condition of the water. I convinced myself that the tiles were coloured green and that was why the water looked like a toxic green algae explosion. NOPE. The next day the water was a crystal clear blue and I learned from another guest that the rain had altered the chemicals and it had not been serviced. I also had no toilet paper in the room and went looking for a staff member to help. There was no-one around and it was only 8pm. I think they need more staff and attention to detail.
• Melissa (10/5): This hotel is the best value and nicest location you can imagine! Huge rooms, great staff :) - The room was extremely comfortable and so clean. The bathroom alone was as big a normal hotel room and the beautiful beach and pool were a huge plus. Garden setting, amazing location, great staff. Fabulous daily breakfast and wonderful to rent your own scooter to do what you like, when you like. There's even great snorkelling right off the beach at the hotel :) Pool is not very shady, having to ask for rooms to be cleaned. I think having Visa and ability to rent a kayak would be great.

The air conditioning was barely working also. It has potential to be good but it doesn't seem like they do much to enhance the customer's experience I didn't like the lack of communication with the staff. I didn't like how dark the place was inside. I didn't like that the water flow in the bathroom was weak.
• Karla (6/5): Pleasant - The room is large and spacious, and kept relatively clean. There was some heavy staining on our curtains and while the linens were definitely clean there were some stains. The bathroom of the separate rooms closer to the water are cavernous and if singing in the shower or recording your next album of Gregorian chants is your thing this is definitely the place for you. The kitchen advertised in the listing does not apply to the bungalows by the water.

• Emma (2/5): Dirty, bad location and unhelpful! - The bed was comfy and the pool was nice over looking the sea and rice fields! The location- there are no grabs in Amed so you need to hire a scooter or walk to the closest beach (a 20 minute walk) and the roads aren’t the best for this. The bathroom was really smelly and dirty, the shower was either scalding hot or freezing. The room was fine but needed updating and cleaning. There’s no reception so hard to speak to staff and the free breakfast was non existent. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Also the bed sheets were dirty (blood look alike stains, moisture, …), we had to ask three times to make them change !

The staff is helpful when asking but not really pro active. Like the table cloth didn’t got changed after there were marks on it.

We traveled with a dog and accommodation with her was convenient. The staff was helpful and brought us welcome fruit juices when we check-in. In general, all these disadvantages were not very significant for us. We stayed in a house with a garden view and for some reason, our WiFi was not working well. The bathroom does look a little tired and there are no hooks or a place to put towels or things. Initially, the room smelled damp, but this is not surprising with such humidity. The bed linen was clean, but all three pillows were stained and mildewed, but the staff immediately replaced them and changed the pillowcases as soon as we asked.

Some issues with pool chemicals, we were told not to use the pool a few days during our stay. The A/C in the room was very weak and didn’t provide much relief from the hot weather. Power frequently went out. WiFi weak in the upstairs rooms.

• Tony (3/5): Disappointing - The swimming pool. That’s all. We stayed three nights and our room wasn’t serviced once. The door to our external bathroom wouldn’t stay shut…the only way we could keep it shut was by wedging a tea spoon under it! We reported it first day but nothing was done to fix it. No drinking water was supplied to the room. A kettle was supplied but you had to provide your own cup ,coffee, milk etc! The only time we saw staff they were asleep under a tree.
• Chacha (10/5): Exceptional - a little oldfashioned, but spacious! host and worker are so kind, they let us rest everywhere. i think you can rest without going out because it has cool pool and cool ocean view. the location was a little bit far from area of bar&restaurants, point for snorkeling! but i can walk from amed sunset point bar in 10minutes. another disappointed thing was beach infront of hotel, it has a lot of pebble. jaja it is not good for snorkeling and swim..! but you can go lipah or Jemeluk beach!

• Paula (10/5): chill and beautiful - the views, the pool, the rooms, the location all was amazing. the price was really good also. we had a relaxing time in this place, the pool with that views really invites you to chill and then you can just see the sunset in the beach in front of it’s located at 10min motorbike of the “city center” with the restaurants and nightlife but we rented a moto at the same hotel and it was easy to move. you also have restaurant options close if you don’t want to drive

We went fishing from the beach and had 3 meals cooked for us from the fish we caught, including side dishes, for no extra charge. These meals were some of the best I’ve ever had. Everything was perfect nothing to complain about.

We walked out after two nights and found much better accommodation elsewhere for only A$15 per night mor. 1. Building still under construction 2. Shocking architecture. 3. Very grumpy staff 4. Shockingly bad value for money. 5. Access very poor. 6. We are 75yo and had to walk up very steep stairs with no handrail. 7. No restaurant for evening meal. 8. Many mosquitoes

• Hieke (9/5): Lovely place but missing “something”?! - We had a lovely stay at this property. Very friendly staff and owners. Comfortable spacious room, with aircon, mosquito net, big bathroom (warm shower) fridge and daily services. Simple but nice breakfast. Although the house is right at the beach it’s not an attractive swimming/snorkeling area. There are a few nice restaurants close by and a very good massage place right next door! I would recommend to hire a scooter to get around and explore the surrounding area. All three sides are interesting east along the coast with some lovely places to eat and drink! West side with lots of diving possibilities and dive sites. And up the hill with a breathtaking view point! Once back after a lovely day exploring you can take a refreshing plunge in the beautiful pool and watch the birds being chased from the rice padie! I think it needs a bit of tidying up around the house in the front to give it a bit more “flair” A proper sign and light at the driveway. And if they “dress it up” a bit with some local art and plants the rooms and the “warung” would lift up this whole place would be very busy with guests!

The room is really big, clean and comfortable. The pool is huge ! The owner helped us to organise the Batur excursion, provided rental motorbike, asked every day if we needed something. • Sarah (2/5): Very poor - The location was good and the receptionist was kind , he helped with the shuttle bus. In my first room the bathroom had not been cleaned - The manager then moved me to another room however this bathroom was also not clean. Hair in the shower and on the walls, urine all over the toilet seat. Not one but two rooms that were unclean - so that was disappointing.

• Andrés (8/5): Good price, quiet location - Decent quality for the price. Good location in a quiet place in front of the sea (but do not expect access to a sand beach). Very comfortable bed. Nice breakfast (although the manager forgot the time we agreed for it as we were doing scuba very early in the morning). The bathroom is not in the best shape (seems some establishments take a lot of care of having a nice bedroom but the bathroom is usually not in the best shape) and the pool should be cleaned more often.
